Abstract

Sosialisasi penanganan massage olahraga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat/pelatih tentang manfaat sport massage bagaimana hal itu dapat membantu meningkatkan kesehatan dan kinerja atlet. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik, diharapkan akan ada peningkatan penggunaan sport massage sebagai alat penting dalam merawat atlet dan memastikan kesejahteraan mereka selama dan setelah berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas olahraga. Penanganan sport massage adalah aspek penting dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan dan kinerja atletik. Pengetahuan tentang teknik-teknik massage yang tepat dan pemahaman tentang manfaatnya sangat diperlukan bagi atlet, pelatih, dan profesional kesehatan olahraga. Sosialisasi penanganan sport massage merupakan langkah yang krusial untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya perawatan fisik dalam dunia olahraga. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang sport massage, manfaatnya, dan teknik-teknik yang digunakan

Abstract

Kegitan ini dilaksanaka pada hari Sabtu, 12 Maret 2021 di, Desa Murante, Kecamatan Suli, Kabupaten Kabupaten Luwu, bertempat di lapangan masjid Syuhada 45 Larandu. Peserta sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan PKM. Sebelum praktek diberikan, secara singkat peserta diberikan materi tentang sejarah perkembangan olahraga bulutangkis, Teknik dasar serta aturan dalam permainan bulutangkis, selain itu pemberian video tutorial permainan bulutankis. Metode yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, dan pelaksanaan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan langsung, demontrasi, diskusi, praktek dan evaluasi terhadap anak usia 10-12 tahun di Desa Murante Kabupaten Luwu, tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan teknik dasar dan aturan permainan bulutangkis serta ingin mengetahui seberapa jauh pengetahuan anak tentang teknik dasar dan aturan permainan bulutangkis di Desa Murante kabupaten Luwu.

Abstract

Jenis aktivitas fisik memengaruhi perubahan-perubahan anatomis dan fisiologis tubuh. Saat beraktivitas fisik baik aerobik maupun anaerobik terjadi peningkatan kebutuhan oksigen yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi otot yang bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan antara respons aktivitas aerobik dan aktivitas anaerobik pada mahasiswa FIK Universitas Cenderawasih. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 588 mahasiswa FIK Universitas Cenderawasih. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa Ilmu Keolahragaan Konsentrasi Kebugaran dengan jumlah 26 mahasiswa (laki-laki: 20 dan perempuan: 6). Sampel dibagi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok aktivitas aerobik 13 mahasiswa dan kelompok aktivitas anaerobik 13 mahasiswa. Aktivitas aerobik yang digunakan yaitu jogging 30 menit dan aktivitas anaerobik yang digunakan yaitu lari sprint. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi respons denyut nadi, frekuensi napas, dan suhu tubuh. Perhitungan denyut nadi, frekuensi napas, dan suhu tubuh dilakukan pretest dan posttest aktivitas aerobik dan anaerobik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai yang ditinjau dari suhu tubuh nilai sig (2-tailed) 0.015 < 0.05, ditinjau dari denyut nadi nilai sig (2-tailed) 0.001 < 0.05, dan ditinjau dari frekuensi napas nilai sig (2-tailed) 0.015 < 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil yang ditemukan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan respons yang signifikan antara aktivitas aerobik dan anaerobik.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of interest and learning motivation on physical education learning achievements of SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang students. This research used a quantitative descriptive method as outlined in the form of percentages. The population in this study were 171 students of SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang. The sample in this study was to 30 students. The results show that the highest interest in the sample with a percentage of 98.4% was in the very good category. Learning motivation has an average percentage of 88.6% describing that students' motivation to study physical education at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang is very good. The high influence of learning interest of class VII students on physical learning achievement of SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang is obtained from a probability value of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05), then Ho's decision is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of learning interest on achievement learn penjas. While the motivation of VII Class students for physical education achievement at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang is obtained from a probability value of 0.02 (0.00 <0.05), then Ho's decision is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of interest in learning on physical education achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of the skills of Silat in the game of sepak takraw for class VII students of MTs.AL-QASHASH TOBEA through the pair training method. Seeing that there are still many students who are less interested so that they are less serious in takraw learning activities, this causes the results of the ability of Sila Sila to not be optimal in the game of takraw. The data collection technique used in this study was the teacher's activity observation and student activity observation sheets as well as student skills tests. This research uses classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in 2 cycles and student evaluation tests were conducted at the end of each cycle. The results of the percentage of observations of student activity in the first cycle were the completeness of student learning outcomes in each cycle an average of 41.3% from the cognitive aspect, 58.6% from the affective aspect and 44.8% from the psychomotor aspect. in the first cycle and the second cycle of completeness of student learning outcomes in each cycle the average cognitive aspect is 93.1%, the affective aspect is 89.6% and the psychomotor aspect is 93.1%. The results of this study stated that the application of the pair training method could improve the learning outcomes of Sila Sila and was able to foster excitement and motivate students in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aerobic exercise on the physical fitness of PKK Saluinduk Village mothers. This study included a pre-experimental study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population numbered 20 people while the sampling technique was carried out using the total sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as a sample, so that in this study the sample totaled 20 people who were treated with aerobic exercise and measured physical fitness before and after being treated with a multistage fitness test instrument (beep tests). Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics with t-test. The results showed that the tcount value was greater than ttable (4.30266 > 1.99773) thus the t value obtained in this study was significant. So it was concluded that aerobic exercise had an influence on the physical fitness of PKK Saluinduk Village mothers.

Abstract

The training program is a way to carry out training effectively and efficiently so that it is hoped that it can achieve the targets that have been set. The implementation of this research was carried out in two places, this study aimed to find out the training program for the southeast and palopo clubs. Based on the results of interviews from the two clubs, it can be stated that the Palopo club is superior to the Southeastern club. The method in this study was descriptive qualitative by distributing co-signers or conducting direct interviews. The subjects of this study were football athletes and coaches. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the training program between the two clubs has differences where the Palopo club training program is superior and effective in achieving maximum results when competing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of arm muscle strength, balance and confidence on the ability of the front roller on floor gymnastics of SMP Negeri 5 Palopo students. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to students at SMP Negeri 5 Palopo. The population in this study was 25 student respondents with a sampling technique using proportional Random Sampling. The data was processed through the Spss version 23 program with correlation techniques and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on the strength of the arm muscles, balance and confidence on the ability of the students' front rollers. Then the results of the f test prove that facilities and infrastructure simultaneously affect students' learning interest by seeing that the value of Fcal is greater than that of Ftable, which is (1,672>0,413) with a significance value of 0.010. The variable of muscle strength is the variable that has the greatest influence on the ability of students to roll in front of students at SMP Negeri 5 Palopo.

Abstract

Physical activity causes an increase in the use of energy or calories by the body. Cold water recovery is to reduce muscle soreness after exercise. The use of cold water for Pencak silat athletes after doing physical activity is very influential with the final result. There are changes in various ways of testing it, such as normality and correlation tests. The goal is that by applying cold water, it can make the pencak silat athletes have a steady pulse and don't get tired quickly. The methods used are experimental, pretest and posttest groups, with 11 sample. The research instrument was carried out after doing physical activity for 1 minute, calculating the pulse for 1 minute after doing physical activity, calculating the pulse was carried out using cold water with 25° C temperature. if the temperature exceeds 25° C then ice cubes are added to the soaking tub until the temperature drops to 25° C. With the normality test Absolute Value = .189 , Positive = .189, Negative = -.189, Sig. 0.200 > 0.05, then the variables are normally distributed and correlation test Correlation Test Sample PreTest = 11 , PreTest Pearson Correlation = 1 PostTest = .971 Meanwhile, PostTest Sample = 11 . PostTest Pearson Correalition = .971 PostTest =1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving watermelon juice on endurance in pencak silat athletes. The method used is an experiment with 10 samples. The results of the study show that giving watermelon juice have a significant effect on muscle fatigue, anaerobic fatigue, pulse rate, delayed onset muscle soreness, and VO2Max. Physical condition is an important aspect to support the success of an athlete, so proper monitoring of the athlete's physical fitness level is needed. Athletes who play sports to achieve regional, national or international success must have skills specific to the sport they participate in and must be in peak physical condition. This research uses quantitative research methods and experimental research design with pretest and posttest groups. The research population was 20 pencak silat athletes in Luwu and the sample was 10 athletes. This research found that the athlete's physical fitness level was good and could be improved. This study also found that watermelon consumption had a significant effect on endurance.
