Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan harus dilaksanakan secara terpadu, terprogram, terarah dan konsisten. Kemudian pelayanan kepada masyarakat diberikan dengan tepat, cepat, murah, terbuka, sederhana dan mudah dilaksanakan. Semua ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat.  Maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja (DPMPTSP dan NAKER) Kota Pangkalpinang. Indeks kepuasan ini akan digunakan sebagai dasar dalam membuat dan menetapkan kebijakan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, pengukuran dengan indeks kepuasan masyarakat dan spider web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil survei IKM dengan sembilan unsur, diperoleh nilai unsur pelayanan yang memiliki nilai tertinggi adalah unsur kepastian biaya (U8), kemudian unsur biaya/tarif (U4), dan unsur penanganan pengaduan layanan (U9). Sedangkan unsur terendah adalah unsur kecepatan waktu (U3). Hasil analisa kepuasan masyarakat di Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Pangkalpinang dikonversi dalam Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat unit pelayanan termasuk ke dalam kategori B (baik).

Abstract

As an area which has long been known as a tin, almost all economic activity depends on the tin industry. It is natural resources are not renewable, therefore, it should be thought for economy sector in support of the Bangka Belitung. Tourism is one of the sectors which have the potential for regional Bangka Belitung, bearing numerous tourist objects can be developed and packed; expected to contribute through tourist visits. The study is to analyze the development of tourism in the blue ocean strategy, is expected to provide inputs and become priority for stabilizing regional economy in the future. Things to be carried out, i.e. by the way subtract, create and enhance within the framework of a step in developing tourism in Bangka Belitung. The analysis method is applicable in the strategy is the ocean or the blue ocean namely creating the market without competitive and to let the no longer relevant.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the development of growth centers and hinterland areas in Bangka Regency, Indonesia. Research Methodology: The analytical methods used are scalogram analysis, centrality index, gravity analysis, and GIS (Geographic Information System) methods. The type of data is quantitative data. The data source is secondarily obtained from BPS of Bangka Regency. Results: The results of the scalogram analysis and centrality index showed that Sungailiat District had the first order as the center of growth. The other seven districts, namely Belinyu, Merawang, Mendo Barat, Pemali, Riau Silip, Puding Besar, and Bakam are hinterland areas. Sungailiat District as the growth center has the strongest interaction value with the hinterland area, namely Pemali District, and the weakest interaction value with Bakam District. Limitations: This research uses the descriptive quantitative approach in its calculations using simple mathematical calculations. Further research is needed to find out how much influence it has on the region. Contributions: This study is to provide alternative inputs to the government of the Bangka Regency in formulating policy planning and decision-making regarding growth centers and hinterland areas.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine how the readiness of infrastructure at tourist destinations in achieving sustainable tourism development in Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. Research methods: The method used in this study is the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) which is used to measure a person's level of satisfaction with the performance of others. The sample used in this study were 400 samples. Results and discussions: The results showed that the development of infrastructure at tourist destinations in the province of Bangka Belitung the main concern is the health facilities, security facilities, educational facilities and playing, the information center or the sale and handling of waste or garbage while the infrastructure is perceived less important and the level of satisfaction is at lower level, namely the availability of public transportation, bus stops, hotel/resort, souvenir shop/souvenirs, minimart, ATM/money changer as well as cultural and arts facilities, sports facilities, disable facilities, and lockers. Conclusion: That the development of infrastructure at district/ town is located on the main priorities and strengthening the necessary infrastructure and development in order to satisfy the future be tourist infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out how the influence of the Human Development Index and Unemployment on Poverty in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research. There are three variables used in this study, namely the human development index, unemployment and poverty. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with panel data. The results showed that partially the Human Development Index variable had a significant negative effect on Poverty in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. Unemployment has a significant positive effect on the Poverty Level in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. While the results of the simultaneous test show that overall the Human Development Index and Unemployment variables have a significant positive effect on poverty in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Komparasi Perkembangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), dan Belanja Daerah antar Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Belanja Daerah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan komparatif Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Provinsi Bangka Belitung (Kanwil DJPb) dan jurnal sebagai pendukung dalam penelitian ini, selama kurun waktu 2015-2018. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif dengan menggunakan tabel dan grafik dan analisis komparasi menggunakan uji statistik One Way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Belanja Daerah pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dalam kurun waktu 2015-2018 berfluktuatif, namun cenderung mengalami peningkatan. PAD rata-rata tertinggi diduduki Belitung yaitu sebesar 21,9 persen dari total PAD, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) rata-rata tertinggi diduduki oleh Kabupaten Bangka sebesar 16,4 persen dari total DAU, dan Belanja Daerah rata-rata tertinggi diduduki oleh Kabupaten Bangka sebesar 18,5 persen dari total Belanja Daerah.

Abstract

Financial deepening is a benchmark for seeing the role of financial services in the economy, as measured by the ratio between the money supply (M2) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and real GDP on financial deepening in Indonesia in the long and short term. The type of research used is quantitative. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data sources obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Data analysis using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The results show that in the long run, inflation is negatively and insignificantly effect to financial deepening, interest rates are negatively and significantly effect to financial deepening, while the exchange rates and real GDP have a positive and significant effect to financial deepening in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the short term, inflation is negatively and insignificantly effect to financial deepening, interest rates are negatively and insignificantly effect to financial deepening, exchange rates are positively and insignificantly effect to financial deepening, while real GDP has a positive and significant effect to financial deepening in Indonesia.

Abstract

The quality of public service performance has a broad impact in various parts live, especially to achieve public welfare. Therefore the efforts to improve public services must be conducted continuously by  Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja (DPMPTSP NAKER) of Pangkalpinang. The Efforts to improve the quality of services must be conducted jointly, integrated, programmed, directed, and consistent by paying attention to the needs and expectations of the public, so that the services provided to the community can be given appropriately, quickly, cheaply, openly, simply and easily implemented. The purpose of the Community Satisfaction Index Survey preparation is to find out the performance of DinasPenanaman  Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja of Pangkalpinang which will be used as a basis for making and establishing policies in order to improve the quality of public services.The Survey of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is made refers to the provisions of  Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Number 14 Year2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing the Community Satisfaction Survey of Public Service  Providers Units of at least 9 SKM Elements. The respondents of the survey were the people who were applying for licensing at DPMPTSP NAKER of Pangkalpinang amounted to 224 people. The Community Satisfaction Index Survey is collaborating with University of Bangka Belitung through the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), which is formulated through a cooperation agreement with the service provider of Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja of Pangkalpinang.Based on the results of the IKM survey with 9 elements, obtained the value of the service element which has the lowest value is the element of Requirement (U1) with a value of 3.193 and the element that has the highest value is the Cost / Tariff (U4) of 3.767. The community satisfaction survey in the DinasPenanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja of Pangkalpinang with a weighted NRR of 3.374 was converted into the public satisfaction index at a service unit of 84.36, which was categorized into B or good.Keywords: Community Satisfaction Index, Public Satisfaction, Public Service

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak ekonomi baik secara lokal maupun global, termasuk Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kondisi perekonomian sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis trend dan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) kecuali bidang usaha primer yaitu pertanian, inflasi stabil rendah, pengangguran meningkat, realisasi Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang lebih besar dari belanja, perlambatan dana penagihan dan pinjaman bank, serta penurunan Indeks Mobilitas Penduduk dan Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (CCI). Strateginya adalah menjaga transmisi di sektor-sektor utama, memfokuskan kembali anggaran belanja secara cepat, tepat, efektif dan efisien; menjaga lalu lintas perdagangan antar daerah; mendorong pembayaran online. Menerapkan kebijakan dengan memperluas jangkauan vaksin, memperkuat standar protokol kesehatan, meningkatkan produktivitas bisnis lokal dan mensosialisasikan transaksi online.The COVID-19 pandemic had an economic impact both locally and globally, including the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe economic conditions before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis technique uses a quantitative approach with trend analysis and qualitatively through describing secondary data. The results showed that there was a decrease in economic growth in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) except for primary business fields, namely agriculture, low stable inflation, increased unemployment, realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure which was greater than expenditure, slowdown in fund collection and bank lending, as well as a decrease in the Population Mobility Index and Consumer Confidence Index (CCI). The strategy is to maintain transmission in key sectors, refocusing the spending budget quickly, precisely, effectively and efficiently; maintain trade traffic between regions; encourage online payments. Implementing policies by expanding vaccine reach, strengthening health protocol standards, increasing local business productivity and socializing online transactions.

Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of household characteristics on child health outcomes in Indonesia using Indonesian family Life Survey. This paper using birth wage, infant mortality and Z score to represent child health. Using Random effect method and random effect probit method, this paper found sending migrant household have larger amount of infant mortality case than non-sending migrant household. According to that findings we know that sending migrant household dominated by families with low incomes. However, we also find food consumption have influence of child health in the families. These results provide a broader view of the economic characteristics of households and their consequences for infant health than is offered by the existing literature.Keywords:  The authors are requested to supply 3-5 Keywords, separated by a comma, that can be used for indexing/abstracting purposes.
