Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial literacy dan financial planning terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dengan financial self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Z yang berusia 17 – 27 tahun di kota Surabaya. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada generasi Z di Kota Surabaya. Financial planning tidak mampu mempengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Financial literacy mempunyai pengaruh terhadap financial self efficacy . Financial planning mempunyai pengaruh terhadap financial self efficacy . Financial Self Efficacy mampu memediasi hubungan antara financial lieracy dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan di kota Surabaya. Financial Self Efficacy mampu memediasi hubungan financial planning dengan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan di kota Surabaya. Abstract

Penelitian dalam program layanan masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis implementasi layanan kasir pintar untuk UMKM di Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul khususnya pada Usaha kue Cherybrow . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi terhadap pemilik UMKM di Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan kasir pintar dapat membantu Usaha kue Cherybrow dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas transaksi, serta memudahkan pemilik UMKM dalam mengelola stok barang. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi layanan kasir pintar adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknologi dari pemilik UMKM. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa KKNT Bina Desa memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pemilik UMKM dalam penggunaan layanan kasir pintar.

Abstract

The present paper investigates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO), market orientation (MO), and learning orientation (LO) on the performance of travel agency companies in Indonesia. The result suggests that EO has a significant direct effect on performance. Another findings are LO mediates the relationship between EO and MO and performance, also EO mediates the influence of MO on performance. The study offers a more detailed understanding of which organizational strategy orientation improves the performance of travel agency companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial literacy and financial technology (FinTech) on financial inclusion with social capital as a mediator for fashion SMEs in Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. In the digital age, technology has become a primary need facilitating various activities, including financial sector advancements through FinTech. Financial literacy and FinTech adoption are crucial factors in enhancing financial inclusion, particularly for SMEs. This research also examines the role of social capital as a mediator that can strengthen the relationship between financial literacy and FinTech with financial inclusion. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach, this study identifies that attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control are influencing factors in individuals' intentions to access financial services. The findings indicate that financial literacy and FinTech have a significant impact on financial inclusion, with social capital playing a significant mediating role in this relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of role clarity on employee performance, considering organizational commitment and job satisfaction as moderating variables within the environment of the Balai Besar Inseminasi Buatan (BBIB) Singosari, Malang Regency. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design and a path analysis model was used to assess the relationships between variables. The primary objective is to identify the direct and indirect effects of independent (exogenous) variables on dependent (endogenous) variables. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SMART PLS software, including tests for both the outer and inner models. Research findings indicate that role clarity not only directly enhances employee performance but also strengthens organizational commitment and job satisfaction, which in turn contribute to overall performance improvement.

Abstract

Financial behavior is the patterns, habits, and attitudes of individuals towards finance and the way they react to certain financial situations. This study aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitude on financial behavior with self-efficacy as a mediating variable (a study on Wonokerto Market Traders, Bantur District, Malang Regency. The number of samples was 106 respondents with probability sampling techniques, and the method used was simple random sampling with data collection using questionnaires and analysis using PLS. The results showed that financial knowledge could not contribute to financial behavior, financial attitude contributed to financial behavior, self-efficacy as a mediating variable contributed to the influence of financial knowledge on financial behavior, and Self-efficacy as a mediating variable cannot contribute to the impact of financial attitude on financial behavior.

Abstract

This finding examines the effect of leverage and managerial ownership on stock returns moderated by dividend policy in consumer goods companies listed on the IDX. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. Purposive sampling was used to create the sample, and 46 businesses that satisfied the pre-established sample requirements were included. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used as an analysis method.The results of the analysis state that Leverage can contribute to increasing Stock Returns, Managerial Ownership can contribute to increasing Stock Returns, Dividend Policy is not able to contribute to moderating the effect of Leverage on Stock Returns, Dividend Policy can contribute to moderating the effect of Managerial Ownership on Stock Returns in consumer goods companies on the IDX.

Abstract

The significance of having human resources within the company is one of the most important elements in order for a business or company to run well: The aim of this research is to identify the effects of: (1) Emotional Intelligence, (2) Spiritual Intelligence, (3) Stress related to emotional intelligence, (4) Stress related to spiritual intelligence, to the nurse performance. The samples taken for the research are the entire nurses in "Bunda Hospital" - Kandangan Surabaya. The research requires samples the total of 76 nurses. Data collection was carried out using the instrument of questionnaire shared to the respondent. Partial Least Square using the method of Smart PLS software was used for data analysis technique. The result of the research has shown followings: (1) Emotional Intelligence haven’t given positive contribution to the nurse performance, (2) Spiritual Intelligence have given positive contribution to the nurse performance, (3) Working stress has contributed to the impact of emotional intelligence, (4) Working stress has contributed to the impact of spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance owned by Sekapuk Village residents of Gresik Regency as investors. The population in this research is the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency who become investors in 2020. The sample is 80 respondents with random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM with the PLS application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance for residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance has no significant effect on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance disable to act as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.
