Purpose- This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and exchange rates on Return On Assets in Islamic Banks for the period 2009 - 2017. Methods- The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Program Eviews. Finding- The results showed that CAR has a positive but not significant effect, while FDR has a significant positive effect, and the exchange rate has a significant negative effect on Return On Assets. AbstrakTujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, dan kurs terhadap Return On Asset pada Bank Syariah periode 2009 – 2017. Metode- Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda berbantuan programEviews. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the low level of financing with istishna contract in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. It is motivated by istishna’s financing which actually has a considerable potential for use in Indonesia, given that Indonesia is actively working on infrastructure development. However, the istishna contract is currently a financing that is rarely applied by Islamic Banking compared to other contract financing. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used was primary data derived from interviews with employees of Islamic Banking who apply istishna’s financing. The data analysis technique used was interactive model analysis. The results showed that the factors that influenced the low istishna financing are istishna contract having high financing risks, there are alternative contracts that make istishna contract not a priority, risk of a failure developers, sharia bank business strategies, and moral standards of customers and developers.

In the world of education, assessment is very important when the process of learning activities has been completed. Based on the results of observations made by researchers at SDN 01 Bilah Hulu, there are often several obstacles where the teacher sometimes takes a lot of time to check essay answers, the more exams and students who take the exam, the more exams the teacher will correct. This causes a decrease in the quality of the evaluation and sometimes the evaluation is no longer objective. So that it causes variations in the assessments in the class given by different human assessors, which are felt by students as a source of injustice. The purpose of this study is to create an automatic scoring system for semester exam answers on web-based essay questions and to build a web-based semester exam results scoring system by applying the Rabin-Karp method. The results of the web-based essay assessment process are in the form of student values that have been summarized by the system. The automatic essay exam scoring system using the Rabin-Karp algorithm was tested on 57 students in two classes, namely 28 students in class VI-A with the average score from the teacher manually being 82.64 and the average score of the automatic system being 81.17 . Meanwhile, in class VI-B with 29 students, the manual average was 75.34 and the automatic system average was 76.48.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan alur absensi dengan sistem berbasis web tanpa menggunakan absensi manual dan tidak memerlukan waktu yang terlalu lama. Pembangunan sistem aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa-bahasa pemrograman, Pembuatan interface sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan template bootstrap serta memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang ada dalam bootstrap dan bahasa pemrograman seperti, HTML, Javascript, PHP dan CSS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memobilisasi Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Medan untuk memantau setiap kegiatan peserta magang yang sedang melaksanakan praktek kerja lapangan di dinas tersebut.

Aranio sub-district has natural tourism potential in the form of mountains, reservoirs, and protected forests. Based on data from preliminary interviews, it is known that one of the natural attractions, namely Pine Island, which is located in Tiwingan Baru, has not been optimally managed because the management has changed. In addition, currently tourist visits to Bukit Batas tours have also dropped dramatically. This research aims to find out the implementation of tourism communication of tourist destinations in the wetlands of Aranio District, Banjar Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP), namely daily notes, transcripts, coding, categories, themes, and memos. The results of the study show that tourism communication in Pulau Pinus and Bukit Batu fulfills the components of tourists, marketers, communication, accessibility, human resources and institutions, capital owners and destinations. The media used for promotion through social media instagram, facebook, website and word of mouth marketing. Bukit Batas Tourism is currently unkempt, seen with road access full of weeds.

Korporasi sebagai salah satu faktor pendukung utama kegiatan perekonomian di Indonesia, mempunyai peran yang sangat besar dalam lalulintas perekonomian nasional dan Internasional. Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi yang saat ini menjadi perhatian utama korporasi agar dapat berkompetensi secara sehat dalam persaingan global, diperlukan suatu korporasi yang memiliki visi dan misi progresif guna meningkatkan positioning di mata masyarakat dan merebut hati konsumen agar senantiasa dan loyal mempergunakan produk korporasi. Secara umum, korporasi terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu perusahaan publik (go public company) yaitu perusahaan yang sahamnya diperdagangkan dan tercatat sebagai emiten pada Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan perusahaan tertutup. Pada perusahaan publik, harus memiliki minimal 1 orang Direktur Independen dan minimal 30% dari seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris harus Komisaris Independen. Jika Komisaris Independen harus diambil dari kalangan luar perusahaan, maka Direktur Independen dapat berasal dari kalangan internal perusahaan, namun justru ketentuan ini pada akhirnya menimbulkan ketidakpastian kondisi independensi Direktur tersebut, karena ketentuan yang mengatur secara detail mengenai fungsi independensi Direktur dan Komisaris tidak lengkap yang pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan kebingungan bagi Direktur dalam melaksanakan fungsi independensinya.

Untuk memberikan pemahaman atas tindakan perundungan dan larangan-larangannya diperlukan adanya pemberian materi serta arahan yang tepat dan baik kepada peserta didik. Melalui penyampaian edukasi hukum mengenai tindakan perundungan dan larangan-larangannya kepada peserta didik menjadi salah satu bentuk asa yang dilakukan penyusun untuk memberikan edukasi kepada peserta didik khususnya di SMA Negeri 66 Jakarta. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, penyuluhan, dan diskusi yang berjudul Hentikan Bullying Sekarang Juga, Sekolah Terasa Indah Tanpa Bullying. Target khusus pengabdian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas yang sudah memiliki pemahaman atas tindakan perundungan dan memahami hukum. Adapun tujuan utama dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada objek pengabdian terkait dengan tindakan perundungan dan larangan-larangannya untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman dan kondusif dari tindakan perundungan. Peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan dapat dilihat dari hasil posttest yang membuktikan siswa dan siswa sangat memahami materi yang diberikan.

Abstrak: Permasalahan sampah yang terjadi di Indonesia semakin hari semakin memprihatinkan. Masih banyak sampah yang dikelola dengan tidak memperhatikan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) dan menyebabkan tercemarnya lingkungan hidup. Oleh karena itu tim menyelenggarakan sebuah penyuluhan yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat bagaimana pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan cara menjaga lingkungan dimulai dari setiap individu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan kali ini adalah perpaduan antara pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah rata-rata 36,66% telah mengerti apa itu lingkungan hidup, bagaimana pencemaran lingkungan hidup bisa terjadi, dan dampak dari pencemaran lingkungan hidup serta masyarakat juga mengetahui cara mencegah pencemaran lingkungan dengan mengikuti program pelestarian lingkungan yaitu mendaur ulang sampah plastik menjadi tote bag.Abstract: The problem of waste that occurs in Indonesia is getting worse day by day. There is still a lot of waste managed without paying attention to the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), which causes environmental pollution. Therefore, the team organized outreach to educate the public on how important it is to protect the environment and how to protect the environment, starting with each individual. The method used in implementing this extension is a combination of community education and training. The results of this activity are an average of 36.66% have understood the environment, how environmental pollution can occur, and the impact of environmental pollution. The community also knows how to prevent environmental pollution by participating in environmental conservation programs, namely recycling plastic waste be a tote bag.

The increasing number of medical malpractice cases is ironic, because with the current Health Law it is hoped that malpractice cases can be reduced in number. The Health Law and other regulations must be obeyed by all parties in the world of health, especially hospital corporations so that apart from medical personnel or health workers, hospitals, directors and hospital management must also take legal responsibility, in accordance with their respective roles in the event of malpractice in the hospital environment. On the other hand, the stakeholders of this hospital will receive legal protection if they have implemented all their rights and obligations in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The specific purpose of this research is to prove that hospital corporations are also eligible for criminal sanctions if malpractice occurs in the hospital environment, through the application of strict liability principle, compiled with the interconnection of various related legislation products. This research uses normative juridical research methods that are descriptive prescriptive, using data and information from relevant literature sources, primary legal sources in the form of statutory provisions and jurisprudence, corporate theories used to analyse the problems, as well as research data obtained from the internet/website of related agencies. This research aims to examine the effects of current ratio (CR), debt to assets ratio (DAR), total assets turnover (TAT), and net profit margin (NPM) at the company's profit growth construction on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data were collected from the financial statements of 6 construction sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a purposive sampling technique. The regression panel analysis found that DAR and NPM have a positive significance to the profit growth of construction companies, while CR and TAT insignificant. The ability of the model to explain the dependent variables is 38.64% indicating that many other factors are also thought to affect profit growth. This study recommends that DAR and NPM can be used as a useful reference for predicting the company's future profit growth.
