Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled "Planning the Recruitment of Education Personnel at Madrasah Aliyah Arussalam Bumi Agung Oki". This study aims to find out how the recruitment of educational staff and the factors that influence the planning of educational staff recruitment at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Bumi Agung Oki. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the research data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that planning for the recruitment of educational staff at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Bumi Agung Oki is starting from setting targets or goals, formulating the current situation, identifying all facilities and obstacles, and developing plans or a series of activities to achieve goals. The factors that influence recruitment activities are facilities, teamwork, economic factors and labor supply.Keywords: Planning, Recruitment, Education Personnel

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the subjects that can help students to solve a problem systematically and think critically. Therefore, it is important for students to master the subject of Mathematics to help solve problems related to Mathematics. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of the ability to count integers of grade 3 elementary school students using the Team Accelerated Instruction learning model. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The subject of this research was grade 3 SD Labschool UNESA 2 which amounted to 24 students. The research was conducted in two cycles in which each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the application of the Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) cooperative learning model in learning mathematics on the material of small numbers at SD Labschool UNESA 2 was effective in improving student learning outcomes. Initially, only 58.34% of students achieved scores above the KKM, but after the application of TAI, there was an increase in classical learning completeness to 66.67% in Cycle I. The results are still not optimal, so it must be improved. These results were still not optimal, so improvements had to be made in cycle II where the results increased significantly to 87.5% and the average class score also increased. This shows that the TAI approach succeeded in creating more effective and quality learning, so as to significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kucing merupakan hewan peliharaan yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Bagi para pecinta kucing, keterbatasan jumlah pakar yaitu dalam hal ini dokter hewan, sering menjadi masalah bagi yang memelihara kucing di rumah dan ingin menjaga kesehatan kucing peliharaannya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini maka dibuatlah sistem pakar untuk diagnosa penyakit kucing menggunakan metode CaseBased untuk menganalisis kasus penyakit ring worm. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit kucing dengan similarity 0,8666 atau persentasi 86,66%, sehingga dapat nilai keyakinan bahwa kasus baru ini terdiagnosa penyakit Ring Worm parah dengan nilai diagnose 86,66%.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ubi jalar ungu (Ipomoea Batatas L. Poir) merupakan salah satu jenis ubi jalar yang memiliki kandungan karbohidrat dan komposisi gizi yang baik bagi tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan formulasi cookies ubi jalar ungu terhadap kandungan gizi dan daya terima cookies sebagai jajanan untuk anak usia sekolah.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental design rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga formulasi dengan perbandingan antara puree ubi jalar ungu dengan tepung terigu yaitu F1 (30:70), F2 (50:50), dan F3 (70:30). Analisis kandungan gizi meliputi kadar air, kadar abu, protein, lemak, serat kasar, karbohidrat, dan energi menggunakan One Way ANOVA. Analisis uji daya terima meliputi warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur yang diukur menggunakan skala hedonik dan dianalisis menggunakan Mann-Whitney.Hasil: Hasil rata-rata kandungan gizi per 100 gram cookies ubi jalar ungu yang tertinggi yaitu F2 yang mengandung kadar air 9,12%, kadar abu 1,744%, protein 10,56 gram, lemak 12,645 gram, serat kasar 2,947%, karbohidrat 60,78 gram, dan energi 463,008 kkal. Hasil uji yang daya terimanya paling baik dari rata-rata parameter warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur yaitu F3.Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan kandungan gizi secara keseluruhan serta pada daya terima pada parameter warna, tekstur, dan rasa pada cookies ubi jalar ungu.

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu gangguan kognitif yang sering dialami oleh lansia.Cemas merupakan kekhawatiran yang dirasakan seseorang disertai dengan perasaan takberdaya yang disebabkan oleh antisipasi terjadinya bahaya. Tujuan dari penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif terhadap tingkat kecemasan padalansia di RT 03 RW 34 Desa Tawangsari Kelurahan Mojosongo Surakarta. Penelitianini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan Metode Quasy Experiment denganpendekatan Pretest-Posttest Design with Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitianini adalah 22 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling sejumlah22 responden menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian pada 11 respondenkelompok perlakuan dan 11 responden kelompok kontrol menunjukkan usia mayoritas 67tahun, mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (81,8%), mayoritas pendidikanresponden tidak sekolah (50%). Hasil uji stastistik menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dengannilai p-value= 0,003 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan pada penelitinini yaitu ada pengaruh terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadap tingkat kecemasan padalansia. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk melakukanintervensi secara mandiri dengan murah dan mudah pada saat mengalami kecemasan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of learning motivation of class VII students at SMP Al - Furqon before and after implementing the problem based learning model. The research method used was pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design and used a quantitative research approach. . The subject of this research was class VII A of Al-Furqon Middle School. The research instruments used were pre-questionnaires and post-questionnaires as well as test results as supporting data. The questionnaire instrument is in the form of statements regarding pre-questionnaire and post-questionnaire learning motivation to measure students' learning motivation before and after implementing the problem based learning model assisted by ethnomathematics learning media which is supported by student test results. The data analysis technique used is hypothesis testing. However, before carrying out a hypothesis test, the data obtained must first be tested for normality. Based on the calculation of the paired sample t test using IBM statistics 29 which shows that the significance value is 0.001. The significance value shows 0.001 < 0.05 error level, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. Acceptance of this Ha means that there is an influence of the problem based learning model assisted by ethnomathematics learning media on social arithmetic material on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Learning cannot be separated from learning media which functions to facilitate students' learning activities. Training on making learning media. Flat buildings become key chains in the context of P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project) Merdeka Belajar is an innovative way to integrate education with ecopreneurship principles. This training aims to enable MI Asy-Syafiiyah students to memorize flat shapes through ecopreneurship-based learning media, and so that MI Asy-Syafiiyah students can have an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes demonstration and workshop (training) methods. For data collection methods, interviews were used with class teachers and school principals. This training was attended by 30 MI Asy-Syafiiyah students. The results of the training socialization which was carried out in 3 stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage, received a good response from the students and teachers of MI Asy-Syafiiyah, marked by an increase in students' understanding of spatial construction and the spirit of ecopreneurship being embedded in the students.
