Abstract

McClelland's theory of motivation focuses on three needs, namely the need for achievement, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. This study method uses quantitative research with descriptive method. This study aims to determine whether learning motivation has an effect on student activity. Sources of research data were obtained from 3 PKBM institutions in Nganjuk Regency. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to determine the activity of the experimental and control classes. Active Observation (Psychomotor and Oral Activities) the average activity value reached 85.23%. This percentage is included in the very good category. The t-test calculation of the activeness score shows tcount > ttable. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning motivation on the activity of students in PKBM Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

Dalam mengelola kinerja guru di sekolah seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu menjalankan tanggung jawabnya, dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kinerja guru serta prestasi belajar siswa agar bisa mendapatkan hasil maksimal. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan judul Supervisi Akademik Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Kebijakan pendidikan harus didukung oleh praktisi pendidikan yang berada di garda terdepan yaitu guru melalui interaksinya dalam dunia pendidikan. Keterlibatan seluruh komponen pendidikan (guru, kepala sekolah, masyarakat, dan komite sekolah) melalui perencanaan yang baik dan merealisasikan program pendidikan yang dicanangkan sangat diperlukan. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan kinerja guru. Kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan jika supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berupa kepemimpinan dan supervisi ditingkatkan.

Abstract

In its management, schools need quality assurance as a benchmark for assessing the success or failure of educational institutions. One of the most important aspects that affect the quality of education is leadership and quality management. The research objectives are: (1) to describe how the principal's strategy in improving the academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo (2) to describe how the principal's strategy is to improve the non-academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: (1) the principal's strategy in improving the academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo is through the PPDB process carried out in 4 stages, supervising the learning process in order to know the achievements in the learning process, taking a good personal approach with all school stakeholders, excellent programs (Academic Skills) that can support students to continue to work and produce achievements. develop school planning as much as possible, analyze the challenges, obstacles and future opportunities that will be faced by SMAN 2 Sidoarjo (2) the principal's strategy in improving the non-academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo is a superior program of life skills in the form of learning to be able to survive in life , more productive and supported by existing programs in schools. Social Skill with the hope of being able to socialize in society. Develop school planning as much as possible, analyze the challenges, obstacles and future opportunities that will be faced by SMAN 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) peran antara Ayah dan Ibu. 2) waktu orang tua dalam melakukan pendampingan pada anak. 3) materi yang memerlukan pendampingan orang tua. 4) aktivitas orang tua saat mendampingi anak. 5) kendala yang dijumpai dalam melakukan pendampingan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK/PAUD Sinar Mentari Desa Godog, Kecamatan Laren, Kabupaten Lamongan. eknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 8 orangtua yang memiliki anak berusia 3-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Peran orang tua dalam pendampingan anak saat menggunakan gadget lebih didominasi oleh Ibu karena seorang Ibu lebih banyak memiliki waktu untuk mendampingi anak saat menggunakan gadget sedangkan seorang Ayah berperan sebagai pencari nafkah. 2) Waktu orang tua terutama seorang Ibu melakukan pendampingan pada anak yaitu setiap hari pada saat pulang sekolah dan selesai mengaji pada sore hari sedangkan Ayah mempuntai waktu untuk mendampingi anak saat menggunakan gadget hanya ketika berada di rumah. 3) materi yang memerlukan pendampingan orang tua yaitu, pertama, penggunaan gadget untuk mengakses YouTube untuk kegiatan belajar. Kedua, penggunaan gadget untuk bermain games. Ketiga, , penggunaan gadget untuk mengakses sosial media seperti WhatsApp dan Facebook. 4) Aktivitas yang dilakukan orang tua saat mendampingi anak saat menggunakan gadget yaitu pertama, dengan pemberian pemahan tentang dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh gadget kepada anak. kedua, pembatasan waktu penggunaan gadget pada anak. Ketiga, pengecekan gadget secara berkala setelah anak menggunakannya, seperti mengecek history setelah anak menggunkannya. Keempat, memblock situs-situs yang berbahaya. 5) Kendala yang sering dialami orang tua adalah kurangnya waktu seorang ayah untuk melakukan pendampingan ketika anak susah diajak belajar dan anak menangis ketika tidak diperbolehkan bermain gadget.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 menyebabkan pemerintah menerbitkan kebijakan tentang pembelajaran secara daring. Pembelajaran secara daring dibutuhkan peran orang tua untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anaknya. Motivasi merupakan faktor penting dalam proses belajar-mengajar pada pembelajaran daring dengan motivasi dalam pembelajaran anak akan terdorong untuk melakukan suatu pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran orang tua dengan motivasi belajar anak secara daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang analisisnya menggunakan statistik dengan teknik korelasi product moment. Subjek penelitian ini adalah orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data angket dengan metode Skala Likert. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan rumus SPSS 22.00 dengan taraf siginifikan sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian dari analisis hubungan antara peran orang tua dengan motivasi belajar anak pada pembelajaran daring menunjukkan tingkat koefisien korelasi Variabel X yaitu hubungan antara peran orang tua dan Variabel Y motivasi belajar anak pada pembelajaran daring dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,05(p<0,05) dengan melakukan uji reliabilitas yang menghasilkan r hitung variabel X sebesar 0,589 dan 0,721 untuk variabel Y dimana r tabel sebesar 0,361, sehingga r hitung > r tabel terpenuhi. Artinya Ha dengan pernyataan adanya hubungan antara peran orang tua dengan motivasi belajar anak pada pembelajaran daring di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo diterima.

Abstract

Parenting is a parenting style used by parents in educating, guiding, and raising children. There are three types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting styles. In this study, researchers focused on permissive parenting on the social emotional developments of early 2-4 year old children in Papar Village, Papar Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using data collection, data condensation, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The result show that the application of permissive parenting that occurs causes social emotional development of children aged 2-4 years resulting in unfavorable childrens attitudes including aggressiveness, disobedience, behaving as they please.

Abstract

The issue in this study is the process of character formation in children through traditional games, specifically how standard games may keep the character values included in them in order to mold the character of each unique kid. This study employs a qualitative technique with descriptive analytical writing. In-depth interviews, interactive observation, and documentation were used to obtain data for this study. The chairman of Kampoeng Dolanan Surabaya, volunteers from Kampoeng Dolanan Surabaya, children, and parents were the subjects of this study. The findings revealed that traditional games, as well as different strategies for communicating traditional games, can assist form character in youngsters both during and after play. There are just five sorts of games available Traditional games in Kampoeng Dolanan are thought to embody strong character characteristics like as responsibility, loyalty to rules, teamwork, and honesty, based on the vast number of aficionados for these activities. Of the four types of character values found in the five traditional games included for this study. These character characteristics can be established in each unique kid while or after playing by needing time that is not only played once but also demands the youngster to play multiple times.

Abstract

Tutors have several important roles in learning, especially in the package C equivalence education program at SKB Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the tutor in learning the UNPK subject in the package C equivalence education program at SKB Sidoarjo and to describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of tutors in teaching the package C capability program at SKB Sidoarjo. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of the study showed that tutors at the Sidoarjo SKB carried out the role of tutors in learning well. The role of the tutor at SKB Sidoarjo in the most optimal learning is the role of the tutor as informer, director, motivator, facilitator, and evaluator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning of ngitung batih traditional values and the activities of parents in dongko village to preserve ngitung batih traditional values to children aged 4-6 years. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the role of parents in preserving the values of ngitung batih tradition in children aged 4-6 years is that in ngitung batih tradition, children can learn how to communicate with parents. They will understand etiquette and manners and how to apply them appropriately and according to the situation. By introducing ngitung batih culture, it is very relevant and effective to shape children's ethics and manners. Not only the value of courtesy but also the values that can be obtained such as the value of harmony, religion, and mutual assistance. It can be concluded that the values contained in the ngitung batih tradition are very diverse and have their own benefits for children and parents play an important role in preserving the values of the ngitung batih tradition, especially for their children from an early age.

Abstract

Within the framework of community empowerment and sustainable development, this study presents a novel model for harnessing the potential of village tourism in Surowiti Village, Gresik Regency. The model pivots on the exploration of local wisdom to engender an authentic and sustainable tourism ex- perience. Employing a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, this research illuminates the substantial existence of a rich reservoir of local wisdom, encompassing traditions, culture, and sustainable practices, that endures within Surowiti Village. The proposed village tourism development model adeptly interweaves constituents of local wisdom into the tourism experi- ence, yielding palpable positive ramifications for both the local populace and the surrounding environ- ment. The implications of this study underscore the pivotal importance of fostering local community empowerment, preserving cultural heritage, and advocating for sustainable tourism promotion. The model proffered herein exhibits substantial potential for adoption by diverse communities and govern- mental bodies in their pursuit of cultivating enduringly sustainable village tourism, yielding significant positive socio-economic impacts.
