Abstract

Abstract: Cooperation is the joint effort of individuals and groups to achieve common goals. The cooperation Committee at the school because responsibilities helps schools achieve a quality. The research of this thesis aims to obtain infor-mation about: (1) How cooperation committees provide support learning in SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ampar? (2) supporting Factor and a barrier to cooperation between the Committee and the school? (3) The Committee's efforts to increase support to schools to enhance the implementation of the education quality?. This research uses descriptive method, intended to describe the symptoms, the actual event or occurrence as it is. The collection of data sources is performed with three kinds of methods of interviewing, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research done indicates that: (1) the forms of support Committee to the lear-ning activity is still low, focused on the development of the means of Government funds, (2) factors that strengthened cooperation between committees, namely in the form of reward factors that inhibit Cooperation Committee is the Committee on resources, recruitment, systems and implementation of the institutional Management Committee has not yet understood. (3) The school Committee's efforts to improve the support material and non material not optimal. Keywords: Cooperation, School Committee, Quality of Learning Abstrak: Kerjasama adalah usaha bersama individu dan kelompok untuk menca-pai tujuan bersama. Kerjasama komite di sekolah karena komite bertanggung ja-wab membantu sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar. Penelitian tesis ini bertujuan untuk mendapat informasi mengenai: (1) Bagaimana kerjasama komite memberikan dukungan belajar di SMA Negeri 1 Batu Ampar? (2) Faktor pen-dukung dan penghambat kerjasama antara komite dan sekolah? (3) Upaya komite meningkatkan dukungan kepada sekolah melaksanakan proses belajar yang ber-mutu?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, bermaksud mendeskripsi-kan suatu gejala, atau kejadian aktual sebagaimana adanya. Pengumpulan sumber data dilakukan dengan tiga jenis metode yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan doku-mentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Bentuk dukungan komite terhadap kegiatan belajar masih rendah, tepusat pada pembangunan sarana dari dana pemerintah, (2) Faktor yang menguatkan kerja-sama komite yaitu imbalan dalam bentuk reward, Faktor yang menghambat kerja-sama komite adalah sumber daya komite, sistem rekrutment, dan implementasi kelembagaan yang belum difahami pengurus komite. (3) Upaya komite sekolah untuk meningkatkan dukungan materi dan non materi belum optimal. Kata Kunci : Kerjasama, Komite Sekolah, Mutu Belajar

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how far the utilization of audio-visual media through PAILKEM strategy in science for material parts of plant and its function of the students' acquisition at SDN 1 Sungai Kakap, runs well. This research uses Qualitative and Quantitative research method or mixed research. Qualitative research is used to describe instructional design and implementation of learning while quantitative research is used to measure how far the acquisition of learning outcomes obtained by grade IV. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the research are (1) science learning design using audio visual media in grade IV SDN 1 Sungai Kakap is done by teacher through preparing tools, curriculum, syllabus, text book, and audio visual learning media, designed in lesson plan; (2) Implementation of science learning by using audio visual media in general can be done well, it can help teacher and students in learning, and it can create active, innovative, environmentally, creative, effective and interesting learning; (3) Students learning acquisition by using audio visual media more increased that is 90% or 25 students who get the score over KKM and only 10% or 3 students who get the score same as KKM, with an average 90. It shows that the utilization of audio visual media through PAILKEM strategy for the learning achievement of science for grade IV students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap, runs well, so the acquisition of student learning outcomes increases.Keywords: Utilization of audio visual media, PAILKEM strategy, learning acquisition.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to description about Principals role as educator to increase teachers performance in teaching of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency including the lesson plan, studying process, and evaluating of study. This research used the qualitative approach by case study desain. Research location is SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency which is located in Matan street, Mulia Baru Countryside, Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency, West Borneo Province. Data Source in this research are a principal and 24 teachers of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency. Data obtained by interview, observation of non participle and documentation. Data was analysed by three activity, that are reducing, presentation, and verification. According to the result of data analysis indicate that the principals role as educator to increasing teachers performance of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency good enough including the lesson plan, studying process, and evaluating of study. Keywords: Educator, teaching performance, learning Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru SD Negeri 03 Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang meliputi bimbingan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian adalah SD Negeri 03 Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang yang terletak di jalan Matan Desa Mulia Baru Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 24 orang guru SD Negeri 03 Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD Negeri 03 Kecamatan Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang cukup efektif yang meliputi kegiatan bimbingan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran.
