Abstract

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is one of the important instruments for local governments in carrying out various development programs,  The main problem in the management of the Madiun Regency APBD during the 2018-2023 period is the mismatch between the realization of regional revenue and expenditure. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Using a multiple linear regression model with time series data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the APBD that contributes to the welfare of the community in Madiun Regency. The results of this study show that the effectiveness and efficiency in the management of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) has a significant impact on the welfare of the people in Madiun Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of labor absorption, population and investment on Small and Medium Textile Industries in East Java Province. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with time series data 2016-2023, the data used is secondary data taken by the East Java Province Department of Industry and Trade and the East Java Province Central Statistics Agency with multiple linear regression analysis techniques interpreted using Eviews 12. Results from T test research on the labor absorption variable has a significant effect while the population and investment variables have no significant effect. The F test results of the labor absorption, population and investment variables have a simultaneous influence on the Small and Medium Textile Industry in East Java Province. From the results of the determinant test (R2), the independent variable is 71.7%, while the remaining 28.3% is influenced by other variables from this research.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development, becoming one of the main sub-sectors in the creative industry. The industrial sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy because the industrial sector can increase foreign exchange for the country. The culinary industry is one of the sectors that is growing rapidly in Indonesia, especially in big cities such as Surabaya. Working capital and labor are two key factors that have a major influence on the income of the culinary industry. This can be realized through regional culinary tourism that has an impact on tourist satisfaction when visiting an area. Although the potential for growth in the culinary industry is very large, business actors face various challenges, such as tight competition and changes in consumer tastes. It is important for UMKM actors to optimize the use of working capital and maximize the potential of labor to increase income. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous influence of working capital and labor on the income of UMKM Culinary Tourism Center in Genteng District, Surabaya City. The type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research with a descriptive approach, namely a case study at the Culinary Tourism Center, Genteng District, Surabaya City. The approach used in the study is descriptive. This study uses quantitative data. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews (questionnaires) with business actors and secondary data obtained from data sources that are not directly obtained from the Surabaya City Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Service and the Surabaya City RENSTRA. This sampling uses purposive sampling. The sample population is 60 traders at the Culinary Tourism Center, Genteng District. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that Working capital and labor have a simultaneous effect on the income of UMKM Culinary Tourism Center, Genteng District, Surabaya City..

Abstract

The tourism industry in Indonesia is an important economic sector that makes a significant contribution to national income and creates job opportunities. For example, Gosari Village, which is located in Gresik Regency, East Java, is one of the village tourist destinations that is increasingly developing and receiving attention. Village tourism in Gosari combines the rich culture, history and natural beauty typical of the Gresik region. One of the main attractions of Gosari Village is the presence of historical sites such as the Petilasan Sunan Kalijaga and the Giri Kedaton Site, which have high historical value related to the spread of Islam in Java. This type of research uses quantitative with a descriptive approach. Using multiple linear regression models using primary data. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of labor and income on the tourism industry in Gosari Gresik village. The results of this research show that labor and income have a significant influence on the development of the Gosari Gresik village tourism industry.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that influence the demand for 4-wheeled vehicles in Surabaya. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Sampling in this study using saturated sample technique. The sample selected for this study was 50 respondents. The results revealed that factors such as price, consumer tastes, and consumer income simultaneously have no influence on the demand for 4-wheeled vehicles in Surabaya. It is hoped that this information can be an input for the 4-wheeled vehicle manufacturing industry in Indonesia in determining labour specifications and technology. in determining the factors that can affect the demand for 4-wheeled vehicles, and can analyse the public's desire for the most desirable 4-wheeled vehicles.

Abstract

International trade begins with differences in resources owned by each country, international trade is defined as trade between or across countries, which includes export and import activities. In this international trade is divided into two categories, namely trade in goods (physical) and trade in services. The purpose of this study discusses the advantages and disadvantages of importing foreign goods for the Indonesian economy and understands the role of the government in regulating imports to protect the development of domestic industry. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a type of research that aims to provide an overview or explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of importing goods for Indonesia and uses data collection in the form of literature studies by analyzing various journal sources, as well as analysis of documents from the Central Bureau of Statistics, with a focus on volume, value, and import trends over time. The advantages of imports include increasing the availability of goods, decreasing prices, increasing product quality, and supporting economic growth. However, on the other hand, imports also bring challenges, such as threats to local industry, dependence on other countries, and the risk of a trade balance deficit. The role of the government in regulating imports is crucial to protect domestic industry through protection policies, quality regulations, and promotion of local products.

Abstract

The growth of Indonesia's economy demonstrates the country's growing economic integration with the global economy. All of this is a result of globalization's open economic system, where everything is interdependent and interdependent on everything else. Every country's economy relies on international commerce to some extent. Countries are encouraged to participate in the arena of international commerce in this modern period. In international commerce, foreign currency reserves are a crucial instrument and source of funding. The net position of the foreign assets of the government and foreign exchange institutions is what is required to fund imports, and Bank Indonesia is in charge of managing these reserves. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting palm oil exports in Indonesia, focusing on the variables of domestic palm oil production, domestic consumption, international prices, and currency exchange rates. Using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Indonesian Palm Oil Company Association (GPKI) in the 2014-2023 period, this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that domestic palm oil production, international prices, and currency exchange rates have a significant influence on Indonesia's palm oil export volume. However, domestic consumption did not have a significant effect on exports. This research contributes to the development of international trade theory and provides recommendations for government policies in increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian palm oil exports.

Abstract

International trade policy can open up opportunities for import-export activities because the wider international trade is believed to be able to accelerate the economic growth of Indonesia and the world economy. The aim of this research is to find out Indonesia's international trade policy towards the global market, especially export and import activities related to all countries in the world, as well as to find out opportunities in international trade for export-import activities in Indonesia.The type of research used is literature study research by reviewing journals related to international trade policy on Indonesian export-import opportunities. This approach includes a number of tasks related to collecting information from library sources, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. Activities that include international trade are export and import activities carried out across countries.Therefore, international trade policies which also play a key role in shaping the global trade structure, tariffs, quotas, free trade agreements and other trade regulations can provide incentives or obstacles for trade between countries so that there are many export and import opportunities for international trade. maximizing the benefits of international trade policies by minimizing the risks and negative impacts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi dan pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada AUTO2000 Kenjeran Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden, kemudian pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam kuesioner dibagi menjadi tiga kategori Dimana terdapat 6 pertanyaan mengenai teknologi informasi, 4 pertanyaan mengenai pengendalian intern, dan 9 pertanyaan mengenai sistem akuntansi manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan karyawan AUTO2000 Kenjeran di Kecamatan Mulyorejo Surabaya sebagai objek penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif data yang diukur dengan satuan skor. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda setelah diuji dengan model asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi dan pengendalian intern berpengaruh terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Manajemen sebaiknya menerapkan pengendalian intern secara tepat mengingat bahwa tugas perusahaan semakin kompleks sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan
