Abstract

This study aims to look at the growth and yield of curly chili plants against POC Rabbit Urine, PGPR, and Pineapple Mol with different usage concentrations in dry land. This research was conducted from August 2022 to January 2023 in Dukuh Pokoh, Musuk Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency. With an altitude of 845 meters above sea level. Latosol soil type. The study used the factorial method with the basic pattern of Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) consisting of two factors, The first type of fertilizer (M) is divided into three levels, namely: M1=Rabbit Urine, M2=PGPR and M3=Pineapple Mole. The second factor is Concentration (K) which consists of four levels namely; K0: control, K1=10ml/Lt, K2=20ml/Lt, K3 30ml/Lt. Growth parameters: plant height, plant fresh weight, and plant dry weight. Yield Parameters: Number of Green Fruits, Weight of Green Fruits, Number of Red Fruits, Weight of Red Fruits Planted, and Red Fruits per plot. The results of the study: the type of fertilizer treatment had a very significant effect on plant height, number of red fruit, weight of red fruit planted, and weight of red fruit per plot, and had no effect on the number of green fruit and weight of green fruit. POC concentration significantly affected plant height, fresh weight and dry weight of plants, number of red fruit planted, weight of red fruit per plant and per plot, and had no effect on the number of green fruit and green fruit weight. The combination of fertilizer types and concentrations had a very significant effect on plant height, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, number of red fruit, weight of red fruit per plant, weight of red fruit per plot and had no effect on number of green fruit and weight of green fruit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui kebutuhan guru SMK, dan (2) mengidentifikasi upaya-upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan guru SMK. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data sekunder, yaitu memanfaatkan data kuantitatif yang sudah ada dari berbagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kebutuhan guru peminatan kejuruan masuk dalam ketegori kekurangan. Kekurangan guru peminatan kejuruan terjadi di sekolah negeri maupun swasta. Kekurangan guru di sekolah swasta lebih besar daripada di sekolah negeri. Kekurangan guru peminatan kejuruan terjadi di semua bidang keahlian dan provinsi. Perkecualian di sekolah negeri di Provinsi Aceh sudah kelebihan guru. Upaya pemenuhan guru peminatan kejuruan telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Program yang sudah/sedang/belum dilakukan pemerintah antara lain: Program Keahlian Ganda, Program Guru Tamu, Program Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL), maupun Program Magang Mahasiswa PPG. Upaya pemenuhan guru peminatan kejuruan dapat lebih maksimal lagi dengan memberdayakan: (1) UU Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (2) Permendikbud Nomor 34 Tahun 2018 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan/Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan: Standar Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan, dan (3) UU No. 12 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pendidikan Tinggi. Dengan memberdayakan peraturan-peraturan tersebut, maka upaya pemenuhan guru peminatan kejuruan yang dapat dilakukan adalah program guru PPPK, program Instruktur kejuruan yang berasal dari dunia usaha/industry, dan program Kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Perilaku hidup sehat siswa SD di sekolah masih menjadi persoalan, terutama bagi SD-SD yang berada di sekitar pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perilaku hidup sehat siswa SD di sekolah sekitar pasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Respoden penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas 4, 5, dan 6 SD di sekitar pasar. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring/online dengan kuesioner dalam format google form. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perilaku hidup sehat siswa SD di sekolah memiliki rata-rata skor 87,15 serta standar deviasi 12,004 dengan skor minimum 51,11 dan skor maksimum 114,35. Dengan rata-rata skor 87,15 berarti capaian perilaku hidup sehat siswa SD di sekolah rata-rata baru mencapai 75,13 persen dari skor maksimum ideal yang dapat dicapai. Banyak siswa SD (68,00 persen) yang berperilaku hidup sehat di sekolah dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan kategori tinggi dan rendah sama banyaknya, yakni 16,00 persen. Capaian perilaku hidup sehat di sekolah menunjukkan perbedaan pada masing-masing indikator perilaku hidup sehat siswa SD di sekolah sekitar pasar. Indikator menggunakan jamban sehat berada pada posisi terendah diikuti mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun, membuang sampah di tempat sampah, dan mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman sehat. Rata-rata skor siswa laki-laki dan perempuan tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Rata-rata skor antar tingkat kelas (Kelas 4, 5, dan 6) berbeda secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku hidup sehat siswa SD di sekolah sekitar pasar belum memuaskan karena banyak siswa SD yang berperilaku hidup sehat di sekolah dalam kategori sedang. Indikator yang capaiannya belum baik adalah penggunaan jamban sehat dan mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun. Rata-rata skor antar tingkat kelas (Kelas 4, 5, dan 6) berbeda secara signifikan dengan skor tertinggi diperoleh siswa Kelas 4, kemudian kelas 5 dan 6.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok tani “Srimulyo” di Desa Pucangmiliran, Klaten, melalui pemanfaatan limbah industri mie so’on menjadi pupuk organik dan media tanam jamur tiram. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan metode knowledge transfer dan technology transfer (TT) melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini juga mengintegrasikan pelatihan digital marketing untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk olahan jamur tiram dan pupuk organik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan signifikan pada seluruh indikator: pembuatan pupuk organik (40% menjadi 85%), budidaya jamur tiram (35% menjadi 80%), pengolahan produk jamur (30% menjadi 75%), dan pemasaran digital (25% menjadi 60%). Program ini berhasil memperkuat kapasitas teknis, meningkatkan literasi digital, serta membangun model kewirausahaan komunitas berbasis potensi lokal dan teknologi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Community Capitals Framework (CCF), dan Communication Infrastructure Theory (CIT) dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mewujudkan ekonomi desa berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Shallots are one of the horticultural commodities that Indonesian people need. The use of bacterial consortia in shallot cultivation is expected to be useful for increasing soil fertility due to soil biochemical processes. This research aims to determine the effect of applying a microbial consortium from several products to the growth and yield of several shallot varieties. This research was carried out using a Split Plot Design with a split plot method which consists of two factors, namely: 1. Red onion variety, (V1: local rubber variety; V2: white local variety; V3: local Javanese varieties), 2. Types of decomposing plants (microbial consortium), : (P0: Control; P1: M21; P2: EM4; P3: Beka Decomposer). The research results showed: (1) The variety test showed very significant plant height, number of leaves, fresh stover weight, dry stover weight, tuber diameter, fresh tuber weight per bunch, tuber dry weight per bunch, and tuber dry weight per plot. However, there was no real difference between the number of bulbs per plant and the number of bulbs per plot. (2) The combination of microbial consortia with shallot varieties showed significantly different results regarding the number of leaves and bulb diameter. However, there were no real differences in plant height, fresh stover weight, dry stover weight, number of tubers per plant, number of tubers per plot, fresh weight of tubers per bunch, dry weight of tubers per bunch and dry weight of tubers per bunch. (3) The research results showed that the highest yield was obtained from the combination of V2P1 with the treatment of local white varieties of shallots and the application of the M21 microbial consortium with an average value of 150.27 g/plot (16,905 kg/ha or 16.9 tons/ha).

Abstract

The rapid deterioration of soybean seeds during storage severely limits the availability of high-quality planting stock. Seed invigoration, specifically through matriconditioning, a technique involving controlled hydration using a moist solid medium, offers a method to improve the germination capacity of aged seeds. This study was thus designed to ascertain the optimal dosage of vermicompost utilization as a matriconditioning agent for improving the physiological quality of soybean seeds. Vermicompost, the product of organic matter decomposition, provides a comprehensive nutrient profile that may enhance seed physiological quality. The research aimed to determine the optimal vermicompost dosage for improving soybean seed physiological quality. A two-factor Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four replications was employed. The factors were the priming ratio seed (g): vermicompost (g): water (ml) at four levels R0​ (control), R1​ (12:14:12), R2​ (12:14:13), R3​ (12:14:14) and priming duration four levels: D0​ (control), D1​ (6 hours), D2​ (12 hours), D3​ (18 hours). The experiment used Argomulyo cultivar seeds (initial germination 70-79%). Results indicated that the most effective invigoration treatment utilized the vermicompost priming ratio of 12:14:12 and an incubation period of 18 hours at ambient conditions (25±2 ºC).

Abstract

The peanut plant (Arachis hypogaea L.) is a food crop that has a strategic role in the national economy and given its multipurpose function as a source of food, feed and industrial raw materials. The aim of this research was to determine the growth and yield of peanut plants by providing goat manure and various types of compound fertilizer. The research was carried out in August - December 2022 in Dukuh Pokoh, Musuk Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency with an altitude of 632 (masl) and the soil type is Vertisol (PPT = Grumosol). The research used the Factorial method with a basic design of Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) consisting of 2 treatment factors, The first factor was the dose of goat manure: D1: 5 tons/ha, D2: 10 tons/ha, D3: 15 tons/ha. The second factor is the type of compound fertilizer: M1: 15-15-15, M2: 16-16-16, M3: 30-6-8. The results of the study showed that (1) The treatment dose of goat manure (D) had a very real influence on the number of pods planted, the number of pods contained in the plant, the weight of 100 seeds and had no effect on plant height, weight of fresh stover, weight of dry stover, number of empty pods per plant, pod weight per plant and pod weight per plot. (2) The type of compound fertilizer (M) had a very significant effect on fresh stover weight, dry stover weight and pod weight per plot. Significant effect on pod weight per plant and weight of 100 seeds and no effect on plant height, number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, and number of empty pods per plant. (3) The combination of doses of goat manure (D) and types of compound fertilizer (M) has a very significant effect on the weight of fresh stover and the weight of dry stover. Has a significant effect on the weight of 100 seeds and has no significant effect on plant height, number of pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, number of empty pods per plant, weight of the pods per plant and weight of the pods per plot. (4) The best results were at a fertilizer dose of 15 tonnes/ha with 15-15-15 compound fertilizer, namely pod weight of 751.60 gr per plot (3.11 tonnes/ha of dry beans).

Abstract

Cauliflower is a vegetable that has commercial value and excellent prospects for public consumption. According to the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, cauliflower production has decreased from 2019 to 2021, therefore it is necessary to improve maintenance, one of which is by providing Phosphorus fertilizer to increase productivity. This will increase the rate of photosynthesis to produce high productivity and the correct dose of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to maximize growth in the vegetative and generative phases thereby increasing the yield of cauliflower plants. This research aims to determine the effect of giving various doses of Phosphorus and POC fertilizers on the growth and yield of cauliflower plants. The research was carried out in the village, Girilayu, Matesih, Karanganyar from February to May 2024. Using the Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the dosage of Phosphorus (P) fertilizer P1: 100 kg/ha, P2: 150 kg/ha, P3: 200 kg/ha. The second factor is the dose of POC (C), C1: 4 cc/L, C2: 8 cc/L, C3: 12 cc/L. The results research showed (1) Giving various doses of Phospor fertilizer had a very real effect on fresh stover, dry stover, plant diameter, plant weight per plant, and crop weight per plot. However, it does not have a real effect on plant height and number of leaves. (2) Giving various doses of POC had a very real influence on fresh stover, dry stover, plant diameter, and plant weight per plant had a real influence on crop weight per plot and had no real influence on plant height and number of leaves. (3) The interaction between treatments had a very real influence on fresh stover, dry stover, and plant weight per plant, and had no real influence on plant height, number of leaves, plant diameter, and weight per plant plot. (4) The highest results were obtained in the branch pruning treatment 3 weeks after planting with an NPK fertilizer dose of 200 kg/ha, namely a plant weight of 11,997.4 grams per plot (26,644 kg/ha).

Abstract

Agriculture is an important sector in maintaining food security in a country, including Indonesia. The practice of agricultural activities is very dependent on the environment. Environmentally friendly agricultural practices, also known as organic farming, are currently widely popular, public awareness of the quality of healthy food is the reason why organic farming practices are increasingly in demand. This agricultural practice is related to the recycling of nutrients through plant and livestock waste, as well as other waste which can improve the fertility status and structure of the soil. Community service activities are located in Dlingo Village, Mojosongo District, Boyolali, involving the Mudho Tani livestock group. The method used is providing material regarding the manufacture of organic fertilizer and vegetable pesticides by utilizing materials found in the environment. Organic fertilizer uses cow dung because the majority of the group members are livestock breeders, while vegetable pesticides use spices (ginger, turmeric, mackerel). The practice of making fertilizers and pesticides is carried out to increase the skills of farmers so that they can apply the principles of organic farming. With this service activity, it is hoped that farmers' skills in making organic fertilizers and pesticides can increase and can be applied to agricultural practices. The implementation of an organic farming system is one of the supports for creating a sustainable agriculture.
