Abstract

The scope of this research is at the level of experience of women informal workers in Pasar Besar Palangka Raya. This experience speaks of bargaining power, empowerment in terms of decision-making, economic independence, body and future authorsity and freedom of expression. Nevertheless, the authors found the imprisonment of double burden in the lives of 3 research subjects. The purpose of this study is to show the extent to which the narrative leads them to live the values of equality through informal work. The research method used is qualitative research with interviews., then the authors recorded, transcribed, made a factual solid and then classified into themes that are close to this research. The results of the research through the experiences of women informal workers in Pasar Besar show that women are found to be empowered over assets, time and in decision-making. On the other hand, both empowerment and imprisonment of women's double burden make John Stuart Mill's philosophical lens dialogue in it when talking about marriage as friendship and not as property or slavery. Mill's intersubjective space becomes a buffer in the narrative of women's experiences of informal workers. In addition, the authors finds that gossiping as a negative stigma by society becomes erroneous when confronted with the daily life practices of women informal workers. Gossip/ngerumpi is able to make women's space a place of self-development, self-protection and self-promotion when women are hit by a flood of fatigue, boredom in terms of waiting for the arrival of buyers.

Abstract

Background information for the study was based on the stereotype that exists in society that engineering majors, particularly those related to mining geology, are responsible for causing natural disasters and hastening the deterioration of the environment due to what is learned in the classroom. Furthermore, the qualitative research method uses an interview approach or technique. The interview involved one of the teachers and students in 3 SMK Negeri Buntok, Central Kalimantan. Before conducting interviews, the researcher surveyed the location first by traveling four hours from Palangka Raya. After that, the researcher recorded the interview with the research subject through audio. The audio was transmitted into the interview transcript. Results of interview transcripts that were close to the research were then classified into factual solids and themes. The closest themes were analyzed through references linked to the results and discussion section. Results showed non-quantifiable narratives through various activities of students and teachers, namely through Cambodia, Alamanda, and Asoka, that although they come from Mining Geology majors, they are also entitled and responsible for the sustainability of the mining environment through official procedures in terms of waste management and nature.

Abstract

The aftermath of World War II significantly impacted dialogue and understanding between cultures, educational perspectives, and religions in Japan. This period saw widespread destruction and psychological trauma, leading to a sense of powerlessness and discouraging Western settlement. This paper aims to reintroduce Plato's philosophy within the context of Japan's post-war dialogue (Risō/理想), highlighting the country's philosophical contributions and its openness to religious institutions, including the participation of Christian congregations in government. Using a qualitative literature review of primary and secondary sources, this study finds that philosophical dialogue has positively influenced both the government and the populace. The intersection of various religions and Christianity in post-war Japan facilitated the survival and growth of Christianity, demonstrated by the enduring presence of the Way of the Cross and the pervasive influence of Christian values in Japan's religious, political, and cultural spheres.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which narratives are aired, spread, staged, and raised through the three research subjects from Generation Z who are located in one of the provinces in Indonesia, namely the province of Central Kalimantan, especially from research subjects who come from three different high schools. Data searches through three different high schools display various narratives, subjective experiences as psychological experiences when dealing with turmoil, homework, and school, as well as forms of socialization that appear in students' daily lives. The research is based on qualitative research with data search through secondary sources. Secondary sources through various journals were obtained through previous research related to the topic, crossed each other, and gave distance while supporting the narratives displayed by the three research subjects from Central Kalimantan at the upper education unit level. In addition, researchers also used book sources as primary sources to support the poststructuralist presence. The results showed that although the three research subjects came from Generation Z, living in schools, homes, and other social environments, they showed different characteristics with the term characteristics attached to Generation Z. However, in the end, the researcher concluded that the characteristics of Generation Z differed from those of Generation Z. Although in the end, researchers concluded that the characteristics that are detected at the ontological level regarding Generation Z as part of the development or poststructuralist pattern, the facts on the ground speak that the place, school culture, and students become a marker that the culture itself even though it is developing, it still cannot be released even though the era shows now (when researchers conducted research) in poststructuralism as well as the presence of generation Z. The discontinuity of identity participation of the three research subjects is the continuation of the previous generations, namely the baby boomers, generation X, and Y.
