Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological well being and work stress on employees of PT work form home during the pandemic. Participants in this study were employees who worked at PT with a total population of 37 participants. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely saturated sampling by taking the entire population of 37 participants. Measurement of psychological well being using the instrument used in this study came from Ryff's character whose research scale has been modified and adapted to the context to be studied. Ryff to measure psychological well being with Cronbach alpha 0.624 while to measure work stress using the work stress scale according to Robbins (2013) and cronbach's alpha of 0.825. The scale is distributed in the form of a questionnaire, with data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 and correlation test using product moment from Karl Pearson. The results of data analysis obtained correlation coefficient r r = 0.235; p>0.05. This means that the results of the study do not have a significant relationship. Thus, the research hypothesis which reads that there is a negative relationship between psychological well being and work stress, psychological well being and work stress of employees working from home during the pandemic at PT is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of company which is engaged in retail. Participants in this study were employees who worked at company with a total population of 32 participants. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely saturated sampling by taking the entire population of 32 participants. Measurement of organizational culture uses a scale from Hartanto (2016) which develops a scale from Robbins (2011) to measure organizational culture with a cronbach alpha of 0.856. Meanwhile, to measure job satisfaction using a job satisfaction scale according to Spector (1997) with a cronbach alpha of 0.791. The scale is distributed in the form of a questionnaire, with data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 and simple linear regression analysis with the equation Y= a + bX. The results of data analysis obtained the equation Y = 30,754 + 0.110 X. This means that the results of the study found that organizational culture had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at company. Thus the research hypothesis which reads that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at company accepted.

Abstract

This review aimed to investigate the suitability of therapy derived from Cognitive-Behavioural perspective to be applied as an intervention to treat depressive symptoms in women with dating violence experiences. As this will become a preliminary study to be conducted in Indonesia, a review literature method was employed to gather relevant and up-to-date materials on the topic. Firstly, the issue of dating violence and its urgency in Indonesia were described in the introduction section. In the discussion section, Cognitive-Behavioural perspective and the therapy derived from it, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) was described and elaborated in detail. In general, CBT approach was effective in reducing depressive symptoms in women with intimate partner violence (IPV) experiences. As dating violence also belonged to IPV cluster, it is expected that CBT would also become an effective treatment to treat depression in women with dating violence experiences.

Abstract

Dating violence (DV) has psychological impacts on the victims such as depression, trauma, anxiety, decreased self-esteem and feeling of resentment. This article aims to rediscuss the process of reconciliation and its relationship to DV victims’ inner peace. The process of psychological reconciliation would help to set the victims free from the shackle of previous abusive dating relationship. Reconciliation is defined as being able to cultivate peace within oneself. Because the victims’ problem lied in the memory of abusive experiences conducted by the violent doer, one of the proposed effective techniques that can be used in psychological reconciliation is counseling for DV victims.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pada karyawan X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang, diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana peneliti mengambil keseluruhan populasi karyawan sebagai sampel. Alat ukur etos kerja menggunakan teori Miller, Woehr dan Hudspeth serta kinerja menggunakan teori Robbins. Prosedur pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa R = 0.623; p< 0.05 yang berarti pengaruh yang diberikan etos kerja sebesar 62,3% terhadap kinerja dan sisanya sebesar 37,7% lainya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak ada di penelitian ini. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah ada pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pada karyawan X.

Abstract

Menikmati masa purna tugas dengan bahagia merupakan harapan semua orang, namun tidak semua orang mampu mencapai kepuasan hidup dan kebahagiaan sebagai bagian dari kesejahteraan psikologis subjektif (subjective well-being) di hari tua. Salah satu penyebab sulitnya seseorang menjalani purna tugas adalah kekhawatiran berlebihan akan hidup dan kesehatan fisiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh perilaku sehat dan dukungan sosial secara simultan terhadap subjective well-being purna tugas PT PLN Persero di kota Ambon berdasarkan status kerja. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan 168 responden yang terdiri dari 90 purna tugas dan 78 karyawan jelang purna tugas menggunakan purposif sampling. Skala Health Behavior Checklist (HBC), Skala Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan skala Satisfaction With Life (SWLS) dan Positive Affect And Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hanya perilaku sehat yang berpengaruh terhadap subjective well-being pada purna tugas maupun juga jelang purna tugas. Pada purna tugas hasil (R=0,632) dengan nilai F=114,020 dan nilai signifikansi= 0,000(p<0,05) dan R2=40,4%, sedangkan jelang purna tugas (R=0,775) dengan nilai F= 205,453 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000(p<0,05) dan R2=60,44%. Uji Beta t-test subjective well-being antara purna tugas dan jelang purna tugas menunjukan nilai t=1,037 dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,301>0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan subjective well-being pada purna tugas maupun jelang purna tugas.Kata Kunci: perilaku sehat; dukungan sosial; subjective well-being

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction (Job Satisfaction). This study used a quantitative approach and used the Quota Sampling technique with 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a 16-item Perceived Organizational Support Survey and a 36-item Job Satisfaction Survey. The data analysis technique uses the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results show that the value of the sig. (1-tailed) = 0.000 (<0.05) and the value of r = 0.819 and the value of R Square (r2) = 0.874 which explains that the contribution of the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable to Job Satisfaction (Job Satisfaction) is 87.4%. The results of this study show a strong and significant positive relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Job Satisfaction (Job Satisfaction). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) Dengan Kepuasan Kerja (Job Satisfaction). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik Quota Sampling dengan 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Survey Perceived Organizational Support 16 item dan Job Satisfaction Survey 36 item. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. (1-tailed) = 0.000 (<0.05) dan nilai r= 0.819 serta nilai R Square (r2) = 0.874 yang menjelaskan bahwa sumbangan variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Job Satisfaction) sebesar 87.4%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) Dengan Kepuasan Kerja (Job Satisfaction).

Abstract

Para karyawan wanita pada saat menjalani karir sebagai seorang karyawan  yang telah menikah dituntut untuk dapat berperan sebagai istri, serta ibu yang mengasuh dan merawat keluarganya. Work family conflict terjadi ketika terjadi konflik peran antara peran di dalam keluarga dan peran di dalam organisasi. Work family conflict yang dialami oleh karyawan wanita akan mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis karyawan dan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung pada kinerja karyawan. Work family conflict akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kinerja dari seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara work family conflict dengan kinerja karyawan wanita swalayan Laris Ambarawa. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita yang telah menikah di  swalayan Laris Ambarawa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan subjek sebanyak 31 karyawan. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel kinerja menggunakan skala yang disusun oleh Koopmans (2013) yang terdiri dari 47 item dan variabel Work Family Conflict  menggunakan alat ukur yang disusun oleh Carlson, Kacmar, dan Williams (2000), yang terdiri dari 18 item. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dari Pearson. hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tersebut adalah r = -0.605 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0.05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara work family conflict dengan kinerja karyawan wanita swalayan Laris Ambarawa. Semakin tinggi work family conflict maka semakin rendah kinerja dan sebaliknya semakin tinggi kinerja maka semakin rendah work family conflict.

Abstract

Papua is the largest island in Indonesia; several animals are included in the endemic group. These animals are only found in certain areas and not in other areas. To study the endemic animals of Papua, children can explore them through books that display pictures of endemic animals in Papua. Children often experience difficulties learning from books taught by teachers and parents caused by children who are less enthusiastic about participating in learning. Another problem is that learning about Papua's endemic animals through books is impractical and inefficient because thick books provide a heavy burden for children to carry. Hence, children are reluctant to study them. With educational games, media is a medium that can be used by children so that it is easy to give lessons about the endemic animals of Papua. This educational game increases efficiency and effectiveness in terms of the learning process at home and school. Learning this educational game can be done anywhere at any time so that children can learn about Papua's endemic animals innovatively and efficiently. The method used in making this educational game introducing Papua's endemic animals uses the Agile Development method. Based on testing the educational game application using the black box method, it was found that this educational game was following what was expected because there were no errors found in the menu on the system, so it worked properly.

Abstract

Kecemasan adalah sebuah kegelisahan atau ketakutan pada sesuatu yang bisa dirasakan oleh semua manusia, termasuk perempuan korban kekerasan dalam berpacaran. Perempuan korban kekerasan dalam berpacaran dapat menyebabkan munculnya beberapa perilaku negatif seperti suka melamun, perasaan cemas yang berlebihan, sulit berkonsentrasi, sulit tidur, rasa takut pada laki-laki, dan selalu berprasangka buruk pada sesuatu yang belum mungkin akan terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan ini dengan memberikan intervensi teknik desensitisasi sistematis kepada perempuan yang mengalami kecemasan akibat kekerasan dalam pacaran di Kota Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research. Jumlah partisipan dua orang perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran, yang di peroleh dari focus group  discussion. Peneliti juga melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah intervensi untuk mengetahui efek teknik desensitisasi sistematis. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran setelah intervensi menunjukan terjadi penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada kedua partisipan. Penurunan tingkat kecemasan bervariasi tergantung masalah dan pemahaman partisipan dalam proses intervensi. Penelitian ini disimpulkan berhasil bahwa intervensi teknik desensitisasi sistematis dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran.
