Abstract

Muhammadiyah as an Islamic purification movement hold of all forms of heresy and superstition, but many educators in the development of Muhammadiyah who learn and follow certain taswuf so that the relationship of Sufism and Muhammadiyah were initially positioned facing into position in line . This study descript that educators Muhammadiyah Pandeglang district formalize Sufism because they think are often diverted into a congregation with ritual practices are very strict. In Muhammadiyah no tawasulan, yasinan, tahlilan or manaqiban. But the practice of Sufism and Dhikr accepted by them into individual practices, with the aim to improve the ideal morality. Muhammadiyah educators strongly encourage their students to increase voluntary prayer, dhikr and wird, and move forward in a sincere attitude.

Abstract

Madarasah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan menentukan dalam keberhasilan pembangunan sumber daya manusia Indonesia, karena pembangunan yang berkelanjutan memerlukan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas serta mampu memanfaatkan, mengembangkan, dan menguasai iimu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Peranan madrasah, secara mendasar adalah men didik kecerdasan siswa, moral dan akhlaq, untuk dapat meraih peluang-peluangyang tersedia dimasayang akan datang.Paper ini bertujuan untuk. menjelaskan bagaimana mengangkat citra madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki sejarah pajang. Madrasah secara umum telah kehilangan akar sejarahnya, madrasah telah kehilangan citra sebagai model pembaharauan pendidikan di Indonesia. Paper ini awalnya merupakan ringkasan dari presentasi penulis, dan diskusi dengan colon guru-guru teladan tingkat madarasah yang dilaksanakan oleh Kandepag Cilegon beberapa waktu lain.Kesimpulan dalam makalah adalah membangun citra madrasah merupakan hal tidak dapat dihindari dalam era globalisasi yang semakin menguat dewasa ini, dimana persaingan yang semakin kuat dan proses transfaransi disegala bidang merupakan salah satu ciri utamanya. Guru madrasah sebagai sebuah profesi yang sangat strategis dalam pembentukan citra dan pemberdayaan anak-anak penerus bangsa serta memiliki peran dan fungngsi yang akan semakin signifikan dimasa yang akan datang. Oleb sebab itu, untuk membangaun citra madrasah, pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kualitas guru madrasah sebagai tenaga pendidik, merupakan sebuah keharusan yang memerlukan penangan lebih serius. Abstract

The sarong relay game is a traditional group game by moving the sarongs while holding hands without being missed. The main goal of the sarong relay game is to reach the finish line faster than the opposing team by running a series of tasks that involve the use of sarongs. The researcher used a qualitative method with an observation method or direct interviews with respondents. This research was carried out in conjunction with the 79th independence of the Republic of Indonesia, on August 17, 2024 in Giripawana Village in the implementation of the sarong relay game competition. The results obtained from this study were that from 25 respondents the children felt happy and entertained and motivated to learn to work together, concentrate, never give up and compete healthily to become champions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui status nasab anak zina dalam perepektif hukum Islam dan hukum konvensional indonesia. Dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, data dari penelitian ini diambil dari materi hukum, baik yang konvensional maupun hukum Islam. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa status nasab anak zina, baik dalam perspektif hukum positif di Indonesia dan hukum Islam adalah sama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, anak zina hanya dapat dinasabkan kepada ibunya dan keluarga dari pihak ibunya. Anak zina dapat dinasabkan kepada laki-laki yang menzinahinya jika ia menikahi ibunya dan lahir “dalam” pernikahan yang sah. Selama tidak ada penyangkalan, baik oleh laki-laki yang menzinahi ibunya atau laki-laki lain yang menikahinya, maka nasab anak zina diikutkan kepada salah satu kepada mereka. Bahkan, anak biologis yang lahir dari nikah yang tidak dicatat dapat dinasabkan kepada ayah biologisnya jika dapat dibuktikan dengan ilmu pengetahuan atau kesaksian.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mengungkap bagaimanakah kesaksian perempuan untuk akad nikah dalam KHI dan Fikih Islam. Dengan metode filosofis-normatif, tulisan ini berhasil mengungkap bahwa dalam fikih Islam masih terbuka ruang untuk perempuan menjadi saksi akad nikah dan hal itu berbeda dengan KHI yang menutup rapat pintunya bagi perempuan untuk menjadi saksi akad nikah. Sebagai kesimpulannya, KHI tidak memberi ruang kepada perempuan untuk menjadi saski dalam akad nikah. Sedangkan, para ulama berbeda pendapat terkait kesaksian perempuan dalam akad nikah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang keadilan dalam hukum waris Islam, yang menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan hak-hak ahli waris laki-laki dan perempuan berdasarkan ketetapan dalam Al-Quran, khususnya Surat An-Nisa ayat 7, 11-14. Dalam Islam, pembagian waris yang berbeda antara laki-laki dan perempuan mencerminkan tanggung jawab yang berbeda dalam struktur keluarga, di mana laki-laki memiliki kewajiban lebih besar dalam memberikan nafkah. Sebaliknya, hukum perdata Barat yang diatur dalam Burgerlijk Wetboek (BW) menekankan kesetaraan hak tanpa mempertimbangkan jenis kelamin pewaris. Di Indonesia, hukum waris Islam diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), yang mengakomodasi hukum perdata dan hukum adat yang berlaku di masyarakat. Namun penerapan hukum waris Islam dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti status anak angkat dan bapak angkat, ahli waris pengganti, serta ahli waris yang berbeda agama. Artikel ini menggunakan metode meta-analisis untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan implementasi hukum waris Islam dan hukum perdata Barat, serta menyoroti hukum waris Islam dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial dan budaya. Pentingnya kajian mendalam dan penyesuaian terus menerus terhadap hukum waris Islam ditekankan untuk memastikan prinsip-prinsip keadilan tetap terjaga dan diterapkan dengan baik dalam berbagai konteks.

Abstract

Integrating digital technologies, particularly YouTube, into English language teaching has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential to enhance language learning experiences. This article explores the benefits and effectiveness of YouTube in teaching English, providing insights for educators, learners, and researchers. This study adopted a systematic review design, searching for articles using sources such as Google Scholar with 26 articles, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) with six articles, and Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) with 98 articles. The total number of articles from these three sources was 130 articles. Then, we used PRISMA to filter articles that met our criteria; 12 articles met the requirements, and we will use them. Articles selected were systematically organised, and data analysis was conducted using thematic and content analysis approaches. The review highlights the multifaceted benefits of incorporating YouTube into language teaching, including improving students' language skill development. However, challenges such as inadequate digital skills among educators and contextual factors necessitate careful consideration in leveraging YouTube effectively for language instruction.

Abstract

Flashcards are one of the tools used as a learning medium. Many school teachers have used flashcards as a medium for learning English. This article aims to conduct a systematic review of using flashcard to enhance proficiency in English Language Teaching (ELT). Using the PRISMA method, this article analyzed various previous studies relevant to the topic. The search strategy is based on the following keywords: "flashcard" "English" "elementary school" and "primary school" with 3 data from Mendeley, Eric, and Google Scholar. Based on the results of this article, 2315 articles were found, which later 14 articles used in the final analysis became. The use of flashcards in English learning in elementary schools shows that flashcard help students learn words more effectively. Various studies show that the use of traditional and digital flashcards significantly increases students' understanding and motivation to learn. The integration of technologies such as digital flashcards and augmented reality also increases the effectiveness of flashcard learning. Thus, the use of flashcards can be considered an innovative and effective learning strategy to improve students' English skills at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The use of video blogs, or vlogs, as a communication tool in the context of English language teaching has attracted significant attention in educational literature. This research aims to investigate the benefits of vlog integration in improving the effectiveness of English teaching and its impact on the learning process. The literature review method is used to explore and analyze various research that has been carried out in this field. The method used is preferred reporting from systematic review and meta-analitic (PRISMA) method. Findings from literature observations show that the use of vlogs in teaching English can provide significant benefits. One of them is increasing student involvement in the learning process, because videos have a strong visual appeal and can motivate students to participate actively. In addition, vlogs also facilitate independent learning, because students can access learning materials anytime and anywhere according to their needs. The effectiveness of vlog in teaching English is also seen in improving students' language skills. Video blogging allows students to practice speaking, listening, and comprehension skills in an authentic and engaging context. In addition, vlogs can also be used to teach cultural content and relevant daily life situations in an English language context, thereby helping students to understand and apply the language in real contexts. However, despite the many benefits of vlogs integration in English language teaching, research also highlights several challenges that need to be overcome. For example, the selection of appropriate content, the quality of video production, and the availability of adequate technological resources can be obstacles in implementing vlogs in learning.

Abstract

This KKN activity is about the level of happiness and welfare of farmers in Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency.. This research is motivated by the low income of clove farmers during the rainy season which results in reduced welfare. Through research, there are several factors that reduce farmers' income, including infrastructure and cost factors. The aim of this research is to find out how influential clove income is on the welfare of farmers. The research method used is quantitative with the data source being the results of interviews. The research results show that there are several suggestions for farmers to handle clove management when the rainy season arrives. This research will hopefully have a positive impact on the level of happiness and welfare of clove farmers in Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency.
