Abstract

This study aims to develop a product that is tested to be valid and interest so that it is can help the student learning process in understanding the material on religious diversity in Indonesia. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by applying the ADDIE development model. The results of this study are in the form of learning media products based on smart apps creators that very valid criteria (86%) from material expert validators and media with valid criteria from media expert validators (80%) and media is also categorized as a very interesting (82.7%). Based on the validation results and the results of field trials, it can be concluded that the smart apps creator-based learning media that contains material on religious diversity is very valid and very interesting to be used as a Civics learning medium in class IV MI Perwanida Blitar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai kasus kekerasan yang terjadi antar pelajar dan guru di sekolah. Seperti kasus terbaru tentang kekerasan terhadap peserta didik yang terjadi di SDN Gondanglegi 3 Malang, di mana terdapat peserta didik yang melalukan kesalahan dan diberi sanksi dicubit oleh temannya satu kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model 4-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan dan Sammel dengan 4 tahapan yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran, tetapi pengembangan dalam penelitian ini belum sampai pada penyebaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis nilai-nilai Peace Education di SDN Olak Alen 1 Selorejo Blitar. (2) untuk mengetahui kevalidan modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis nilai-nilai Peace Education di SDN Olak Alen 1 Selorejo Blitar. (3) untuk mengetahui efektifitas modul pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis nilai-nilai Peace Education di SDN Olak Alen 1 Selorejo Blitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul PAI yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini Modul Pendidikan Agama Islam dinilai “valid”. Hal ini terlihat dari penilaian dua validator yang menghasilkan nilai rata-rata total kevalidan sebesar 3,38 yang berarti baik dan dapat digunakan dengan sedikit revisi. Modul Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dinilai “efektif”. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, respon siswa dan hasil belajar. Aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif” dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,8. Aktivitas siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif” dengan persentase rata-rata 72,5%. Respon siswa terhadap pengembangan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif” dengan persentase rata-rata respon positif siswa sebesar 92,86%. Hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam telah memenuhi kriteria “efektif”. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai tes belajar 12 siswa terdiri dari: 8 siswa mengalami kenaikan sedang, dan 4 siswa mengalami kenaikan rendah dengan rata-rata peningkatan kelas adalah 0,41 kategori sedang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions for consumers of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama. The research method used is a quantitative method. In this study, the independent variables were used, namely Sales Promotion (X1), Service Quality (X2) and the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision (Y). The object of this study were partners of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama with a total population of 215 partners and sampling using probability sampling technique with random sampling method so that a total sample of 68 respondents was obtained. The results of the study show that sales promotions partially influence purchasing decisions and service quality influences purchasing decisions of CV Sukaku Abdi Utama consumers. The results of the simultaneous variable test have the result that sales promotion and service quality have an influence on the consumer purchasing decision variable by 0.722 or 72.2%, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of 72.2% on the purchase decision can be influenced by Sales Promotion (X1) and Service Quality (X2) and the value of 27.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of brand image and product quality on buying interest in Wardah cosmetic consumers at the Sheminime Tigaraksa store. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample of 100 with sampling techniques using incidental sampling techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on buying interest with tcount (2.875) > ttable (1.985). Product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with tcount (7.924)> ttable (1.985). Brand image and product quality together have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with Fhitung (192.991)> Ftabel (3.08).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation, both partial and simultaneous, on employee performance at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. The results show that the training variable (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y), the work motivation variable has a positive influence on employee performance (Y). The training variable (X1) and motivation variable (X2) simultaneously influence employee performance (Y). Through the t test (partial) with the calculated t-value of the training variable is 8.126> t-table 1.996 and the significance value is 0.000<0.005. Through the f test (simultaneous) with an F-Calculated value of 639.958 > F-Table 3.13 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.005.

Abstract

The results of this research show that partially Product Quality obtained a value of 3.111 and Promotion of 2.172, where the value was higher than the table value of 1.993 and the sign score was less than 0.05. Which means that the Product Quality and Promotion variables each have an influence on the Purchase Interest variable. The results of the research simultaneously obtained the following values: fcount of 13.337 where the result was higher than 3.12. Which means that the Product Quality and promotion variables together influence the Purchase Interest variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that tourists consider when making decisions to travel to Pari Island in the Thousand Islands group. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach and a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. Instrument testing in this research uses validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The number of variables studied was 6 data variables processed using SPSS 26 For Windows. The results of the research show that from the 6 variables analyzed using the factor analysis model a new factor was created, namely the tourist destination factor with an eigin value of 3.479, the cumulative percentage of variance of the extracted factors was 57.980%, which means that the results of the research formed were able to explain the factors that resulted. The decision of tourists to travel to Pari Island in the Thousand Islands group was 57.980%.

Abstract

Student academic achievement refers to the results or academic accomplishments attained by a student in terms of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the subjects taught in school or other educational institutions. This research aims to analyze the influence of the school environment and teacher quality on student academic achievement among 12th-grade students of the 2016-2020 cohort at Kencana Tenjo Vocational High School (SMK). The research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study comprises 555 12th-grade students of SMK Kencana Tenjo during the years 2016-2020. The study utilizes a random sampling method, resulting in 85 respondents. The method applied in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The research findings indicate that both the school environment and teacher quality have a positive and significant partial influence on student academic achievement. Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: Following the COVID-19 pandemic, SMEs in East Java have struggled due to limited external support, leading to business declines, increased unemployment, and rising poverty rates. Purpose: This study examines how government and community support affect SME success in East Java, with entrepreneurial attitudes as a moderating factor. Novelty: Applying Social Cognitive Theory, this research uniquely explores how entrepreneurial attitudes amplify the effects of external support on business success, offering fresh insights into the interplay of external and individual influences in driving business performance. Research Methods: This quantitative study analyzes data from SME owners in East Java to assess the roles of government support, community involvement, and entrepreneurial attitudes in achieving business success. Results: Both government and community support have significant, positive impacts on SME success, particularly in areas such as licensing ease and network access. Entrepreneurial attitudes further enhance these effects, fostering adaptability and innovation that strengthen SME competitiveness. Research Contributions: The study underscores the importance of government support, community involvement, and entrepreneurial mindset in bolstering SMEs in East Java, providing key policy recommendations for supporting post-pandemic economic recovery

Abstract

In the era of competitive globalization, MSMEs face pressure to improve their performance to compete in the domestic and international markets. In Indonesia, MSMEs are expected to be the backbone of the economy towards a Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
