Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk LKPD Interaktif berbasis liveworksheet untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS materi peristiwa sekitar proklamasi kemerdekaan kelas V sekolah dasar yang dinilai dari segi kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDI Al-Huda. Subjek terdiri dari 6 siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan 20 siswa pada uji coba lapangan. Pelaksanaan uji coba menerapkan metode pre-experimental design “one-group pretest-posttest design”. Hasil validasi dari validator ahli materi sebesar 91% dan validator ahli media sebesar 90% masing-masing memperoleh kategori sangat valid. Hasil angket respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan, masing-masing memperoleh 84% dan 90% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan produk terhadap eningkatan hasil belajar siswa dinilai berdasarkan nilai skor rata-rata N-Gain siswa baik pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan sebesar 0,71 yang berarti terdapat peningkatan dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa produk LKPD Interaktif berbasis liveworksheet telah valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

Tiktok is one of the most popular short video platforms today and many active users spend a lot of time watching Tiktok. This condition makes the phenomenon of Tiktok addiction widespread. So this article aims to investigate the level of Tiktok addiction based on male and female gender in junior high school students in Menganti Sub-District, Gresik District. This research approach is descriptive comparative. The population of this study includes all eighth grade students in Menganti, Gresik. While the sample is 344 grade VIII students in Menganti, Gresik, in detail there are 179 male students and 165 female students. The sample selection technique used random sampling at 4 schools, namely SMP Negeri 18 Gresik, SMP Negeri 29 Gresik, SMP NU Bahrul Ulum, and SMP Sunan Giri Menganti. Data collection techniques used closed questionnaires and documentation. The instrument used is a Tiktok Addiction Scale questionnaire and a matched list. The data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney non-parametric technique using SPSS. The findings of the study showed that there were differences in the level of addiction in male and female students in grade VIII in Menganti, Gresik. Tiktok addiction in male students is in the low category, while the level of Tiktok addiction for female students is in the medium category.

Abstract

Competition in college became inevitable in modern times. In an effort to meet the community's need for further education, several universities compete with each other to get new students. Therefore, universities must use effective marketing management. This study aims to analyze the marketing management of Lamongan Islamic University in maintaining competition by increasing the amount of students from year to year. The results of this study include: (1) implementing marketing management measures through market identification, market segmentation, and product differentiation. (2) in the application of marketing, it is carried out in two ways, namely internal marketing and external marketing. (3) the obstacles faced in the implementation of marketing are the presence of state universities that are starting to enter the region and there are competitors who use similar marketing strategies, thus influencing prospective students in choosing the services to be selected. The results of this study are the marketing of educational services in higher education is very influential in an effort to increase the number of students. With marketing activities in educational services, prospective students can find out information about the products and services offered, so that prospective students can make decisions about choosing a place to study.

Abstract

Relevansi kompetensi lulusan dan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri menjadi salah satu permasalahan pendidikan Indonesia. Agar relevan dengan kebutuhan tersebut maka dibutuhkan perencanaan pendidikan yang link and match untuk menghasilkan output yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan peningkatan mutu di SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro agar dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang bermutu dan berdaya saing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data meliputi tiga tahap yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Kriteria keabsahan data meliputi kredibilitas dengan triangulasi, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas dan transferabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perencanaan peningkatan mutu SMKN Purwosari sudah direncanakan dengan baik, sistematis, jelas dan terukur oleh kepala sekolah dan tim pengembang sekolah. Perencanaan dibuat untuk jangka waktu lima tahun ke depan mulai tahun 2021 hingga tahun 2025. mencakup aspek 1) Kurikulum dan pembelajaran, (2) kemitraan 3) Mendatangkan guru tamu, 4) Magang atau praktek kerja industri, 5) Sertifikasi kompetensi, 6) Pembaharuan kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, 7) Teaching factory/teaching industry, 8) Komitmen serapan, 9) Beasiswa atau ikatan dinas, 10) Sarana prasarana, dan 11) Tata kelola.

Abstract

The study aimed to outline the effect of digital literacy on student learning outcomes within the context of online education, as well as to pinpoint the constraints related to digital literacy that affect student learning outcomes in online learning. The research utilized an ex post facto approach with a quantitative methodology. Data were gathered through questionnaires and academic performance assessments from a sample of 37. The data underwent analysis through descriptive techniques and simple linear regression. The initial findings revealed that the computed t value amounted to 0.625, which was less than the critical t value of 2.030. Consequently, no substantial influence of digital literacy on student learning outcomes was observed. This outcome emerged due to the limited understanding of digital media and the internet among students in the context of online learning. This limitation hindered them from effectively utilizing digital media and online resources to access information. The subsequent findings concerning the challenges posed by digital literacy within online learning unveiled two main obstacles: motivation/attitude and physical access. Within the motivation/attitude category, 4 students experienced isolation due to the absence of peers, 6 students struggled with comprehending the study material, and 3 students encountered issues related to time management, boredom, and fatigue. In terms of physical access, 5 students lacked the necessary digital devices, another 5 students were without internet data quotas, and 3 students faced difficulties with internet signal reception.

Abstract

This study investigates the quality improvement strategy for the Equivalency Education Program Package C at PKBM Al-Islah Bakeong, Guluk-Guluk District, Sumenep Regency, Madura. The qualitative research method was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis to gather comprehensive data. The findings indicate that the management of the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Al-Islah has not yet reached an advanced level of educational quality. This is evidenced by various supporting and hindering factors in both management and the teaching and learning methods used. Supporting factors include the commitment of the management team to develop an educated and skilled community. However, the program faces significant obstacles, such as low community awareness of PKBM's existence and function, limited facilities, and restricted business units managed by PKBM. Further challenges in improving the quality of education include societal indifference towards education's importance and insufficient support from the local government, both morally and materially. Most learners come from lower-middle-class backgrounds with limited economic resources, which affects their ability to provide necessary learning materials, thereby placing the burden on PKBM to supply and facilitate these needs. The quality improvement strategies implemented by PKBM Al-Islah include stimulating learning motivation, enhancing the provision of infrastructure, and gradually developing teaching methods. Despite these efforts, ongoing challenges highlight the need for greater community and government support to ensure the program's success and sustainability.

Abstract

The impact of digital technology in urban areas has a big influence on suburban communities, from mindset to use of technology. The development of digital technology has caused new upheavals in suburban society; the VUCA era has become a new chapter. Therefore, it is necessary to be equipped with digital literacy. This research aims to describe and analyze research findings regarding the impact of self-directed learning on digital literacy in suburban society. This research uses a qualitative approach with a grounded theory method. Research was conducted on suburban societies, youth organizations, community facilitators, and stakeholders through participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis uses open, axial, and selective coding data analysis. The research results show that the process of self-directed digital literacy learning in suburban communities is manifested in the community's proactive attitude with the presence of digital technology and social media. The construction of knowledge and learning experiences in building digital literacy in suburban communities is realized in the community's appreciation for the presence of digital technology, which is interpreted as providing convenience, new insights, and benefits. Apart from that, it is an informal learning medium, a mass communication tool, a discussion forum, a medium for social interaction in cyberspace, and an exploration of skills and knowledge in social media. This research concludes that self-directed learning is a strategy for suburban society to improve digital literacy skills.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe how the implementation of quality management with a special job fair program at SMKN Purwosari Bojonegoro. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation and field notes. Data analysis techniques include three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation and data verification. Data validity criteria include credibility with triangulation of techniques and sources, dependability, confirmability and transferability. The results of this study are that quality management with a special work program at Purwosari Vocational High School has been carried out properly, systematically, clearly and measurably by the school principal, head of the BKK program and school members. The results of this study indicate that the school has done well: 1) Planning BKK work programs, 2) Guidance and counseling programs for prospective graduates in preparation for the world of work, 3) Establishing cooperation with the business world and the industrial world as job users, 4) Absorption graduates in the world of business and industry, 5) Special job market job programs lead to linearity of graduates' competencies in the world of work
