Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method in facilitating the development of skills that are very much needed in today's era. The study was conducted quantitatively descriptively by distributing questionnaires to 151 students and alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti who carried out the learning process with the PBL method. The data collected were processed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that PBL is an active learning method that is able to facilitate the development of student skills that are very much needed to achieve success in the 21st century. The results of the ranking of skills developed through PBL show the top 10 skills, namely cooperation skills, communication skills, negotiation and conflict management skills, analytical skills, results-oriented skills, leadership skills, decision-making skills, innovation/creativity skills, critical thinking skills, and maturity skills. With these results, it can be recommended to expand the implementation of PBL in other study programs and to provide adequate training for lecturers.

Abstract

Isu perubahan iklim dan kerusakan lingkungan menuntut perusahaan untuk mengadopsi inovasi hijau melalui pengelolaan rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan digital terhadap kinerja inovasi hijau dengan mediasi kolaborasi rantai pasok hijau dan moderasi kesadaran lingkungan manajemen puncak. Data dikumpulkan dari 228 responden di perusahaan manufaktur di sektor industri pengolahan makanan di Kabupaten Bogor, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi hijau dan kolaborasi rantai pasok hijau. Kolaborasi rantai pasok hijau juga memediasi positif hubungan tersebut. Kesadaran lingkungan manajemen puncak memoderasi pengaruh kemampuan digital terhadap inovasi hijau dengan efek pelemahan namun tetap signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam mendorong inovasi hijau perusahaan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan manufaktur dalam merancang strategi berkelanjutan di era digital.

Abstract

Humanitarian organization currently facing the challenges to ensure the indicator of sustainability outcomes (SO) are achieved during the their first phase response in calamity. Humanitarian supply chain management in its perfomance (HSCM) reflected their efficiency and effectiveness of the operations. In the strategic view lean practice (LP), agility practice (AP), and collaboration (CO) are highly contributed to ensure the HSCM perfomance and SO are achievable. This study aims to investiges the influence of LP, AP and CO mediates by HSCM performance to achieve the SO’s indicators in the disaster emergency response phase. Research methodoloy used is quantitative and descriptive analysis with purposive sampling to the government institution, humanitarian organizations, national red cross organization and other civil society organizations work in the disaster and humanitarian response. Various respondent’s positions in supply chain, technical in program and other support functions. Data collected via online questionnaire and were distributed to 209 respondents. The findings of this research show that the CO mark strong positive effect to HSCP and SO, LP made positive effect to HSCP but negative effect to SO, AP mark negative effect to HSCP and last HSCM-P to SO moderate positive effect. This research marked a LP is significantly improved HSCM-P contributed to the achievement of sustainable indicators. It is the evidence that collaboration (CO) can be the main focus of humanitarian organization to achieve the sustainability outcome (SO) indicators. Future studies study suggest to expand the dimension in Lean Practice to contribute to Sustainability outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Supply Chain Management on Financial Performance, with Supply Chain Agility and Resilience as the moderation variables. This study uses a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, and involves 200 respondents from cement manufacturing companies in the Bogor area. The analysis showed that only one of the three hypotheses proved significant, namely the direct influence of Supply Chain Management on Financial Performance (significance value p = 0.024). Meanwhile, the Supply Chain Agility variable did not significantly moderate the relationship between Supply Chain Management and Financial Performance (p = 0.482), nor did the combination of Supply Chain Agility and Resilience (p = 0.345). These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing supply chain management practices to improve a company's financial performance. On the other hand, the effectiveness of the moderation of agility and resilience requires stronger support through technology integration, adaptive information systems, and the development of human resources that are responsive to change, especially in the context of the relatively stable cement industry.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan antara Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan dan Kinerja Rantai Pasokan yang di mediasi oleh Kolaborasi Rantai Pasok pada perusahan Logistik di Jakarta Barat. Data dikumpulkan dari seratus dua puluh satu karyawan di perusahaan Logistik di Jakarta Barat dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan terhadap Kolaborasi Rantai Pasok, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, Kolaborasi Rantai Pasok terhadap Kinerja Rantai Pasok. Impikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini bagaimana kolaborasi sangat penting dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan pada rantai pasokan. Perusahaan yang menerapkan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan disarankan untuk melakukan Kolaborasi rantai pasokannya ini saling berbagi pengetahuan dan sumber daya, serta implementasi praktik CSR yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of total quality management (TQM), supply chain management (SCM) on Operational performance mediated by competitive advantage. This approach uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were workers and partners in the oil and gas sector. The data analysis technique used was non- probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are Total Quality Management(TQM) has a positive effect on Operational Performance (OP), Supply Chain Management (SCM) has a positive effect on Operational Performance (OP), TQM has a positive effect on Competitive Advantage (CA), SCM has a positive effect on CA, Competitive Advantage (CA) on Operational Performance (OP) has a significant positive relationship, is statistically significant, there is a significant positive effect of Supply Chain Management (SCM) on Operational Performance through Competitive Advantage mediation. Theoretically, this research enriches the scientific references on the relationship between the implementation of TQM, SCM, and operational performance, especially in the context of the oil and gas industry and adds a new perspective on how competitive advantage acts as a mediator in the relationship. And practically, it identifies the most relevant and effective TQM and SCM practices for oil and gas companies in achieving sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap ketahanan dan kinerja rantai pasokan dalam konteks industri pakaian jadi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis teori kapabilitas dinamis, studi ini mengembangkan model teoritis yang menghubungkan digitalisasi rantai pasokan (Supply Chain Digitalization/SCD), ketahanan rantai pasokan (Supply Chain Resilience/SCR), dan kinerja rantai pasokan (Supply Chain Performance/SCP). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 160 karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur pakaian jadi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memiliki dampak positif terhadap tiga dimensi utama ketahanan: kemampuan penyerapan, kemampuan respons, dan kemampuan pemulihan. Ketiga dimensi tersebut terbukti menjadi mediator penting dalam hubungan antara digitalisasi dan peningkatan kinerja rantai pasokan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi digitalisasi yang terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, fleksibilitas, dan stabilitas operasional, terutama dalam menghadapi kondisi pasar yang tidak pasti. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan tekstil dan garmen untuk mengembangkan strategi ketahanan berbasis teknologi guna memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar yang dinamis pasca pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Delivery Time, Service Quality, Product Quality and Condition terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty dalam konteks pelanggan gen z ecommerce di Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi peran dalam mediasi Customer Satisfaction dalam hubungan antara Delivery Time, Service Quality, Product Quality and Condition, dan Customer Loyalty. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei online dengan 210 responden di wilayah Jakarta menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Delivery Time, Service Quality, Product Quality and Condition berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction memediasi hubungan Delivery Time, Service Quality, Product Quality and Condition dengan Customer Loyalty. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan ketepatan waktu pengiriman, peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan peningkatan perhatian atas kualitas dan kondisi produk agar mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh nilai logistik, kualitas layanan logistik, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan serta retensi pelanggan Generasi Z dalam konteks logistik e-commerce di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan berdasarkan data dari 450 responden Generasi Z pengguna aktif layanan logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan, nilai logistik, dan kondisi pemesanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan akurasi pemesanan, penanganan ketidaksesuaian pesanan, kualitas kontak personal, kualitas informasi, harga, dan ketepatan waktu tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kepuasan pelanggan terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan retensi pelanggan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan merupakan faktor utama dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap literatur perilaku konsumen dan manajemen logistik serta implikasi praktis bagi penyedia layanan logistik untuk meningkatkan kualitas operasional, membangun kepercayaan, dan mendorong loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of various factors on supply chain performance in coffee shops located in Jakarta. Based on primary data collected from 281 respondents and hypothesis testing results, it was found that E-Procurement, Information Sharing, Stakeholder Collaboration Fluency, Innovation, and E-Payment have a significant effect on supply chain performance. On the other hand, Managerial Competence, Information Quality, Trust, and Organizational Culture showed no significant effect. These findings offer strategic insights for coffee shop businesses to enhance their supply chain efficiency and effectiveness through better use of technology and improved collaboration.
