Abstract

The implementation of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance has driven an urgent need for competent halal assistants to support the national halal certification program. This study aims to analyze the effect of Halal Product Process Assistant (P3H) training on alumni's job readiness with HR competency as a mediating variable. The phenomenon in the field shows that although Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, the readiness of halal assistant human resources is still not optimal, where a survey by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (2023) indicated that only 45% of halal assistants have adequate job readiness. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, involving 160 respondents who are alumni of the P3H Halal Center Cendekia Muslim training for the 2022-2025 period who were selected through simple random sampling from a population of 230 alumni. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study showed that P3H training had a significant effect on work readiness (β = 0.038; t-value = 4.330; p-value = 0.041) and HR competency (β = 0.138; t-value = 5.029; p-value = 0.009). HR competency had a significant effect on work readiness (β = 0.230; t-value = 3.355; p-value = 0.001). Furthermore, HR competency was proven to mediate the effect of P3H training on work readiness (β = 0.032; t-value = 5.900; p-value = 0.037). The research model showed an R² value of 0.019 for HR competency and 0.057 for work readiness, with a Q² value of 0.745 indicating good predictive relevance. These findings confirm that human resource competency plays a partial mediator in the relationship between P3H training and job readiness, in accordance with Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model of human resource development theory. This study provides a theoretical contribution by integrating human resource management theory and job readiness within the context of the Indonesian halal ecosystem, as well as a practical contribution in the form of recommendations for developing a more applicable P3H training curriculum to support the government's target of achieving 100% halal-certified products by 2029.

Abstract

This study is based on the impact of religiosity, data from social aspects, psychological factors influence how to make a purchase or what influences consumer perception and brand loyalty. In a competitive market, companies need to understand these various influences in order to draw up new marketing strategies.Religious motivation is also very important in buying decisions, for example this thing "ill-gotten gains" has nothing to do with me.Social factors, such as the use which the household makes of a product, or finder fees for finding suppliers, can also affect consumer evaluations.Meanwhile, psychological factors, such as motivation, perception and affect also run through consumer decisions. The results show that religiosity does have a significant positive effect on buying decisions purely speaking of purchase power However, psychological factors have a profound impact on consumer loyalty, from many variables but nevertheless through this wide array have an enormous impact relative to results for other study samples. The report concludes that social aspects significantly influence a firm's consumer loyalty; however they do not have this kind of impact on purchasing decisions. These findings shed new light on the way in which both internal and external factors can shape consumer behavior.Companies will find it easier then to devise solutions that more easily interest or satisfy the consumer, thus increasing customer loyalty while enabling them to maintain their footing in the market.

Abstract

The native Indonesian plant that is empirically used as an antimalarial agent is manuran (Coptosapelta tomentosa Valeton ex K. Heyne). This study aims to determine chemical compound and heme polymerization inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate fraction of C. Tomentosa stem based on IC50 value. The method identification of chemical compound used tube test, and the method of heme polymerization inhibitory activity was Basilico through in vitro method. The results of chemical compound identification of the ethyl acetate fraction of C. Tomentosa showed the presence of flavonoids, terpenoids, saponins, tannins, and anthraquinones. The average percentages of heme polymerization inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate fraction of C. Tomentosa stem from concentration 20; 10; 5; 2.5; 1.25; 0.625; 0.3125 mg / mL were 98.507; 97,872; 96,407; 93,560; 88,419; 80,680; and 45.467%.The averages of IC50 of ethyl acetate fraction and chloroquine diphosphate were 0.24 ± 0.018 mg/mL and 0.214 ± 0.012 mg/mL. This shows that the ethyl acetate fraction of C. Tomentosa stem has heme polymerization inhibitory activity. The result of the independent sample t-Test obtained the significance value of 0.111 (p more than 0.05) that there was no significant difference. It means that the ethyl acetate fraction of C. Tomentosa stem has heme polymerization inhibitory activity as well as chloroquine diphosphate. This suggests the potentiation of the methyl acetate fraction of the stem C. Tomentosa as anti-malarial.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of the universality of Islamic values in peace education as a foundation for building a harmonious multicultural society. A descriptive method is used in this study to describe and analyze in depth how universal Islamic values can be integrated into peace education to pave the way towards a harmonious multicultural society. This approach aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Islam's contribution to creating a culture of peace through principles such as justice, compassion, tolerance, and respect for diversity. By reviewing literature on the foundations of universal Islamic values, peace education, and the social challenges that arise in a multicultural context, the descriptive method allows for a systematic exploration of the various dynamics that influence the effectiveness of peace education based on Islamic values. The universality of Islam, reflected in the principles of justice, compassion, tolerance, and respect for diversity, serves as an important foundation for instilling mutual respect and managing differences constructively. In its implementation, Islam-based peace education faces various challenges, such as misunderstandings of Islam, social conflict due to plurality, curriculum limitations, a lack of multicultural competence among teachers, and minimal community collaboration. To address these challenges, solutions offered include strengthening inclusive curricula, teacher training, participatory learning methods, inter-institutional collaboration, technology utilization, and continuous evaluation. By integrating universal Islamic values into peace education, it is hoped that an inclusive, tolerant, and harmonious society will emerge amidst diversity.
