Abstract

VoIP is a technology used to communicate voice remotely and directly using data communication lines with TCP / IP protocol. But basically, VoIP communication does not guarantee data security when doing communication. A very important security system is added in VoIP communications to maintain the confidentiality of communication, so that communication can not be recorded and played back. To build a security when communicating VoIP, then in this study added an SRTP-TLS security system. The study was conducted on wireless networks by comparing the security of data communications when using the SRTP-TLS security system and without using a security system.Keywords: Wireless, Security System, VoIP

Abstract

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) memecah data serialberkecepatan tinggi menjadi data paralel dengan kecepatan yang lebih rendah, kemudian data-datatersebut dibawa oleh subcarrier yang saling orthogonal. Kelemahan OFDM yaitu tingginyaperbandingan daya puncak terhadap daya rata-rata atau biasa disebut Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mereduksi nilai PAPR yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan padaDFT-OFDM tanpa maupun dengan menggunakan teknik clipping filtering. Clipping yang digunakanadalah classical clipping dan deep clipping. Clipping filtering bekerja dengan memotong keluaran dariIDFT yang dianggap melebihi threshold. Dari simulasi yang dilakukan, nilai PAPR saat CCDF = 10-3adalah 10,6 dB. Saat dilakukan proses classical clipping PAPR bernilai 4,1 dB sedangkan saatmengalami proses deep clipping sebesar 4,7 dB.

Abstract

This research uses randomly generated digital data to detect modulation types. The types of modulation are tested QPSK, 16-QAM, and 64-QAM.In the characteristic extraction process uses a statistical feature set approach with the mean, varian, kurtosis and skewness, while feature selection uses Multi-Class Support Vector Machine(SVM) with 5 classes in the classification including (i)Not a feature, (ii)Mean, (iii)Varian, (iv)Kurtosis and (v)Skewness.In detecting the type of modulation in this study using Backpropagation Artificial Neural Networks by learning process used the Conjugate Gradient Polak Ribiere algorithm. This study, researcher also compared the learning with Conjugate Gradient Polak Ribiere and learning using Gradient Discent. The results of the comparison learning was 401 training data using Conjugate Gradient Polak Ribiere much better with a higher accurancy value of 86,20% and lower error rate of 13,80% in the iteration to 781, while the Gradient Discent in the same iteration the accuracy rate is 67,83% and the error rate is 32,17%. From the test results there are 4 feature groups that was able to recognize the type of modulation including (i) Mean,Variant,Kurtosis, (ii)Mean, Variant, Skewness, (iii)Variant, Kurtosis, Skewness and (iv)Mean, Kurtosis, Skewness.

Abstract

Abstract— an expert system can be used as a second opinion for comparison or supporting diagnosis from experts. Data mining is used to obtain information applied to this system. Whereas in conducting learning using Artificial Neural Networks which apply the Extreme Learning Machine method so that it can accelerate learning up to thousands of times. In this paper, software development is carried out to test the activation functions used in conducting learning and the variables used as input during learning.

Abstract

Abstrak?? Dalam makalah ini, penulis menyajikan sebuah rancangan baru dari sebuah antena Yagi yang bekerja berdasarkan frekuensi LTE 1800MHz. Antena Yagi dipilih karena sifatnya yang directional atau arah pancarannya terfokus pada satu arah. Perancangan antena Yagi ini didasarkan pada kurang meratanya pembangunan infrastruktur 4G LTE XL di Bali sehingga mengharuskan penggunaan antena external untukmeningkatkan kualitas sinyal modem. Pada makalah ini, perancangan antena Yagi meliputi perancangan pada bagian reflektor, driven dan direktor. Penulis memulai perancangan menggunakan Yagi Calculator untuk mendapatkan ukuranukuran dari masing-masing elemen antena Yagi, selanjutnya penulis akan menguji kelayakan antena dengan menyelaraskan parameter hasil simulasi menggunakan software MMANA-GAL dengan perancangan antena sesungguhnya. Penulis menganalisa beberapa parameter performansi modem diantaranya adalah Signal Strength, RSSI, RSRP dan RSRQ yang dilakukan di 3 lokasi dan didapatkan hasil peningkatan performansi dari kondisi medium dan poor area menjadi excellent area. Hasil inimenunjukkan bahwa antena Yagi dapat meningkatkan kualitas sinyal modem.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze Internet-based streaming video service in the communication media with variable bit rates. The proposed scheme on Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) using the internet network that adapts to the protocol Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP). DASH technology allows a video in the video segmentation into several packages that will distreamingkan. DASH initial stage is to compress the video source to lower the bit rate video codec uses H.26. Video compressed further in the segmentation using MP4Box generates streaming packets with the specified duration. These packages are assembled into packets in a streaming media format Presentation Description (MPD) or known as MPEG-DASH. Streaming video format MPEG-DASH run on a platform with the player bitdash teritegrasi bitcoin. With this scheme, the video will have several variants of the bit rates that gave rise to the concept of scalability of streaming video services on the client side. The main target of the mechanism is smooth the MPEG-DASH streaming video display on the client. The simulation results show that the scheme based scalable video streaming MPEG-DASH able to improve the quality of image display on the client side, where the procedure bufering videos can be made constant and fine for the duration of video views

Abstract

Utilization of Information Technology in local Irrigation system in Bali called ‘Subak’ is expected to be able to distribute water evenly to all agricultural needs. Later, there will be no excess or even lack of water, no arable or infertile in the agricultural land due to water and its also expected to be able to produce maximum agricultural production. This study uses sensors of Soil Moisture, Soil Temperature and Soil pH which are expected to control water requirements for agricultural land which are flowed automatically by the system from the reports received by the sensor and the server using the Wireless Sensor Network. Water distribution will be carried out by the system after receiving water demand from sensors embedded in agricultural land using fuzzy logic so that the shared water will be the same as the Subak irrigation system but more controlled, effective and efficient. This may lead to better level of soil fertility required by plants as well as increase the agricultural output . The use of the Internet of Thinks (IoT) in this study will produce information that is fast and can be accessed on the Internet by using SmartPhone media, PCs or other communication devices.

Abstract

Mode baseline encoder video H.263 menerapkan teknik estimasi dan kompensasi gerak dengan satu vector gerak untuk setiap macroblock. Prosedur area pencarian menggunakan pencarian penuh dengan akurasi setengah pixel pada bidang [16,15.5] membuat prediksi di tepian frame tidak dapat diprediksi dengan baik. Peningkatan unjuk kerja pengkodean prediksi interframe encoder video H.263 dengan optimalisasi teknik estimasi dan kompensasi gerak diimplementasikan dengan penambahan area pencarian [31.5,31.5] (unrestricted motion vector, Annex D) dan 4 motion vector (advanced prediction mode, Annex F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa advanced mode mampu meningkatkan nilai SNR sebesar 0.03 dB untuk sequence video claire, 0.2 dB untuk sequence video foreman, 0.041 dB untuk sequence video Glasgow, dan juga mampu menurunkan bit rate pengkodean sebesar 2.3 % untuk video Claire, 15.63 % untuk video Foreman,  dan 9.8% untuk video Glasgow dibandingkan dengan implementasi 1 motion vector pada pengkodean baseline mode.

Abstract

Abstract—Image sharpening is an image optimization technique by combining two satellite images by taking advantage of each images, so that the output image has good spectral and spatial quality. Image sharpening is an alternative to facilitate the recognition of an object, moreover for Landsat satellites has many bands that can be used as samples for the image sharpening process. One method used in image sharpening is Brovey Transformation. This method is widely used because it is very simple and easy in making the algorithm. The Bands which is used in the image sharpening process are composite bands (red, green, and blue) with panchromatic bands from the Landsat 8 satellite. The results of the image sharpening process are high spectral images obtained from composite images and spatial values obtained from panchromatic images. Analysis of the results of image sharpening using the Brovey Transform method is done by comparing the quality of the truecolor image before sharpened and the image that has been sharpened by calculating the maximum and minimum values of the red, green and blue bands, analyzing the mean values and also the standard deviation values of each image. Abstract

The process of describing parts of the human body, to be able to find any disease that exists in the body parts caused by bacteria and viruses is called the Medical Image. CT Scanning, MRI, X-Ray, is a medical image that is commonly found in general in the form of analog data. The amount of important information contained in medical images causes the size of the medical image file to be relatively large. The need for large data storage media and long delivery times is caused by large medical image data. This study aims to realize a fractal-based medical image codec by testing its performance on several coding entropy techniques. The analysis of this study was based on the PSNR, Image Size and Time Taken needed to compress one image. The conclusion obtained from this analysis shows that the Arithmetic method has more advantages in the field of PSNR, Compression Ratio, Size Image produced along with Time Taken in the compression process, where 15 images of 100% images are better results using the Arithmetic method than by using the Adaptive Huffman method.
