Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyse developments in the study of human rights.The research involves the collection and analysis of data from various sources and literature on human rights. And not limited to academic journals, research articles, reports of international organizations and legal documents. The research method applied to this research is systematic literature review using 145 scientific articles sourced from data scopus. The results of the research reveal that this research seeks to produce a comprehensive and in-depth picture of how human rights studies have evolved and changed over time. The limitation of this research is that the articles used are only sourced from scopus databases so the research findings cannot describe comprehensively about human rights in the world. Further research needs to use scientific articles that come from other reputable international databases, such as the Web of Science and Dimensionds Scholars.

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan untuk melakukan studi literasi pada artikel ilmiah dengan topik pemasaran pada media sosial, dengan jumlah artikel ilmiah yang dianalisis sebanyak 8 artikel. Peningkatan akses terhadap internet yang semakin berkembang dan tersedianya lahan pemasaran yang baru di media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran telah mengubah strategi pemasaran yang selama ini telah ada. Perusahaan harus mampu mengahdapi digitalisasi yang terjadi, dengan menyesuaikna metode pemasaran digital yang paling baik bagi perusahaan. Penelitian terhadap dampak dan efektivitas aktivitas pemasaran pada media sosial perlu diketahui agar perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan kepentingan dan keperluan yang berbeda di masing-masing industri. Aktivitas pemasaran melalui media sosial berdampak positif pada ekuitas merek serta kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap merek. Hal tersebut memberikan dampak pada munculnya loyalitas pelanggan terhadap merek. Keterlibatan pelanggan pada strategi pemasaran dapat memunculkan keterikatan dan kepercayan pelanggan terhadap merek. Penerapan metode pemsaran media sosial memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to design a family empowerment module in caring for pulmonary TB patients and experience and family support in caring for pulmonary TB patients. The research method used is qualitative research. The interview results show that the role of family empowerment in the re-treatment of pulmonary TB patients can be seen from seven themes, namely understanding the definition of pulmonary TB, family experience in caring for pulmonary TB patients, actions taken when the family is diagnosed with pulmonary TB, difficulties experienced when caring for patients. Pulmonary TB, the impact felt when treating patients, what will happen if pulmonary TB is not treated immediately, and the family's efforts to ensure that the patient does not relapse or readmission. In conclusion, this research produces a module design for hospitals, patients, and families. Keywords: Family Empowerment, Readmission, Pulmonary TB

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of 4p's marketing mix on purchasing decisions and satisfaction and its impact on repurchase interest and customer loyalty in the case study of Wardom Pak Ato's Culinary UKM. The population in this study are consumers who buy at Warung Indomie Pak Ato located in Ujuang Bandar, Kec. Rantau Selatan. This research used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling (Accidental Sampling) which is part of sampling non-probability (Non-Probability Sampling). The feasibility test of the research instrument as well as descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the respondents used version 22 of the softwareSPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science). While the data analysis technique used the path analysis model with the help of software SmartPLS version 3.0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Service Quality, Price, Facilities and Location of Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at PT. Happy Kiddy Indonesia Rantauprapat). Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, while the population used in this study were visitors to Suzuya Mall at PT. Happy Kiddy Indonesia Rantauprapat. Data analysis tools used in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significant testing (F test). ), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2).

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide an understanding of how to determine the basic production price of cow's milk products for dairy farmers in Pengalengan and to provide an understanding of marketing strategies for cow's milk products for dairy farmers in Pengalengan. The method used is interactive where the speaker and participants ask each other questions and answers regarding the counseling given. The result of this community service is that the participants understand how to calculate the cost of production for goods and services sold in the form of cow's milk and agricultural products such as potatoes and vegetables. The implication of this community service is the application of the correct calculation of the cost of production for livestock breeders and farmers in canning so as to produce competitive selling prices.

Abstract

Hypertension is blood pressure that increases beyond the normal limit, namely above 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg. Hypertension in the elderly aged >50 years if they have hypertension with a systolic value >140 mmHg. Mekarjaya Village has 58% of hypertension cases and is the largest number of PTM cases in the elderly in Mekarjaya Village. This research was carried out in the Serang hamlet, Mekarjaya Village, the working area of ​​the Purwasari Community Health Center. The research was carried out by providing a combination of foot massage therapy and drinking tea brewed with dried rosella flowers. Foot massage therapy and roselle flowers are known to help reduce blood flow because blood flow becomes smooth and roselle has been proven to help reduce the amount of fatty plaque that sticks to blood vessels. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of a combination of foot massage therapy and drinking roselle tea on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This research method uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with control group design. The sample used was 48 people, of which 24 people were in the intervention group and 24 people were in the control group. The analysis used in this research is the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test. The research results showed that there was an effect of a combination of foot massage therapy and drinking tea steeped in dried roselle flowers on changes in blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients at the Posyandu for the elderly in Serang hamlet, Mekarjaya Village, Purwasari District with a p-value (0.000). Conclusion: The combination intervention of foot massage and roselle flower tea is effective to help reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension

Abstract

Hypertension is defined as a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which can result in morbidity and mortality. Hypertension, which means very high blood pressure in the blood vessels, which carry blood from the heart which pumps blood to all tissues and organs of the body. Mekarjaya Village has cases of hypertension with the number of cases being 58% of the PTM census of 3 hamlets in the working area of ​​the Purwasari Health Center. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hypertension exercise therapy and foot massage therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The research was conducted on 48 hypertensive patients in Mekarjaya village, Purwasari district. The treatment was carried out by carrying out hypertension exercise activities in Krajan Hamlet for 24 people as the intervention group and 24 people as the control group. For the intervention, there were 24 people in the foot massage therapy intervention group and 24 people in the control group. This research method is quantitative, a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design with control group design, the sample used was 72 elderly people with hypertension. The results of the study stated that there was a significant effect on the hypertension exercise group and the foot massage therapy group before and after the intervention with a p-value (0.000); (0.001). Conclusion: Hypertension exercise and foot massage interventions are both effective interventions to help reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out to educate the community about complementary therapies that can be done as an alternative for elderly people with hypertension, one of which is non-pharmacological medicine, namely hypertension exercises and foot massage. Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that can cause complications in the brain, eyes, heart, kidneys, and peripheral blood vessels. Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which can result in morbidity and mortality. This community service was carried out for 3 days at the Dusun Tamelang Elderly Posyandu which was carried out on 20 respondents of hypertension gymnastics and 20 respondents of foot massage. This community service activity involves students, lecturers and cadres of Dusun Tamelang. The stages of activities discussed were blood pressure checks, as well as demonstrating hypertension exercises and foot massage for elderly people with hypertension. The evaluation results of the implementation of this complementary alternative medicine activity are that most of the community understands and is able to demonstrate hypertension gymnastics and foot massage independently and wants to continue activities at their respective respondents' homes. The result of this community service is a decrease in blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in Mekarjaya Village. This community service activity can be a hypertension prevention program in lowering blood pressure, one of which is by doing complementary therapy, namely hypertension exercises and foot massage

Abstract

Hypertension is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries that carry blood from the heart and continuously pump blood to all tissues in the organs of the body for a certain period of time, untreated hypertension sufferers have twice the chance of developing stroke and heart disease. Non-pharmacological drugs can be used as an alternative in reducing high blood pressure, one of which is a combination of foot massage and utilization of rosella flower tea. The purpose of this service is for community understanding of the combination of foot massage management and utilization of rosella flower tea to reduce hypertension. This service is carried out by mentoring and health education in groups. Educational material on how to do foot massage and processing rosella flowers into drinking water to reduce high blood pressure to 20 respondents from Serang Hamlet, Mekarjaya Village, Purwasari Sub-district. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in the understanding of residents, pre-test most of them did not understand as many as 14 people (70%), and post-test all respondents had good understanding (100%). The results of blood pressure measurements in the elderly with hypertension in the elderly with hypertension, pre-test showed most of the 1st degree hypertension as many as 10 people (50%), 2nd degree hypertension as many as 8 people (40%), 3rd degree hypertension as many as 2 (10%). Assistance and education are very useful to increase residents' understanding of foot massage and rosella flower tea processing to reduce hypertension levels non-pharmacologically
