Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to be able to know the application of Jurnal.id accounting software in facilitating a job, especially in the field of financial preparation, especially sales invoices, as well as obstacles as a user in using this technology. The counseling was conducted using lecture, question and answer, demonstration, and hands-on practice methods. The result of this activity is that the production of sales invoices generated using Jurnal.id software can facilitate the finance department in obtaining clear and effective reports. Information needs are needed in accordance with company expectations when making decisions on existing problems. Jurnal.id software that is implemented is adequate in processing existing data and has quality information quality, but there are often obstacles in using this software due to errors in recording transactions on the system. The conclusion of this activity is that Jurnal.id software can facilitate users in the process of recording transactions so as to produce a sales invoice that can help when making decisions

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Usmaniyah di Kabupaten Jombang memiliki potensi besar dalam mengembangkan ekonomi berbasis digital, namun pemanfaatan pemasaran digital oleh santri dan pengelola pesantren masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para santri dalam strategi pemasaran digital melalui metode sosialisasi, pembuatan akun e-commerce, dan penerapan langsung. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui seminar sederhana dan pelatihan mengenai dasar-dasar pemasaran digital, pemanfaatan platform e-commerce, serta strategi efektif dalam memasarkan produk secara online. Setelah itu, santri akan dibimbing untuk membuat akun e-commerce dan akan diberikan pelatihan tentang cara mengelola akun tersebut. Selain itu, para santri juga diberi kesempatan untuk langsung mempraktikkan strategi yang telah dipelajari dalam memasarkan produk pesantren secara online melalui live streaming dan pembuatan konten kreatif. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan santri dalam menggunakan media digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, terbentuknya akun e-commerce yang dapat digunakan untuk menjual produk pesantren, serta mampu menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan pesantren.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the need for a branding strategy for the Sachiips Bagasse Chips business as a form of service at the Al Usmaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. In this case, branding is an important element in promoting local products based on the potential of natural resources, namely bagasse. Through practical and theoretical approaches, this program is expected to increase santri's knowledge about the importance of branding in the business world, as well as provide practical skills in managing small businesses. In addition, students will be trained to utilize social media and Word of Mouth (WOM) strategies to expand market reach. The results of this activity are expected to not only improve the entrepreneurial abilities of the santri but also strengthen the sustainable identity of local products.  Keywords: Branding; Community service; Economic empowerment; Social media; Sugarcane dregs chips   ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang perlunya strategi branding usaha Keripik Ampas Tebu Sachiips sebagai bentuk pengabdian di Pondok Pesantren Al Usmaniyah, Jombang. Dalam hal ini, branding menjadi elemen penting dalam mempromosikan produk lokal yang berbasis potensi sumber daya alam, yaitu ampas tebu. Melalui pendekatan praktis dan teoritis, program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan santri tentang bagaimana pentingnya branding dalam dunia usaha, serta memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola usaha kecil. Selain itu, santri akan dilatih untuk memanfaatkan media sosial dan strategi Word of Mouth (WOM) untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan kewirausahaan santri tetapi juga memperkuat identitas produk lokal yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediation of work stress on the influence of job demands and turnover intention on employee performance at PT. Empat Putera Utama Bersama Surabaya. The research material is based on the problem of high job demands from the company due to the large demand from the company's clients. On the other hand,turnover intentionis one of the serious problems in the company that requires further evaluation.The method used is quantitative with an approach explanatory research. This method is used because this study will explain the position of each variable and the influence between one variable and another. The study was conducted using a survey method with data collected through a questionnaire. The population in this study included employees and superiors of PT. Empat Putera Utama Bersama, with samples taken through a saturated sampling technique of 55 employees. The analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS. The findings of this study show that high job demands can increase employee motivation and performance if managed well. Employees withturnover intentionkeep trying to work optimally to leave a good impression and achieve targets. Job stress mediates the relationship between job demands and performance, because environmental support helps employees manage stress. Job stress does not mediate turnover intentionand performance, because external factors have more influence, while a supportive work environment keeps employees engaged

Abstract

Minuman kekinian adalah minuman yang sedang populer dan tren di kalangan konsumen saat ini. Minuman kekinian sendiri sering kali menawarkan kombinasi unik dari rasa, presentasi, dan kadang-kadang manfaat kesehatan yang menjadi daya tarik bagi konsumen modern. Minuman kekinian sering kali mencakup berbagai kategori, termasuk minuman non-alkohol seperti minuman berbahan dasar the, kopi, dan sirup. Di Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul sendiri masih banyak UMKM yang menjual minuman dalam kemasan sachet. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini mereka juga dapat mencakup inovasi dalam hal metode penyajian, misalnya minuman dengan tampilan yang menarik atau penggunaan teknologi khusus dalam pembuatannya. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan serangkaian pelatihan praktis yang difokuskan pada teknik pembuatan minuman kekinian, penggunaan bahan-bahan inovatif, dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dengan peserta pelatihan, dan analisis kualitatif terhadap minuman yang dihasilkan. Keseluruhan, minuman kekinian merupakan respons terhadap permintaan pasar yang terus berubah, menawarkan variasi dan inovasi untuk menarik minat konsumen yang semakin cerdas dan cenderung mencari pengalaman baru dalam konsumsi minuman. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat dalam pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat terjadi peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Pelatihan Minuman Kekinian di Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul diharapkan dapat menciptakan sinergi antara potensi lokal, inovasi bisnis, dan kearifan lokal, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Abstract. The tourism sector, the economy, and the industries that support it have all been severely damaged by the worldwide pandemic. Several of the tourism industry's market segments, such as lodging, dining, and travel agencies, are at saturation. To maintain a sustainable competitive advantage and achieve the intended results, companies need to have a well-defined plan of action to navigate the constantly shifting business landscape. This study will examine the mediating role of organizational strategic orientation in the performance of travel agency companies in the face of environmental uncertainty. The data is collected via a questionnaire and then PLS-SEM analysis is performed. The results show that the choice of an organization's strategic orientation, which includes market and entrepreneurial orientations that can impact learning orientation and organizational performance of travel agency companies, is influenced by technology uncertainty. As a component of a vibrant and alluring travel industry, travel agency businesses must be flexible and inventive in the face of ongoing technological advancements. This can be achieved through organizational strategy orientation, which emphasizes market and entrepreneurial orientations to boost the performance of travel agency businesses. Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) seperti usaha kripik ampas tebu di Pondok Pesantren Al Usmaniyah memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian pondok. Namun, salah satu kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM0dalam hal manajemen bisnis, strategi pemasaran dan strategi bisnis. Banyak santri yang belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mampu untuk mengelolah usaha secara profesional. Oleh karena itu, jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengelola bisnis pada santri melalui sosialisasi bisnis. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi dengan santri serta pendampingan langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para santri dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha mereka kripik ampas tebu meningkat, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendukung kesejahteraan ekonomi pondok pesantren Al-Usmaniyah.

Abstract

Shopee PayLater is a fintech service frequently used nowadays, particularly among Generation Z in Surabaya. The ease of using this service makes many of Generation Z use it for consumptive purposes, but enough financial capability does not follow it. This study seeks to examine how financial literacy and user-friendliness impact consumer spending tendencies, with lifestyle serving as a moderating variable. This research adopts quantitative methods using primary data. Respondents in this research were Generation Z users of Shopee PayLater in Surabaya. A total of 112 respondents were selected through a non-probability sampling technique, then analyzed with SEM-PLS. The results showed that Financial Literacy has a positive influence on Consumptive Behavior. The level of ease of use contributes significantly to individual consumption patterns. Lifestyle acts as a factor that strengthens the relationship between financial literacy and consumer behavior. Conversely, lifestyle does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between ease of use and consumer behavior among Shopee PayLater consumers in Surabaya.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of herding and overconfidence on investment decisions, with risk perception as a moderating variable among young investors in Surabaya. A quantitative method was used with 100 purposively selected respondents. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4.0. Results show that herding and overconfidence significantly and positively influence investment decisions. However, risk perception does not moderate the effect of herding, indicating that social factors may outweigh individual risk awareness. In contrast, risk perception significantly weakens the impact of overconfidence, suggesting that risk-aware investors are more cautious and rational. These findings align with the Theory of Planned Behavior, emphasizing the role of perceived behavioral control. The study highlights the importance of addressing behavioral biases and risk perception in financial education to support better investment decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of risk perception and digital literacy on the adoption of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), with trust as a moderating variable among Generation Z in Sidoarjo Regency. This study adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as its theoretical framework. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that both risk perception and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on the adoption of QRIS. However, trust does not significantly moderate the relationship between risk perception or digital literacy and QRIS adoption. These findings suggest that trust neither strengthens nor weakens the influence of the two independent variables on QRIS adoption among Generation Z in Sidoarjo Regency.
