Abstract

PT Siringo-Ringo untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, membutuhkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan mampu bersinergi diantara sesama karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengarug budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kohesivitas kelompok dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif, data dianalisis dengan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil analisis SPSS membuktikan bahwa menerapkan budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik serta berkomitmen dalam organisasi dapat meningkatkan kohesivitas kelompok sehingga juga meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Serta berperan penting karena berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kohesivitas kelompok sehingga perannya akan mempengaruhi terciptanya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, kohesivitas kelompok juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngetahui apakah work environtment, leadership style, organization culture, work disipline berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction dan performance di Dinas pendidikan labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 96  kuisioner yang valid. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah SPSS. hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa work environment berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap performance, adanya pengaruh leadership style, organization culture dan work disipline terhadap performance, dan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan job satifaction terhadap performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the supply chain losses caused by fluctuations in the selling price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB).  The method used is to conduct direct surveys with palm oil Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) traders and end consumers at Palm Oil Mills in nine sub-districts in Labuhanbatu Regency.  The planned number of samples to be interviewed is 800 respondents, consisting of 784 Collecting Traders and 16 SMEs, with a total of 256 respondents successfully interviewed.  The research results explain the factors influencing the fluctuation of TBS purchase prices at the supplier level, namely the lack of transparency in TBS selling prices from Palm Oil Mills to traders and from traders to farmers.  The findings also suggest that the local government should establish a special institution that can provide information on palm oil prices released by the government through the North Sumatra industry office. In addition, we recommend that the North Sumatra government involve district governments and other stakeholders in the context of the triple helix in sustainable development, considering the imbalanced needs and productivity in implementing national strategic programs.  The next research question is about the sustainability of small-scale oil palm farmers, considering the continuous growth of oil palm.  Policymakers in key stakeholder institutions need to design strategies to manage global disruptions in palm oil trade, particularly by involving farmers in national strategic programs, one of which focuses on concentrating development on palm oil downstreaming.

Abstract

The Bangkali Fish Farmers Group (POKDAKAN) is one of the groups supported by the Fisheries Department of Baubau City in Kaisabu Baru Village, whose business has struggled to grow due to the high cost of commercial feed and the continued use of conventional farming methods. The solution is to implement self-produced feed and tilapia farming based on the biofloc system. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to the Bangkali Fish Farmers Group about producing self-made feed and implementing tilapia farming based on the biofloc system. The methods used in this community service activity include program socialization, the implementation of self-produced feed, and the farming of tilapia using the biofloc system. The result of this activity is that the Bangkali group is now capable of producing their feed and able to apply the tilapia culture based on the biofloc system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kepemimpinan pendidikan nonformal dalam penguatan karakter tentang etika dan moralitas masyarakat di wilayah Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk menggali makna mendalam dari pengalaman subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui tiga teknik utama, yaitu observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Temuan dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa, pertama, perencanaan kepemimpinan pendidikan nonformal di Kutai Kartanegara melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik, penyusunan kurikulum berbasis karakter, dan evaluasi berkala. Kedua, pelaksanaan program dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, lokakarya dan keterlibatan komunitas lokal yang bertujuan untuk memastikan keselarasan program dengan nilai moral dan budaya setempat. Ketiga, pengawasan pendidikan nonformal dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan, dengan meningkatkan kompetensi pengawas, mengoptimalkan sumber daya, serta menjalin kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah dan masyarakat. Evaluasi program dilakukan secara berkala untuk menilai efektivitas dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dimasa mendatang. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pendidikan nonformal memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat karakter masyarakat serta mempersiapkan generasi yang lebih beretika dan bermoral di tengah tantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

Abstract   Background: Excessive gadget use in school-age children can negatively impact their cognitive, social and emotional development. In this case, parental involvement is needed as the key in controlling gadget use in children through the application of appropriate parenting. Parents should be able to actively participate and guide their children's interaction with technology. Purpose: To determine the strength of the relationship between parenting patterns and gadget control in school-age children through the mediation of parental involvement in the process. Method: Descriptive correlative research with variables of parental digital parenting and parental mediation in carrying out strategies to control the use of gadgets in children so as not to be excessive. This research was conducted in May 2025 to parents of first and second grade at SDIT Sehati Bina Insani Karawang. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with 60 parents as respondents. The inclusion criteria in this study are parents who have students aged 7-10 years who attend SDIT Sehati Bina Insani. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. Results: The study shows that parents with good digital parenting patterns will tend to be able to carry out good parental mediation attitudes and behaviors in regulating the use of gadgets in children as much as (78.9%). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between parenting patterns in controlling gadget use in school-age children at SDIT Sehati Bina Insani Karawang. Parents with positive parenting are more able to apply effective mediation strategies in managing time and gadget use in their children.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rantauprapat, Labuhanbatu Regency play an essential role in local economic development. However, most MSMEs still rely on manual systems and lack digital adaptation. This study investigates the implementation of Business Management Information Systems (BMIS) in local MSMEs and evaluates its impact on operational performance, efficiency, and competitiveness. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected from 5 MSME owners through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that BMIS adoption significantly enhances inventory management, sales tracking, and financial recording. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited digital literacy and infrastructure gaps remain. The study concludes with recommendations for digital training programs and local government support to foster sustainable technological integration in Labuhanbatu's MSME sector.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how farmer groups in Labuhan Bilik adopt and implement the Business Management Information System (BIIS) in marketing agricultural products, as well as its impact on market access, transaction transparency, and farmer income. The method used is a qualitative case study approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of digital marketing activities. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of BIIS through social media, local e-commerce applications, and digital recording of harvest results has expanded market reach, accelerated distribution, and increased price transparency. However, the obstacles that arise include low digital literacy of farmers, limited technological infrastructure, and dependence on individuals who master technology. Therefore, ongoing assistance, digital literacy training, and collaboration between various parties are needed to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation. These findings are expected to be a strategic reference for policy makers and practitioners in formulating inclusive and adaptive agricultural digitalization programs.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation and impact of the use of Business Management Information System (BIMS) on operational efficiency and increasing fishermen's income in Meranti Paham Village, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. The background of this study is based on the low efficiency of traditional fisheries businesses due to the absence of a structured information recording and management system. With a qualitative approach through case studies, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of 15 fishermen, community leaders, and representatives of the Fisheries Service. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of BIMS, which includes recording catches, distribution, and financial reports, can improve the efficiency of fuel use, operational planning, and cost control. Economically, the use of BIMS increases fishermen's income by 20–30% and strengthens their bargaining power in the market. The success of the implementation is influenced by the support of cooperatives, the role of local leadership, and family involvement. However, obstacles such as limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and concerns about data privacy are still challenges. This study recommends strengthening ongoing training, increasing access to technology, and policy support so that BIMS can be adopted more widely in the community fisheries sector.

Abstract

Ibu hamil mengalami rasa ketidaknyamanan seiring dengan bertambahnya usia kehamilan. Senam hamil merupakan salah satu aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan oleh ibu hamil untuk mengurangi masalah ketidaknyamanan tersebut. Penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai senam hamil serta evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan edukasi perlu dilakukan agar ibu hamil dapat memahami materi serta mengaplikasikan, agar masalah ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil bisa diatasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan senam hamil dengan kepuasan ibu hamil di Desa Cengkong, Karawang, Jawa Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan 45 responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner data demografi dan kuesioner kepuasan pelayanan edukasi yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Uji chi-square digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pelayanan edukasi dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil, dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pelayanan penyuluhan kesehatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien ibu hamil. Saran: Perlu dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan secara rutin kepada ibu hamil di Desa Cengkong, Karawang. Penyuluhan rutin dapat dilakukan oleh para kader. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pelatihan kader mengenai berbagai pengetahuan kesehatan kehamilan salah satunya senam hamil
