Abstract

The purpose of this research is to dig deeper into the supporting and inhibiting factors of pluralism-oriented religious culture among Gen-Z both in the school environment, family, and society in order to have a tolerant attitude in their lives. This research, using qualitative with a descriptive approach that emphasizes efforts to obtain information about the situation, and symptoms that arise at the time of the research. Provides a description of an existing phenomenon, and can provide information related to the object under study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results and discussion of the supporting and inhibiting factors of a pluralism-oriented religious culture among Gen-Z in Serang City can appreciate differences and respect ethnicity and religion so that they have a tolerant attitude towards others. Supporting and inhibiting factors are schools including the principal, and curriculum and PAI Teachers. Family includes religious education and parental involvement. While the community is in the form of a social environment that integrates religious values and seeks to support the development of spirituality. The inhibiting factors are teachers and education personnel and school facilities, school environment and student diversity.

Abstract

The application of technology in the learning process can be a creative innovation. The use of Gamimath is a strategic step that teachers can develop. The purpose of using Gamimath is to facilitate students learning while being able to increase student involvement in the learning process, Which combines the element of gamification with mathematics learning. Where The purpose of this study is to develop learning media assisted by the GAMIMATH application, especially in mathematics subjects, and provide convenience in the mathematics learning process for students so that no one will say mathematics is challenging to understand learning. This research and development (R&D) project consists of six stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is PGMI students in the second semester of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The results of this research are that the game math application product has been produced. Based on the results of the validation test by the expert team, it received a score of 85 out of a maximum score of 90 with the category of very good and decent. In addition, during the test, the N-gain Score was 56, which means that the use of the Gamimath application has proven to be quite effective in Improving students' understanding of learning, such as solving problems related to mathematics, collaborating with friends in finding answers to the problems given by following each step in the existing application and solving the challenges given.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to enhance the skills and mastery of teachers in applying differentiated learning at state elementary madrasah 1 Cilegon, Banten. The method of community service used is PAR (Participatory Action Research) with the use of an LCD projector, sound system, and educational props to support differentiated learning activities. The results show that the teachers were able to understand and master differentiated learning. This was proven by the results of simulations and practices conducted by the teachers in applying differentiated learning in the Islamic Elementary class. In conclusion, the training session ran smoothly and successfully had a positive impact on improving the competence of the teachers at state elementary madrasah 1 Cilegon.

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 26 of 2017 concerning Instructions and Techniques for School Operational Assistance is a form of the state's commitment to fulfilling the demands of the opening of the 1945 Constitution. Through this Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, it is hoped that national education will be able to guarantee equal distribution of educational opportunities, improve the quality and relevance and efficiency of education management especially on financing standards to face challenges in the era of globalization. Several important points in this Permendikbud are the ease of learning with the existence of free compulsory education (fair) for 12 years, namely SD/MI, SMP/MTs and SMA/MA. Thus, the commitment made by the government must of course be supported by other stakeholders so that this program can be realized and is on target. So that there will be no issues related to the free 12th compulsory education program which is none other than the existence of BOS/BOM funds.

Abstract

Penanaman sikap disiplin dapat dilakukan melalui pembiasaan yang yang rutin dilakukan, contoh dan teladan yang baik dari guru. Pembiasaan merupakan cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam membentuk karakter pada anak salah satunya melalui pembiasaan shalat dhuha. Dalam usaha membentuk karakter siswa MI DARUL HUDA CIBADAK memiliki sebuah program keagamaan. Program keagamaan yang dilaksanakan di lembaga madrasah MI DARUL HUDA adalah kegiatan sholat Dhuha berjamaah yang rutin dilaksanakan setiap pagi sebelum masuk proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Menganalisis Pembiasan Sholat Dhuha Terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa yang dilakukan secara rutin dilaksanakan di MI DARUL HUDA CIBADAK. Penelitian ini juga diharpkan dapat memberikan motivasi kepada lembaga madrasah yang lain untuk menerapkan program keagaaman seperti pembiasaan shalat dhuha untuk membentuk karakter disiplin anak. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan instrument pedoman pengamatan, serta pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melewati tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun lokasi penelitian bertempat di MI DARUL HUDA CIBADAK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pembiasaan shalat dhuha yang dilakukan di MI DARUL HUDA CIBADAK dilakukan di masjid dan dipimpin oleh guru. Bersama guru terlebih dahulu mempersiapkan hal-hal yang mendukung dalam kegiatan pembiasaan Dengan adanya pembiasaan solat dhuha, karakter siswa khususnya dalam karakter disiplin siswa dapat meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang dapat melaksanakan peraturan sekolah dengan baik, mengikuti pembelajaran dengan efektif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi media kartu domino sebagai alternatif kreatif untuk mengajarkan konsep matematika dasar seperti bilangan, operasi hitung sederhana (penjumlahan dan pengurangan), dan pemahaman nilai tempat. Media kartu domino diharapkan dapat menjadikan pembelajaran di kelas II SD menjadi lebih menyenangkan, bermakna, dan efektif dengan menggunakan pendekatan visual dan kinestetik yang ditawarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian 4D yang terdiri dari 4 langkah yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa kartu domino layak untuk diujicobakan di sekolah karena telah tervalidasi oleh validator ahli media, bahasa, dan materi serta dinilai layak dengan rata-rata presentase lebih dari 90%. siswa terlihat antusias dan tertarik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dengan media kartu domino, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis angket respon siswa yaitu sebesar 93,9% yang menunjukkan respon siswa sangat positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe in depth the program, implementation, and impact of SRA as a strategy for preventing bullying and violence in schools. The main focus is to identify the extent to which SRA policies, character building, and community involvement contribute to creating an inclusive and non-aggressive school culture. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and vice principal for curriculum, who served as key informants in the implementation of SRA. Supporting data were obtained from indirect observation and review of documents related to school policy. The results of this discussion explain that the child-friendly school program at SMPIT Al Mumtaz Jayanti Tangerang is implemented holistically through two main pillars: a clear anti-violence policy and the integration of character values such as empathy, tolerance, and discipline into the curriculum. This implementation includes training teachers to effectively handle bullying and using learning methods that encourage cooperation among students. The direct impact of the SRA program is evident in the significant decrease in the number of bullying cases, the increase in students' courage to report incidents, and the creation of a safe and conducive school environment. Meanwhile, the indirect impact is a comprehensive transformation of the school climate to be more inclusive, fostering solidarity, and increasing social responsibility, which ultimately contributes to the sustainable prevention of violence and the formation of positive character in students.

Abstract

The internalization of religious moderation is essential in fostering tolerance and harmony in Indonesia’s pluralistic society. This study explores how the ASSTA curriculum—comprising the Qur'an, Sunnah, Science, Technology, and Morals—is integrated into the learning process to instill religious moderation in students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary schools). This qualitative research employed a phenomenological approach to understand the lived experiences of teachers and students. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 20 purposively selected respondents from MI Asy-Syukriyyah in Tangerang. The data were analyzed iteratively using reduction, coding, and thematic analysis. Findings indicate that religious moderation is not explicitly taught as a standalone subject, but is embedded as a “hidden curriculum” throughout various learning activities. Teachers integrate moderation values contextually through discussions, collaborative projects, and real-life applications, aligning with the principles of contextual teaching and learning (CTL). The curriculum’s integration resulted in improved student engagement, enhanced understanding of moral values, and increased tolerance in classroom interactions. Quantitative indicators—collected through pre- and post-implementation surveys—show a significant improvement in students’ moral awareness and social behavior. The study concludes that the ASSTA-based curriculum offers a strategic framework for embedding religious moderation in early education. However, sustainable implementation requires continuous teacher training, community involvement, and curriculum evaluation. This research contributes to the discourse on Islamic education reform and provides a practical model for integrating moderate religious values within a competency-based curriculum.

Abstract

Bullying saat ini marak di kalangan remaja karena mereka sedang mencari identitas diri. Masa remaja adalah periode krusial di mana mereka eksplorasi diri dan mencoba hal-hal baru. Ketika remaja tidak mampu mengendalikan emosinya, ini dapat menghasilkan perubahan perilaku seperti minat yang berbeda, emosi tidak stabil, postur tubuh buruk, dan perilaku menyimpang. Di Indonesia, angka kejadian bullying cukup tinggi, termasuk intimidasi di antara remaja dari berbagai latar belakang fisik dan psikologis. Pelaku bullying tidak hanya anak-anak berbadan besar dan kuat, tetapi juga anak-anak bertubuh kecil yang bisa dominan secara psikologis dalam lingkungan mereka. Alasan utama pelaku bullying adalah rasa kepuasan dan kekuasaan di antara teman sebaya. Dampaknya bagi korban bisa berupa gangguan mental dan fisik serius jika tidak segera dihentikan. Pemberian edukasi tentang perundungan di kalangan remaja menjadi penting untuk mencegah dan mengurangi kasus tersebut. Dengan pendidikan yang tepat, diharapkan remaja akan lebih peka terhadap dampak negatif perundungan dan berperan aktif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan mendukung di masyarakat mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali standarisasi manajemen sebagai pengejewantahan pragmatisme hingga perlu mengetahui kontribusi manajemen mutu yang diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan berdasarkan perspektif Deming, Juran dan Crosby. Ketiga tokoh tersebut memiliki dasar pemikiran dan strategi untuk penjaminan mutu yang kuat sebagai rujukan dalam meningkatkan produk yang bermutu atau berkualitas. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi, menganalisis literatur yang relevan, dan mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang pemikiran Deming, Juran dan Crosby terhadap manajemen mutu pendidikan karakter. Hasil dan Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini terkait pemikiran dan kontribusi Deming, Juran dan Crosby terangkum dalam istilah Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM dianggap sebuah pendekatan yang cukup tepat, maka lembaga Pendidikan diharuskan mencoba, mengadopsi dan mulai beradaptasi dengan konsep ini, sebagai langkah strategis guna meningkatkan pelayanan maksimal pada pelanggannya. TQM perlu diterapkan pada setiap satuan pendidikan guna mendorong kualitas pelayanan prima kepada stakeholders dalam menerapkan Pendidikan karakter.
