Abstract

Audio is one of the digital items that can reveal a happened case. However, audio evidence can also be manipulated and changed to hide information. Forensics audio is a technique to identify the sound’s owner from the audio using pitch, formant, and spectrogram parameters. The conducted research examines the similarity of the original sound with the manipulated voice to determine the owner of the sound. It analyzes the level of similarity or identical sound using spectrogram analysis with the Digital Forensics Research Workshop (DFRWS) Method. The research objects are original and manipulated files. Both files are in mp3 format, which is encoded to WAV format. Then, the live forensics method is used by picking up the data on a smartphone. Several applications are also used. The results show that the research successfully gets digital evidence on a smartphone with the Oxygen Forensic application. It extracts digital evidence in the form of two audio files and two video files. Then, by the hashing process, the four obtained files are proven to be authentic. Around 90% of the data are identical to the original voice recording. Only 10% of the data are not identical.

Abstract

First Come First Serve-Ejecting Based Dynamic Scheduling (FCFS-EDS) adalah metode untuk menjadwalkan untuk MPI Job berdasarkan reservasi atau pemesanan. Message Passing Interface (MPI) adalah spesifikasi API yang mengijinkan aplikasi paralel untuk berkomunikasi dengan sesamanya dengan saling berkirim pesan. Penjadwalan FCFS-EDS masuk dalam kategori Flexible Advance Reservation, dinamik pada sudut pandang lojik. Oleh karena itu akan sulit dipahami dan dibayangkan karena hanya bersifat lojik saja. Untuk itulah perlu dibuat simulasi dari penjadwalan MPI job dengan metode FCFS-EDS, untuk membantu memahami proses penjadwalan MPI job dengan metode FCFS-EDS. Dengan simulasi ini pengguna dapat merubah-rubah parameter dalam penjadwalan MPI job dan melihat visualisasi dari penjadwalan MPI job dalam sudut pandang lojik, dan juga mengetahui bagaimana nantinya sebuah MPI job akan dieksekusi.

Abstract

Perusahaan travel adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa transportasi, akomodasi, dan lain-lain. Jasa transportasi menggunakan travel berkembang pesat di Yogyakarta, dan masyarakat yang ingin mengguakan travel harus memesan tiket travel. Namun dalam proses pemesanan tiket travel di Yogyakarta, konsumen merasa kesulitas karena harus mencari dan mendatangi agen travel secara langsung untuk pemesanan tiket tersebut, atau dengan cara telepon agen travel jika sudah mendapatkan informasi kontak agen travel tersebut. Untuk memudahkan proses pemesanan tiket dan pencarian agen travel, maka dibuat sebuah aplikasi pencarian dan pemesanan travel berbasis mobile dengan memanfaatkan Google Maps API untuk pencarian lokasi travel. Tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pencarian dan pemesanan travel berbasis mobile (android) dengan Google Maps API. Dari hasi pengujian, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify human emotions using artificial neural networks. Emotions are difficult to understand and hard to measure quantitatively. Emotions may be reflected in facial expressions and voice tone. Voice contains unique physical properties for every speaker. Everyone has different timbres, pitch, tempo, and rhythm. The geographical living area may affect how someone pronounces words and reveals certain emotions. The identification of human emotions is useful in the field of human-computer interaction. It helps develop the interface of software that is applicable in community service centers, banks, education, and others. This research proceeds in three stages, namely data collection, feature extraction, and classification. We obtain data in the form of audio files from the Berlin Emo-DB database. The files contain human voices that express five sets of emotions: angry, bored, happy, neutral, and sad. Feature extraction applies to all audio files using the method of Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC). The classification uses Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), which is one of the artificial neural network methods. The MLP classification proceeds in two stages, namely the training and the testing phase. MLP classification results in good emotion recognition. Classification using 100 hidden layer nodes gives an average accuracy of 72.80%, an average precision of 68.64%, an average recall of 69.40%, and an average F1-score of 67.44%.This study seeks to identify human emotions using artificial neural networks. Abstract

Flowers are among the raw materials in many industries including the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Manual classification of flowers requires expert judgment of a botanist and can be time consuming and inconsistent. The ability to classify flowers using computers and technology is the right solution to solve this problem. There are two algorithms that are popular in image classification, namely Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). CNN is one of deep neural network classification algorithms while SVM is one of machine learning algorithm. This research was an effort to determine the best performer of the two methods in flower image classification. Our observation suggests that CNN outperform SVM in flower image classification. CNN gives an accuracy of 91.6%, precision of 91.6%, recall of 91.6% and F1 Score of 91.6%.

Abstract

Perencanaan sistem informasi di kecamatan seringnya mengalami ketidakselarasan dengan bisnis dan IT yang ada. Agar dapat menyelaraskan informasi dan mesinergikan bisnis dan IT di kecamatan yang ada di kota Samarinda, maka diperlukan suatu perencanaan sistem informasi. Dalam hal ini metode yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi organisasi saat ini dan merancang arsitektur enterprise adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan merancang enterprise architecture yang baik untuk mencapai strategi binis kecamatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 5 kandidat entitas bisnis dan 8 kandidat aplikasi yang menjadi acuan pengembangan sistem informasi pada kecamatan di kota Samarinda.

Abstract

Karyawan dalam perusahaan merupakan sumber daya utama yang dituntut untuk mampu memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan kinerja yang optimal. Soft skill karyawan adalah keterampilan individu karyawan yang dapat menunjang hubungan individu karyawan dengan karyawan lain, meningkatkan kinerja dan membuka prospek karirnya. Penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan umumnya hanya untuk penilaian prestasi kerja yakni bagaimana pekerjaan dapat dikerjakan dengan baik, mencapai target yang ditetapkan dan meraih tujuan akhir yang diinginkan (hard skill). Penilaian terkait kemampuan soft skill karyawan belum banyak dilakukan. Ada beberapa kriteria yang diterapkan beberapa perusahaan dalam melakukan penilaian kompetensi soft skill, tetapi kriterianya masih berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini membahas penilaian kompetensi soft skill karyawan dengan menerapkan empat kriteria. Keempat kriteria ini adalah kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan bekerjasama, kejujuran dan kemampuan interpersonal. Analisis data menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), yang memungkinkan perhitungan matematis dengan berbagai kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai rasio konsistensi 0.053 yang berarti kurang dari nilai rasio konsistensi yang digunakan dalam metode AHP yaitu 0.1, sehingga hasil perhitungan tersebut valid, dan dapat digunakan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penilaian prioritas kompetensi soft skill yang dibutuhkan perusahaan sebagai berikut: Komunikasi 48%, Kerjasama 27%, Kejujuran 16 % dan interpersonal 10%. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode AHP dapat digunakan pada penilaian kompetensi soft skill karyawan.

Abstract

Technological advances are beneficial for humans in doing work, one of which is that technology can help humans make decisions. Muhammadiyah Student Association is a large organization. The establishment of this organization continues to have progress to make many students join the organization.  With many students who want to join, the organization has difficulty determining the eligibility of each prospective member who wants to join because the organization must pay attention to factors that can support the assessment in the acceptance of its members. This research aims to conduct the selection process of organizational members using profile matching methods to help the organization solve the problems faced by making the right decision. Then the result obtained is a decision that follows the organization's expectations in the selection of new prospective members. The assessment used in this method consists of four aspects, two of which are core factors and two other aspects are secondary factors. The data processing results will become a ranking format so that this method can also determine the best candidate members based on ranking.

Abstract

Pada era persaingan global saat ini, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi  berkembang begitu pesat melalui berbagai inovasi-inovasi yang semakin maju seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Badan Kerjasama Sekolah (BKS) SD/ MI Muhammadiyah/ Aisyiyah Kabupaten Bantul merupakan sebuah wadah dari seluruh SD/ MI Muhammadiyah/ Aisyiyah se Kabupaten Bantul mempunyai program kerja salah satunya mengembangkan dan meningkatkan serta menciptakan daya saing civitas terutama guru SD/ MI Muhammadiyah/ Aisyiyah sehingga tercipta pengajar yang unggul disertai pemanfaatan teknologi untuk peningkatan kualitas belajar dan menunjang pembelajaran. Agar program kerja dari (BKS) SD/ MI Muhammadiyah/ Aisyiyah Kabupaten Bantul dapat berjalan dengan lancar maka dilakukanlah pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran untuk BKS SD/ MI Muhammadiyah/ Aisyiyah Kabupaten Bantul. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah dengan memberikan modul pelatihan, bimbingan dengan cara tutorial, pemberian contoh dan studi kasus dan yang terakhir adalah evaluasi.Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dalam pelatihan ini dihasilkan bahwa kemampuan meningkat dengan presentase 80% dan sudah mencapai standar kompetensi yang telah dibuat  sehingga pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dari peserta dalam membuat media pembelajaran

Abstract

The service of a government institution to the community through an electronic or E-Government based information system needs to be analyzed to the satisfaction of its users, to determine the quality of the information system services, especially if the service is a necessity and is considered important for community development. This study analyzes the quality of a site belonging to the Ministry of Religion, namely the website for information systems and infrastructure (SIMSARPRAS). The study was conducted to determine the quality of the SIMSARPRAS website based on user perceptions. The method used in this research is WebQual 4.0 with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study provide conclusions that partially and simultaneously all dimensions of the WebQual 4.0 method have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction from the SIMSARPRAS website. The regression coefficient shows that the dimensions of service interaction quality give the greatest value to user satisfaction with a value of 0.451. The coefficient of determination shows that all WebQual 4.0 dimensions are able to influence user satisfaction by 64.8%, and it is concluded that the quality of SIMSARPRAS websites is in good quality.
