Service quality can affect customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction is determined by service quality. Dusun Semilir is one of the tourist destinations in Central Java which is visited by many tourists. As a tourism facility that offers the beauty and charm of community resources, it is important to know the level of customer satisfaction that directly perceives the brand image of a tourist destination and tourism service provider. Therefore the purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between service quality and visitor satisfaction in Dusun Semilir. The hypothesis is answered by using Spearman's correlation. The survey method is target sampling (sampling method) based on the criteria requested by the researcher, and sampling is carried out using brochures or pamphlets distributed on various social media.

Coronavirus Disease or Covid-19 has swept the world and taken a lot of casualties and all human life has been paralyzed. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has also had an impact on the community's economy which caused a financial crisis due to the termination of work for employees, and businesses that had to be closed both in the culinary, fashion, and tourism fields. The tourism industry is one of the sources of national income that plays a role in improving the welfare of the local community. Mount Gajah is one of the new tourist attractions in Getasan – Central Java. Tourism development strategies are needed to maximize profits and reduce the problem of efforts to develop tourism destinations post-covid-19. This research was conducted to determine the strategies used in the development of elephant mountain tourism. The results showed that there are several strategies that can be applied to develop tourist areas, namely increasing the promotion of elephant mountain tourism, paying attention to accessibility, and elephant mountain areas as a support for tourism development in Getasan.

Tourism is one of the sectors that play a role in the process of development and development of certain areas in terms of their existence which contributes to the income of the government and people in the tourist attraction area. The tourist attractions in this study focused on the Bukit Cinta Rawa Pening tourist attraction. Rawa Pening has located approximately 10 km from Ambarawa District and from several points along the Magelang-Semarang route, you can see the beauty of Rawa Pening. Rawa pening tourist attraction has the potential for local wisdom, namely the New Klinthing folklore that can attract tourists to visit. The potential of local wisdom can be maximized to make Rawa Pening if it is optimal can affect the attitude of tourists. Knowing and understanding the attitude of tourists can be done with evaluation actions such as the availability of criticism boxes and suggestions through direct interviews with tourists who come to Bukit Cinta Rawa Pening Tourism Object. Thus this research was carried out with the aim of knowing the attitude of tourists in understanding the potential of local wisdom in the Bukit Cinta Rawa Pening tourist attraction, Semarang Regency.The potential for local wisdom in the form of folklore is a special attraction for tourists who come. The research was conducted qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of the study explained that as many as 42.3% of respondents came to the Bukit Cinta Rawa Pening tourist attraction because of their attitude and interest in local wisdom of folklore which is full of values and norms of culture and historical science.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and quality of life among employees in Central Java during the COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents in this study were 349 Central Java employees that were gathered by voluntary sampling. The measuring instrument used in this study was Fisher Work-life Balance Scale adapted by Gunawan, et al. (2019) with Crobach’s alpha coefficient of 0,877 and the Quality of life scale translated into Indonesian by the researcher herself based on the theory Flanagan Quality of Life (1978) with 0,850 of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. From the Spearman Rho data analysis, the result showed (r = 0,281 ; p < 0,05) there is a correlation between work-life balance and the quality of life of Central Java employees during the COVID-19, so the hypothesis in this study is able to be accepted.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement of employees of the Child Development Center (YCI) cluster in Semarang Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a correlation design. The participants in this study were 50 PPA cluster employees in Semarang Regency who felt the impact of working during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research instrument uses 2 (two) measuring instruments, namely General Self Efficacy (GSE) which has been translated into Indonesian and has been modified so that it can be understood by research subjects belonging to Ralf Schwarzer et al. from Freie University, Berlin (2002) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. (UWES) by Bekker and Leiter (2010). The data analysis technique in this study used the Pearson product-moment correlation test; there was a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and work engagement with a correlation coefficient of 0.405 with a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.005). This means that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the higher the work engagement. Conversely, the lower the level of self-efficacy, the lower the level of work engagement that is owned. The results of this study can be used as a basis for activities to increase work engagement to achieve maximum performance for the success of the organization or company.

This study aims to find out how the relationship between organizational culture and employee motivation at CV X in the packing section is related to one another. The author uses a quantitative method in this study, which has a total population and a sample of 60 respondents taken from all employees of the packing section. This study uses the help of SPSS version 2.5 for Windows and uses a saturated sampling technique. The instrument for measuring organizational culture in this study uses Denison (2000) and for measuring work motivation uses the theory of Abraham Maslow (Robbins, 2008). The reliability of the organizational culture scale is known to be 0.843, while the reliability of the work motivation scale is known to be 0.867. It can be concluded from the research findings on organizational culture and work motivation that both variables have a significant positive relationship with results (r = 0.598; p0.5, which indicates that both variables get results with a significant positive correlation between organizational culture and work motivation

This study aims to find out how the organizational culture of CV Bintang Abadi relates to employee performance. This study uses quantitative research techniques. 50 people participated in this study using the saturated sampling method, due to the limited number of samples less than 100 samples. To ensure that this research is a population study, it is best to involve all participants. The concept of organizational culture Koopmans and Beek (2014) to measure employee performance uses the Fey and Denison (2003) approach. To analyze the data used SPSS version 26.0. The research findings show that r = 0.450, p 0.05. The findings of this study indicate a relationship between organizational culture and performance.

Tujuan: Dengan begitu, pegawai mendapatkan tekanan, mulai dari banyaknya jadwal kegiatan online yang seharusnya dilakukan secara onsite, menerima banyak laporan pengaduan, ditambah kewajiban diluar pekerjaan yang semakin menekan waktu istirahat pegawai. Dengan begitu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui kemampuan resiliensi pegawai dalam menghadapi kelelahan kerja/burnout. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 orang pegawai BKPSDM bidang Pengembangan dan DIKLAT ketiga subjek dapat dikatakan memiliki kemampuan tingkatan burnout yang cenderung rendah. Hasil: Hal ini dilihat dari pengambilan skoring skala Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI – 9 serta hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti. Kondisi kerja di kantor BKPSDM yang cenderung padat tidak menunjukkan tingkatan burnout yang tinggi. Kerjasama dan jalinan komunikasi yang baik cenderung membantu pegawai dalam menghadapi tanggung jawab tersebut. Resiliensi yang ditunjukkan oleh ketiga subjek memiliki tingkatan yang cukup stabil dan tidak berbeda signifikan antara 1 subjek dengan yang lainnya. Kesimpulan: Ketiga subjek dapat dikatakan memiliki kemampuan tingkatan burnout yang cenderung rendah. Kondisi kerja di kantor BKPSDM yang cenderung padat tidak menunjukkan tingkatan burnout yang tinggi. Kerjasama dan jalinan komunikasi yang baik cenderung membantu pegawai dalam menghadapi tanggung jawab tersebut

This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience and job insecurity during the pandemic at PT X. Participants in this study were PT X employees with a population of 805 participants. The method used in this study is correlational quantitative research, with simple random sampling techniques and from the slovin formula has been determined by taking a sample of 89 participants. Resilience measurement uses Connor-Davidson – Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) with Cronbach alpha of 0.938, while to measure job insecurity using Job Insecurity-Scale (JI-S) with Cronbach alpha of 0.940. The scale was distributed in the form of questionnaires, with data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 with the Spearman correlation test. The results of data analysis obtained correlation coefficient r = 0.562 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), showed that the results obtained were significantly positive, which means there is a significant positive correlation between resilience and job insecurity. The higher the resilience, the higher the job insecurity, and vice versa.

This research aims to find out organizational culture affects employee performance in the company. This research uses quantitative research conducted by jumping directly into the field. The sample used amounted to 37 people taken with non-probability sampling techniques. The study used scale in data collection. The variable scale of employee performance is taken from the scale of Robert, et al (2006) with statement items totaling 24. Organizational culture scale is taken from scale of Robbins (2002) with statement items totaling 23 items. Data analysis is done with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the value of R = 0.391; p <0.05 which means the influence given by Organizational culture as much as 39.1% on Employee performance and the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study. That way, it can be known that organizational culture has a significant role in determining employee performance in PT. X .
