Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has transformed the way humans interact from a manual era based on physical writing such as letters to a digital era based on instant chat. This transition is very obvious in Generation Z (born around 1997-2012), who grew up with the development of the internet, smartphones, and instant messaging applications. This communication evolution does not only shift the message medium, but also influences language structure, social dynamics, relational patterns, and cultural norms of interaction. This article uses a literature review method to analyze the evolution of human communication from traditional letters to digital chat in the context of Gen Z, by examining the latest academic literature from 2020 to 2025. The results of the study show that the change in medium brings consequences for linguistic changes, communication pragmatics, and psychosocial patterns that are unique to Gen Z. On the other hand, the tendency of digital communication also brings challenges such as social friction due to digital multitasking, the risk of misinformation, and the need for stronger media literacy. These findings indicate that the evolution of communication in Gen Z is a multidimensional phenomenon that requires interdisciplinary understanding to comprehensively explain its implications for society.

Abstract

Chicken slaughterhouses play an essential role in producing halal chicken. In previous study, only nine halal-certified chicken slaughterhouses in Banda Aceh. This study determined the effect of halal-certified slaughterhouses and storage time on broiler chicken meat's microbiology and organoleptic quality. This study uses a factorial randomized block design with two factors (halal-certified slaughterhouses (the slaughterhouse which already has a halal certificate (S1) and the slaughterhouse which has not yet halal certified (S2) and storage time (0 hours (P1), 3 hours (P2), 6 hours (P3), and 9 hours (P4)). Each treatment repeats three times. Data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at a 5% level. Samples were analyzed for total plate counts (TPC), pH, and descriptive organoleptic tests of meat color, aroma, moisture, elasticity, and skin color. The results showed that the quality of meat from chickens slaughtered at halal-certified slaughterhouses was better than that of not halal-certified slaughterhouses in terms of lower microbial number and pH value, as well as the higher value of descriptive organoleptic characteristics (meat color, aroma, elasticity, and skin color). There is no difference found in meat moisture.

Abstract

Advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology have penetrated various aspects of social life, including communication. AI is not only changing the way people interact through the automation of messages and content, but also influencing public, personal, and organizational communication patterns at the local level, such as in Ponorogo. This phenomenon is relevant to the increasingly digitally connected social dynamics of society in the information age. This article examines the role of AI in the world of communication in the context of the Ponorogo community through a literature review of the latest scientific research (2020–2025). Through a systematic literature approach, this article identifies the contribution of AI in facilitating effective communication, information dissemination, and emerging ethical and social challenges, including algorithmic bias, privacy, and the need for digital literacy. The study results indicate that AI has a significant impact on accelerating message delivery, expanding the reach of public communication, and enhancing digital social interaction. However, trade-offs such as the risk of misinformation, loss of depth in interpersonal communication, and ethical challenges also need to be anticipated by local stakeholders. These findings recommend public education efforts, the development of AI ethics policies, and increased access to technology to maximize the contribution of AI in communication in an inclusive manner.

Abstract

Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK) merupakan mekanisme pembayaran kapitasi pada Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) yang disesuaikan dengan capaian indikator kinerja pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan KBK pada FKTP di Kabupaten Konawe Utara berdasarkan capaian Angka Kontak (AK), Rasio Rujukan Non-Spesialistik (RRNS), dan Rasio Peserta Prolanis Terkendali (RPPT). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi sekaligus sampel berupa seluruh FKTP yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data dikumpulkan pada Oktober 2025 menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan KBK BPJS Kesehatan, yang didukung oleh wawancara terbatas dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif melalui perhitungan nilai rata-rata dan persentase capaian indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata capaian AK sebesar 34,79‰, masih jauh di bawah target nasional ≥150‰. RRNS tercatat sebesar 4,08%, melebihi standar ≤2%, sementara RPPT sangat rendah, yaitu 0,12%, dan tidak ada FKTP yang mencapai target ≥5%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan KBK di Kabupaten Konawe Utara belum optimal, sehingga diperlukan penguatan sistem monitoring dan pencatatan layanan, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta optimalisasi program promotif dan preventif di tingkat FKTP.

Abstract

One way to enjoy coffee is to experience it in various ways. One of these is the coffee shop, or what we commonly call a kedai kopi. As interest and the trend of visiting coffee shops have grown, more and more people are not only visiting to consume coffee, but also using coffee shops as venues for gatherings and reunions, meetings, or as places to work on assignments or simply relax after their daily routines. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of coffee shop SMEs. The research was conducted in OKU Regency, using a purposive sampling method with 80 SMEs as respondents. Data analysis employed a Likert scale and SWOT analysis. The results indicate that the strategies of coffee shop SMEs in Baturaja City for business development consist of four strategies: SO, WO, ST, and WT.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of health information systems in community health centers aims to improve the efficiency of healthcare services. however, limited trained human resources, inadequate infrastructure, and suboptimal data management remain major obstacles to implementation. Purpose: To analyze the challenges faced in health information systems implementation in community health centers. Method: This literature review used a systematic approach and narrative synthesis. A literature search was conducted through electronic databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, PubMed, and ScienceDirect, focusing on articles published between 2021 and 2025. Relevant articles were selected based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The literature review indicates that although health information systems implementation can improve healthcare efficiency, many community health centers still face significant obstacles, including a shortage of trained personnel, infrastructure issues, and the system's inability to support comprehensive health management. Limitations in data management, duplicate input, and lack of integration between applications are key challenges in health information systems implementation in community health centers. The implementation of the health information system in community health centers shows significant potential to improve the efficiency of healthcare services, but remains hampered by various issues related to human resources, infrastructure, and systems that are not yet integrated. Conclusion: The implementation of the health information system in various community health centers in Indonesia and other countries shows significant potential to improve the efficiency of healthcare services, although it still faces various challenges. The main obstacles identified include limited trained personnel, lack of adequate training, inadequate infrastructure, and problems with data management and connectivity. Despite various efforts, such as training and system development, these obstacles still hinder the optimal implementation of the information system.   Keywords: Community Health Center; Evaluation; Health Information System.   Pendahuluan: Implementasi Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) di puskesmas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia terlatih, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, serta pengelolaan data yang kurang optimal masih menjadi kendala utama dalam penerapan sistem ini. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi SIK di puskesmas. Metode: Penelitian literatur review dengan pendekatan sistematis dan sintesis naratif. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data elektronik, seperti Google Scholar, Garuda, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect, dengan fokus pada artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2021 hingga 2025. Artikel yang relevan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil: Literatur review menunjukkan bahwa meskipun implementasi SIK dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan, banyak puskesmas yang masih menghadapi kendala signifikan, termasuk kekurangan tenaga kerja terlatih, masalah infrastruktur, serta ketidakmampuan sistem dalam mendukung manajemen kesehatan yang komprehensif. Keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan data, penginputan ganda, serta kurangnya integrasi antar aplikasi menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengoperasian SIK di puskesmas. Penerapan SIK di puskesmas menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan, namun masih terhalang oleh berbagai masalah terkait sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan sistem yang belum terintegrasi. Simpulan: Penerapan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) di berbagai puskesmas di Indonesia dan negara lain menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan, meskipun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan tenaga kerja yang terlatih, kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, serta masalah dalam pengelolaan data dan konektivitas. Meskipun berbagai upaya telah dilakukan, seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan sistem, hambatan-hambatan tersebut masih menghalangi implementasi sistem informasi yang optimal.   Kata Kunci: Evaluasi; Puskesmas; Sistem Informasi Kesehatan.
