Abstract

This study aims to identify the direct and indirect effects of public sector expenditure on poverty through the Human Development Index (HDI) in South Sulawesi Province. During the period from 2016 to 2022, despite a decrease in public sector expenditure, there was an increase in HDI and a reduction in poverty rates. This research analyzes secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance of South Sulawesi Province, using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with E-Views 12. The results show that health sector expenditure has a significant positive effect on HDI and a significant negative effect on poverty. Meanwhile, education sector expenditure negatively affects HDI but does not have a significant impact, although it is significant in reducing poverty. Infrastructure sector expenditure positively affects HDI but is not significant, and has a negative but non-significant effect on poverty. These findings provide insights into the role of public sector expenditure in reducing poverty and improving human development quality in South Sulawesi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung pengeluaran sektor publik terhadap kemiskinan melalui Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Selama periode 2016-2022, meskipun pengeluaran sektor publik mengalami penurunan, terdapat peningkatan pada IPM dan penurunan angka kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui aplikasi E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran sektor kesehatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IPM dan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Sementara itu, pengeluaran sektor pendidikan berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap IPM, namun signifikan terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan. Pengeluaran sektor infrastruktur memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap IPM, tetapi tidak signifikan, dan berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mengenai peran pengeluaran sektor publik dalam upaya mengurangi kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan manusia di Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of picture storybook learning media in improving the storytelling skills of MIS Islamiyah GUPPI students. The method used is an experiment with pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects consisted of grade IV students at MIS Islamiyah GUPPI. In the early stages, students are given the habit of visiting the school library every 1 week 2 times and literacy activities every Saturday every two weeks. Students were given a pre-test to measure their storytelling skills before the intervention. During the four meetings, students used picture story books as a learning medium, which included a variety of stories with interesting illustrations and prophetic stories. After the intervention period, students underwent a post-test to measure the improvement of their storytelling skills in telling stories about prophets. The results of the analysis showed a significant improvement in students' storytelling skills, with an average pre-test score of 65 and an average post-test score of 85. These findings indicate that picture storybooks are an effective medium in improving storytelling skills, strengthening students' communication skills and literacy. This study suggests that educators integrate picture story books more often in learning to support the development of students' storytelling skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur intrinsik dalam film Bila Esok Ibu Tiada Karya Nuy Naniga yang mengangkat tema kehilangan dan dinamika keluarga, serta upaya untuk memperbaiki hubungan yang retak. Film ini menggambarkan hubungan seorang ibu dengan empat anaknya dalam sebuah keluarga. Menghadirkan konflik-konflik kehidupan sehari-hari namun sukses menguras air mata penontonnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi tekstual dan transkrip dialog yang dianalisis berdasarkan unsur-unsur intrinsik, yakni tema, tokoh/penokohan, alur, latar, dan gaya bahasa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa film ini menyampaikan pesan yang mendalam tentang pentingnya menghargai hubungan keluarga melalui dialog emosional, simbolisme, dan metafora yang mendalam. Tema utama yang diangkat adalah perjuangan dalam menghadapi kehilangan dan upaya memperbaiki hubungan keluarga dengan filosofi Kintsugi sebagai simbol. Tokoh utama, seperti Ranika yang menjadi pemimpin keluarga, serta Rahmi yang berusaha menjaga kebersamaan keluarganya, mencerminkan karakter yang kompleks dan realistis. Alur campuran yang digunakan memungkinkan penonton memahami latar belakang konflik, sementara latar dan gaya bahasa mendukung penggambaran emosional cerita. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana film Bila Esok Ibu Tiada tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai medium untuk menyampaikan pesan moral tentang pentingnya keluarga, komunikasi, dan saling memahami dalam menghadapi cobaan hidup.AbstractThis research aims to analyze the intrinsic elements in the film Bila Esok Tiada which is Nuy Naniga’s work, which raises the theme of loss and family dynamics, as well as efforts to repair fractured relationships. This film depicts the relationship between a mother and her four children in a family. Presenting daily life conflicts but successfully draining the audience's tears. This study uses a qualitative research method, data is obtained through textual observations and dialogue transcripts which are analyzed based on intrinsic elements, namely themes, characters/characterization, plot, setting, and language style. The results of the analysis show that this film conveys a profound message about the importance of respecting family relationships through emotional dialogue, symbolism, and deep metaphors. The main theme raised was the struggle to face loss and efforts to improve family relationships with the Kintsugi philosophy as a symbol. The main characters, such as Ranika who is the leader of the family, and Rahmi who tries to keep her family together, reflect complex and realistic characters. The mixed plot used allows the audience to understand the background of the conflict, while the setting and language style support the emotional portrayal of the story. This research provides insight into how the film Bila Esok Ibu Ada not only serves as entertainment, but also as a medium to convey moral messages about the importance of family, communication, and mutual understanding in facing life's trials.

Abstract

Indonesian language learning on fantasy story material at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan still uses conventional lecture methods that are less interesting for students. This study aims to test the effect of the team quiz method on students' ability to determine the intrinsic elements of fantasy stories. This study is a quantitative experiment with a nonequivalent control group pretest-post test design. The sample consisted of 60 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data was collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed that after the application of the team quiz method, the average posttest score of the experimental class increased to 81.5 compared to the control class which only reached 75.8. The t-test analysis showed that tcount> ttable (2.660> 1.701), so it can be concluded that the team quiz method has a significant effect on improving students' ability to determine the intrinsic elements of fantasy stories.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Anemia merupakan kondisi klinis akibat kurangnya suplay sel darah merah sehat, volume sel darah merah, dan atau jumlah hemoglobin. penyakit yang sering terjadi pada remaja putri, dimana anemia dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa hal diantaranya perdarahan mentruasi yang terjadi setiap bulannya yang dialami oleh remaja putri. Anemia akan berdampak buruk bagi remaja dikenal dengan sebutan 5L ( Lemah, Letih, Lesu, Lelah, Lalai). Upaya yang dapat dilakukan agar remaja putri tercegah dari anemia salah satunya dengan edukasi gizi isi piringku. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas edukasi isi piringku melalui media leaflet  terhadap Tingkat pengetahuan remaja puteri dalam mencegah anemia di MTs Cicangkang Hilir Tahun 2024 Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian Pra eksperiment pre-test post-test one group design. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang didapatkan dengan Quota sampling dengan jumlah 40 responden. Menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil: hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukan hasil p value  <0,001 Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan remaja putri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi isi piringku melalui media Leaflet

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang berjudul "Peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis TIK” di SMP IT Nurul Ilmi merupakan inisiatif strategis yang dilaksanakan untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era digital. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran, terutama mengingat status sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam terpadu yang berkomitmen pada kualitas pendidikan modern. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan, teridentifikasi beberapa permasalahan utama seperti keterbatasan kemampuan teknis guru dalam mengoperasikan teknologi pembelajaran, kesulitan dalam merancang pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK, dan belum optimalnya sistem pendampingan pengembangan kompetensi digital guru. Dari keseluruhan jumlah guru yang ada di SMP IT Nurul Ilmi, hanya 20% yang termasuk dalam kategori mahir TIK, sementara 50% berada pada level menengah, dan 30% masih pada tahap pemula. Program pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan berbasis pelatihan. Materi pelatihan mencakup penggunaan Learning Management System, pengembangan konten digital interaktif, dan implementasi assessment digital. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek. Kemampuan rata-rata guru dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran meningkat, guru telah mampu mengembangkan konten pembelajaran digital, dan guru berhasil mengelola kelas virtual dengan efektif sehingga menunjukkan dampak positif program terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Program ini telah menunjukkan return yang positif dalam bentuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesional guru. Dengan dukungan berkelanjutan dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan, SMP IT Nurul Ilmi memiliki potensi untuk menjadi model pembelajaran berbasis TIK yang efektif bagi sekolah Islam terpadu lainnya di Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the religious values ​​contained in the novel Kerudung Di Titik Api by Moch Taufik Hidayahtullah. This novel tells the story of a girl named Cassandra who is educated as a pilgrim graduate from a well-known university in this country. Coming from a family background that thinks God is not a game of options to choose which religion is the best in knowing Him. In the span of time Cassandra reached maturity at the age of two heads, subconscious impulses led her attention to the hijab. He considers this a supernatural invitation that cannot be explained logically and rationally, but the veil in the vortex of Cassandra's life becomes a disaster that throws her into a world of urgency and makes her suffocated by various dialectics. This research uses descriptive analysis method. This method is done by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative because the data requires descriptive explanation. As for this study, the researcher analyzes and discusses the religious values ​​contained in the novel Kerudung Di Titik Api by Moch. Taufik Hidayahtullah the values ​​of faith related to one's belief in Allah SWT, morality related to one's behavior or temperament, and worship related to the relationship that exists between a human being and Allah SWT. Data collection is done by reading and note-taking techniques. From the results of this study, it can be determined that religious values ​​are in the form of values ​​of faith, morals and worship. The values ​​contained in the novel Kerudung Di Titik Api by Moch. Taufik Hidayatullah, namely aqidah there are 21 quotes, morality there are 13 quotes, worship there are 16 quotes.

Abstract

Children's moral behavior at this time is very threatened and has been somewhat reduced. It should be that behavior or character is educated early. The role of children's reading in the formation of early childhood moral behavior is very important. Likewise, the role of moral education is needed by the government as the basis for education in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to explore the values of moral education in fabled fairy tales and their role in the personal formation of children of primary school age. Literary works should be introduced to the child from an early age. This aims to develop literacy skills so that the habit of imagining and creating is created. literacy is widely interpreted as language skills that include the ability to listen, speak, read, and write, as well as the ability to think which is an element in it. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with content analysis techniques. Data sources come from media, journals, and books. The value of character education found in the fairy tale "The Deer Steals Cucumbers" is the value of honesty, hard work, and humility.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal menjadi isu penting karena merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari keanekaragaman budaya dan warisan budaya suatu daerah atau negara. Kearifan lokal mencakup berbagai pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai yang telah diwariskan secara turun-temurun dari generasi ke generasi, dan terkait dengan praktik dan tradisi yang unik dari suatu komunitas. Namun, kearifan lokal seringkali terancam oleh berbagai faktor seperti globalisasi, modernisasi, urbanisasi, dan pengaruh budaya asing yang semakin meluas. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kemerosotan bahkan kehilangan nilai-nilai dan praktik kearifan lokal yang telah diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini menggambarkan kearifan lokal masyarakat di Sumatera Utara khususnya di Danau Toba terhadap film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap. Hal ini sangat menarik untuk dikaji karena film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap menyajikan aneka isu yang memiliki sangkut-paut erat dengan budaya Batak. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian antropologi sastra dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dalam melakukan kajian terhadap kearifan lokal di fim Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap. Proses pengumpulan data mencari data dengan cara menyimak dan memahami isi dari film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap, mengkaji lingkungan sosial dalam film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap, mengklasifikasikan data yang terkait dengan unsur struktural dan kearifan lokal yang ada pada film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap. Maka dapat diperoleh hasil kearifam lokal dalam film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap sebanyak 16 data seperti: tradisi dan budaya sebanyak 10 data, kain ulos sebanyak 1 data, rumah adat sebanyak 1 data, makanan khas sebanyak 1 data, sumber daya manusia sebanyak1 data dan sumber daya alam sebanyak 2 data.

Abstract

This study examines the acceptance of grief and changes in family dynamics shown in the film "Bila Esok Ibu Tiada" by Rudy Soedjarwo. The film focuses on the emotional journey of a family facing the loss of a mother, raising a deep theme of how each family member goes through the process of accepting grief. Using a hermeneutic approach, the study explores the different stages of grief identified by Kübler-Ross, including denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance, to show how the characters interact and cope with loss. The results of the analysis show that the film not only depicts the grief of loss, but also the far-reaching impact on relationships between family members, where the experience of grief can create conflict and strengthen bonds. The journal provides insights into the representation of grieving experiences in cultural contexts, and how film can serve as a medium for understanding and reflecting on the complex dynamics in family life after loss.
