Abstract

Now with advances in technology students and teachers alike can learn in the hands of technology. Currently, all countries in the world are facing the Covid-19 pandemic. All activities are restricted to prevent the spread of the Corona virus, including educational activities. In Indonesia, it has been more or less three months, all educational activities, from primary and secondary to tertiary levels, are conducted online. In this research concept, what researchers will do is how to make a website as a learning medium easily and can be understood by students and readers from all walks of life. Features can also be used properly so that students are interested and enthusiastic in independent learning. At the stage of making the website the researcher uses wordpress as a medium for editing the appearance of the theme or other features. So that it really can help researchers in simplifying and accelerating the creation of a website as a learning medium that helps students to learn independently online. At this stage the research model used is the waterfall model. Starting from the level and progress of the system, using this model has a systematic sequential software development method. In developing a website-based online learning mode as a means of increasing student independence in learning, teachers can update subject data, input new subject data, and delete unnecessary data. Subject data whose access time limit has been determined will be deleted by itself at a predetermined time. The teacher only needs to register as a teacher and can immediately become a teacher on the Website-Based Online Learning Mode Development Website as a Means to Increase Student Independence in Learning after passing certain predetermined phases and conditions. After completing teaching and learning activities, users can close the account or Logout from an existing account on the Website. After that, the website can be closed by closing the browser application which is used to open a website-based online learning mode development website as a means of increasing student independence in learning.

Abstract

Indonesian bureaucracy reform has been widely conducted since 1997. However, the reform is still not able to fix the bureaucratic corruption culture. This paper proposes sufi government approach as an alternative approach to reform corruptive culture within Indonesia’s bureaucracy. This study used a qualitative research approach. The use of qualitative research methods is aimed to describe and analyze the phenomenon of development of personnel resources in a sufi government perspective related to the prevention of corruption by bureaucrats concerning three issues. Result or finding of t this research is sufi government as an approach relies on true monotheism which is used to strengthen internal control system in poor bureaucracy contexts. The basic argument in this approach is that monotheism is true and therefore bureaucrats in charge of serving the community should carry out their duties in a comprehensive manner. As which ones have been listed in the code of ethics of the bureaucracy. In this approach, bureaucrats should see the task as a trust rather than a means to accumulate wealth and depriving the people they serve. Keywords: Sufi Government, corruption, bureaucracy

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on inspiring and motivating employees to achieve higher performance and achieve organizational goals. Descriptive qualitative methods were used to understand the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance and employee motivation through in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis. This research found that transformational leaders tend to have a clear vision and are able to communicate this vision effectively to employees, so that employees feel inspired and motivated to work better. In addition, transformational leaders also provide emotional and intellectual support to employees, helping them in personal and professional development. This creates a positive and collaborative work environment, which in turn improves overall organizational performance. From the interviews, employees stated that they felt more appreciated and motivated to contribute to the success of the organization when led by a transformational leader. Employees' intrinsic motivation increases because they feel they have an important role in achieving the organization's vision and mission. In addition, transformational leaders also encourage innovation and creativity, which are important factors in improving organizational performance. Overall, transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational performance and employee motivation. Leaders who are able to inspire and motivate employees effectively can create a dynamic and productive organizational culture. Thus, the application of transformational leadership in various types of organizations can be an effective strategy for achieving competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

The Wrrdhining Endek dance work is a new dance creation inspired by the development of typical Balinese woven cloth, namely endek cloth, which was developed by the creator with his creativity and imagination. The process of creating this dance work uses the Alma M. Hawkins method whose stages consist of an exploration stage, an improvisation stage, a forming stage and packaged into a new creative dance form danced by six dancers including three male dancers and three female dancers with a duration of 11 minutes 50 seconds. Wrrdhining Endek Dance make-up uses minimalist dance make-up to clarify the character that you want to highlight. By creating the Wrrdhining Endek Dance Work, the creator hopes that all people, especially on the island of Bali, will be proud and be able to take better care of the traditional cloth that we have, namely Endek cloth, because we have endek cloth, we wear it and we are proud. And the creator hopes that in the future the relationship between the creator and the Gumiart Bali Art Studio can remain good and collaborate again.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of PAKEM in Fiqh Learning at MIN 46 Aceh Besar starting from the need to improve the quality of Fiqh learning, which so far still often uses conventional methods such as lectures. This method often makes students passive and less actively involved in the learning process, so that understanding of Fiqh material is less than optimal. The PAKEM method (Active, Creative, Effective, and Enjoyable Learning) was introduced to create more interactive learning and involve students in the learning process more actively. The method used in the study is to use a qualitative approach with the type of field research. The research results show that: 1). The effectiveness of the application of the PAKEM method in Fiqh learning at MIN 46 Aceh Besar is that the application of the PAKEM method in Fiqh learning at MIN 46 Aceh Besar is very effective in improving the quality of learning. Students become more active, creative, and enjoy the learning process. 2). Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the PAKEM method in Fiqh learning at MIN 46 Aceh Besar are that there are several challenges, such as differences in student abilities and limited facilities, the implementation of PAKEM still has a significant positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi fluida dinamis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMAN 7 Mataram yang berjumlah 214 orang dan terbagi ke dalam enam kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 6 yang berjumlah 29 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 5 yang berjumlah 26 sebagai kelas kontrol yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes tulis berupa soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 19 soal yang sudah lulus uji instrumen. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan behwa nilai rata-rata kelas XI MIPA 6 yaitu 70,0 dan nilai rata-rata kelas XI MIPA 5 yaitu 58,8. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan kedua kelas homogen dan data terdistribusi normal. Menggunakan rumus t-test polled varians diperoleh  sebesar 2,2 dan  sebesar 2.0, sehingga  lebih besar dari , maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengeruh model pembeljaran berbasis masalah berbantuan media animasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi fluida dinamis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ArtificialIntelligence (AI), Affiliate Marketing, dan Preferensi Konsumen terhadap KepercayaanMerek di platform e-commerce Shopee, dengan fokus pada Generasi Z pengguna Shopeedi Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampelsebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisis datadilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS untuk mengukur pengaruh masing-masingvariabel terhadap kepercayaan merek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI, AffiliateMarketing, dan Preferensi Konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap KepercayaanMerek. Preferensi Konsumen memiliki pengaruh terbesar dibandingkan variabel lainnya.Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran AI dan strategi pemasaran afiliasi dalammembangun kepercayaan merek, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how audit independence, audit tenure, and independent boards affect audit quality when institutional ownership is moderated. This study employs quantitative methods. The firm's annual reports, which were retrieved from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company in question, served as the study's source of data. Using the purposive sampling technique, this study collected 117 samples between 2020 and 2022 from 39 manufacturing enterprises in the food and beverage and textile and garment subsectors. This study use the logistic regression analysis approach to test the hypothesis and moderated regression analysis to evaluate the moderation hypothesis. The study's findings show that institutional ownership has a moderating influence on audit quality and that audit tenure, audit independence, and independent boards have no effect.

Abstract

Pergantian karyawan merupakan tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berdampak besar pada stabilitas organisasi dan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi pergantian karyawan di PT. Republic Technology Nusantara dengan menerapkan algoritma pohon keputusan C4.5. Data yang digunakan mencakup informasi anggota satuan pengamanan, seperti riwayat pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, hasil evaluasi, dan absensi. Melalui proses pengumpulan dan prapemrosesan data yang sistematis, model klasifikasi dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pergantian karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 mampu secara efektif memprediksi turnover karyawan, sehingga memberikan wawasan berharga bagi manajemen dalam menyusun strategi retensi yang lebih optimal. Selain berkontribusi pada metode prediksi turnover, penelitian ini juga menawarkan panduan praktis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan algoritma C4.5, perusahaan dapat lebih akurat dalam mengidentifikasi karyawan strategis dan berpotensi, sehingga dapat menangani tantangan pergantian karyawan dengan lebih efisien serta meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan SDM. Hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa kesesuaian gaji dengan UMR memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat keluar-masuknya karyawan, baik secara sukarela maupun tidak.

Abstract

The role of lecturers in learning at a university is a very important part and effects the quality of students that will be produced. The task of a lecturer is to plan, implement the learning process, as well asassess and evaluate learning out comes. The selection of the best lecturers will make it easier for us to know the performance. of allecturer inccollege. Decision support system is one of the alternatives used in selecting the best lecturers. This study uses the Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) method using seven criteria, including length of service, achievements, research, journals, academic positions, community service, and student assessments. And has four alternatives, namely Lecturer 1, Lecturer 2, Lecturer 3, and Lecturer 4. The final result of the research shows that the selection of the best lecturer at STMIK Pringsewu with the highest-ranking result is alternative 4 or A4 with the largest result, namely 0,75
