Abstract

Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok usia yang kritis, karena pada usia tersebut seorang anak rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan. Menggosok gigi merupakan cara yang paling mudah dan efektif untuk dilakukan dengan baik dan benar agar sisa makan benar benar dapat di hilangkan dari permukaan gigi. Berdasarkan penjelesan tersebut, sangat penting untuk memberikan informasi secara dini dan benar tentang bagaimana cara mencuci tangan dengan sabun serta menggosok gigi dengan baik dan benar sehingga anak anak bisa terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan ini menggunakan penyampaian materi, pe,bagian leaflet dan demonstrasi cara mencuci tangan dengan sabun serta cara menggosok gigi dengan baik dan benar. Agar penyuluhan menarik kami memberikan hadiah door proze bagi peserta yang dapat mengulang tekhnik cara mencuci tangan dengan sabun serta cara menggosok gigi dengan baik dan benar dan dapat menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan penyuluh. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh edukasi cara mencuci tangan dengan sabun serta cara menggosok gigi dengan baik dan benar dengan sabun Di SDN 25 Santi Kota Bima. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini diharapkan agar anak-anak dapat memahami dan memperaktekan tekhnik cara menggosok gigi dengan baik dan benar serta cara mencuci tangan dengan sabun dalam kehidupan sehari hari baik di lingkungan rumah maupun sekolah.

Abstract

Proses pelatihan paduan suara mengalami tantangan ketika diberlakukannya   PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat) untuk menekan angka kenaikan covid dimasa pandemik covid-19. Agar proses pelatihan tetap terselenggara,   maka seluruh proses yang biasanya dilakukan secara luring berpindah secara daring. Capriccisso Children Choir yang merupakan paduan suara anak yang terletak di Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang juga terkena dampak yang sama. Wadah yang dipilih Capriccioso Children Choir sebagai media pelatihan yaitu aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Aplikasi zoom meeting digunakan sebagai media pelatihan dikarenakan terdapat fiur-fitur yang dapat mendukung proses pelatihan.  Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelatihan paduan suara dengan menggunakan zoom meeting serta  menganalisis hasil yang didapat pada pelatihan  pelatihannya.  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan objek penelitian Capriccioso Children Choir dan sampel penelitian yaitu salah satu kelas pada paduan suara ini yaitu kelas bluebird yang beranggotakan anak dengan usia 6-9 tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu   pelatih dituntut untuk kreatif dalam menyampaikan materi pelatihan. Penyampaian materi yang dilatih seperti Sikap Badan, Teknik Vokal Dasar, Materi Lagu dan Materi Teori Musik Dasar, memanfaatkan berbagai fitur yang ada pada zoom meeting  seperti, share screen, share sound dan Breakout Room. Kreatifitas pelatih ditunjukan dengan memaksimalkan fitur-fitur yang tesedia pada zoom meeting  untuk menyampaikan materi pelatihan. Zoom Meeting Application Utilization as Online Choir Training Media at Capriccioso Children Choir Lippo Karawaci TangerangThe choir training process experienced challenges when the PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) was enforced to reduce the number of covid increases during the covid-19 pandemic. In order for the training process to continue, all processes that are usually carried out offline are moved online. Capriccisso Children Choir, a children's choir located in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, was also affected. The container chosen by Capriccioso Children Choir as a training medium is the Zoom Meeting application. The zoom meeting application is used as a training medium because there are features that can support the training process.  The purpose of this research was conducted to describe the choir training process using zoom meeting  and analyze the results obtained in the training training.  The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the object of research Capriccioso Children Choir and the research sampel is one of the classes in this choir, namely the bluebird class consisting of children aged 6-9 years. The results of this study are that trainers are required to be creative in delivering training materials. The delivery of training materials such as Body Attitude, Basic Vocal Techniques, Song Material and Basic Music Theory Material, utilizes various features in zoom meeting  such as, share screen, share sound and Breakout Room. The creativity of the trainer is shown by maximizing the features available on zoom meeting  to deliver training material.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan ekstrak minyak kemiri (Aulirites Mollocana Wild) menjadi produk kosmetik di kalangan pria yaitu pomade, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pomade. Metodelogi yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode percobaan dengan konsentrasi ekstrak minyak kemiri rendering, roasting, dan sangrai masing-masing 0ml, 5ml, 15ml, dan 25ml, Pembuatan pomade menggunakan bahan baku vaseline putih, cera alba, dan beberapa bahan lainnya. Hasil yang didapatkan pada uji homogenitas memenuhi standar dan di katakan homogen, akan tetapi paling bangus terdapat pada sedian pomade minyak kemiri rendering, roasting, dan sangrai dengan presentase 25%, dan hasil pH yang paling tinggi terdapat pada kemiri roasting yaitu bekisar antara 6,37 sampai 6,83. Penelitian pembuatan pomade ini sudah pernah di lakukan sebelumnya, yang membedakan degan sebelumnya adalah proses minyak kemiri yang digunakan yaitu ada 3 jenis rendering roasting dan sangrai. Daya sebar yang terbaik di dapat pada sedian pomade rendering,roasting, dan sangrai dengan presentase minyak 25% dengan nilai 6,0 cm. Pada uji organoleptik yang paling disukai oleh panelis adalah pomade oil based pada persentase minyak kemiri 25% dengan proses rendering dan yang tidak di sukai oleh penelis adalah pomade oil based pada presentase minyak kemiri 25% dengan proses roasting. Maka penelitian ini menunjukan semakin rendah persentase minyak kemiri yang digunakan, maka daya sebar yang dihasilkan semakin rendah dan tidak memenuhi standar, begitu pula dengan homogenitas semakin tinggi persentase minyak kemiri yang digunakan maka homogenitas yang dihasilkan semakin homogen.

Abstract

Kitosan merupakan senyawa varian senyawa kitin yang ditemukan dikulit banyak mengandung krustasea salah satunya yaitu udang. Pembuatan kitosan adalah proses yang paling sederhana dan efektif. Kitosan pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah kulit udang vannamei. Udang vannamei dapat dibuat kitosan karena mengandung senyawa kitin. penelitian dibuat untuk bertujuan mengkaji pelarut pengaruh konsentrasi asam sitrat dan suhu pada tahap demineralisasi proses dalam pembuatan kitosan dari limbah kulit udang vannamei. Parameter digunakan untuk membuat kitosan dari kulit udang vannamei. Parameter digunakan untuk mengkaji kadar air, rendemen, kelarutan,viskositas, derajat deastilasi, dan gugus fungsi. Penelitian ini sudah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya menggunakan HCL sebagai pelarut pada tahap demineralisasi dari konsentrasi 20%, 30%, 40% dan 50% dan suhu 400C, 500C,600C dan 700C. Pada penelitian ini digunakan konsentrasi pelarut asam sitrat dan suhu dari tahap demeniralisasi pada proses pembuatan kitosan. Hasil pengujian yang terbaik adalah pada konsentrasi pelarut asam sitrat 50% dengan suhu 700C yakni berupa kadar air air sebesar 0,03%, rendemen sebesar 0,25%, kelarutan sebesar 87,9%, viskositas sebesar 3,18%, derajat deastilasi (DD) sebesar 64,58%. Hasil uji FTIR diperoleh gugus fungsi amina ulur vibrasi pada gelombang 3251,98 cm-1, gugus asetamida ulur vibrasi pada gelombang 1660,71 cm-1 dan vibrasi ulur pada gelombang 1259,52 cm-1 menunjukkan pada gugus fungsi asam karboksilat.

Abstract

Soap operas are defined as dramas in a series of episodes that present stories from various characters simultaneously. The research is entitled Analysis of sinetron shows ikatan cinta in RCTI on the social behavior of the community palembang. Ikatan Cinta, an Indonesian soap opera created by MNC Pictures, had its television debut on RCTI on October 19, 2020 at 19.30 WIB. It's a soap opera directed by Doddy Djanas, has the genres of drama, romance, family and comedy. The screenwriters are Theresia Fransisca and Donna Rosamayna. The bond of love tells the story of two siblings, without them realizing it, they love the same man and in the end it causes family conflict. This study aims to determine the interest in watching soap operas Bonds of Love on RCTI and to find out how soap operas affect the social behavior of the people in  Palembang. The research used in this study began with data collection, recording, interpretation, application of the properties and objects studied included in a descriptive qualitative approach using the uses and gratifications theory. The subjects in this study were the people Palembang. This method forms data in the form of text or speech from each person's behavior that is seen. After analyzing the data, it was proven that the public was interested in watching soap operas that had an interesting storyline and visualization of the cast, and it was also proven that the soap opera Ikatan Cinta did not change behavior, but some followed the fashion style and the names of the characters from the soap opera Ikatan Cinta

Abstract

This research is entitled "Individual Counseling Using Self Talk Techniques to Grow Self-Acceptance of Persons with Physical Disabilities at the Budi Perkasa Center Palembang". Self-acceptance is a positive attitude towards oneself, able and willing to accept one's own strengths and weaknesses, so that one can view the future more positively. The purpose of this study was to determine self-acceptance of persons with physical disabilities at the Budi Perkasa Center Palembang, and to find out the Individual Counseling Technique with Self Talk to foster Self Acceptance among persons with physical disabilities at the Budi Perkasa Center Palembang. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data collection tools interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were one social worker and two beneficiaries. The data analysis techniques used are: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The results of this study indicate that self-acceptance in children with disabilities is able to accept themselves well without any rejection in themselves, are able to get along without shame and always think positively about their physical condition. Individual counseling using self-talk techniques to foster self-acceptance in persons with physical disabilities uses three stages, namely the initial stage, the middle stage and the final stage.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Role of Family in Providing Social Support for Elderly Stroke Patients, Client 'E'." The research focuses on the family's role in providing social support for elderly stroke patients, encompassing the actions of family members in offering assistance, the types of support provided, and the challenges faced. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the family's role in providing social support to the elderly, the types of support given, and the arising obstacles. This research employs a qualitative approach with field research methodology. The research subjects consist of five family members who care for elderly stroke patients. Data is collected through interviews and documentation.The research findings demonstrate that the family's role in providing social support for elderly stroke patients is highly significant. Social support has a positive impact on these elderly individuals, boosting their spirits, reducing despair, and managing the clients' emotions. The social support rendered includes emotional support, tangible support, and instrumental support. However, several obstacles are also identified, including the elderly's difficulties in controlling their emotions and unfulfilled promises from busy family members. In conclusion, families play a vital role in providing social support for elderly stroke patients. This support has a positive impact on the psychological and emotional aspects of the elderly. Nonetheless, specific challenges need to be considered in the effort to provide effective social support.

Abstract

Immunization is the process of administering vaccines aimed at providing protection or immunity against specific diseases. Immunization stimulates the body's immune system to recognize and fight disease infections more effectively, reducing the risk of individuals who have been vaccinated contracting the disease. Understanding the administration of immunization is crucial, especially in the current context where infections and diseases are highly dangerous and easily transmissible, such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, hepatitis, and others. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of ​​Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village, in the year 2023. The research design used is cross-sectional and was conducted in October 2023. The population consists of mothers with children aged ≥11, with a sample size of 112 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and Maternal and Child Health Books (Buku KIA). The majority of mothers had a low level of education, amounting to 60 people with a percentage of 53.6%. Most respondents had complete basic immunization, totaling 77 respondents with a percentage of 68.8%. The Chi-Square Test analysis results show p = 0.000 < α (0.05), thus it is concluded that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, indicating a relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of ​​Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village..

Abstract

Background: The influence of parents in helping children develop independence and discipline of children. The linkage parenting parents in laying the basics of discipline and independence to the child and help develop it so that children have self-discipline and have independence. Independence is an important aspect of child development for the nurse in order to provide holistic nursing care to children.Method:This study uses the type of analytic research which is to know the Relationship Pattern Parent Parenting With Self-Reliance Pre School Children In TK Bunda Jambi. The population is all parents have a chield  with 81 students. Total Sampling is 81 children.. Data collection was done by questionnaire, data. Analyse data with bivariate. Result:The result of research about parenting relationship with children independence obtained p-value 0.003 (<0.05) which means there is a meaningful relationship between parenting and independence of children in TK Bunda Kota Jambi Year 2014. It is expected that health workers can provide health education to teachers and parents of preschool children about parenting to support the development of child self-reliance.

Abstract

A counselor organized individual counseling as a consultative service to address a problem the council is facing. Therefore, the counselor must be smart in determining a proper method to re-develop the self-confidence of adolescents who have become victims of bullying using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) technique. This study aimed to raise confidence in “T” clients who suffered obesity bullying in Tulung Selapan Village. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study, where researchers drew information in depth from several sources. The data collection techniques used are interviewing, observation, and documentation. The results of this study showed that after conducting the counseling process, there were as many as four meetings in a month that used several stages of counseling implementation, namely, the initial stage, the intermediate stage, and the final stage. The process can give excellent results to the client, where the client "T" always thinks positively and does not compare himself to others because he has already understood his abilities and has learned to forget that he is weak and has no abilities.
