Abstract

Sektor kesehatan, khususnya di wilayah padat penduduk seperti DKI Jakarta dan Tangerang Raya, menghadapi tantangan stabilitas rantai pasok, terutama selama pandemi COVID-19 yang mengungkap kelemahan mendasar dalam distribusi alat medis dan obat-obatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh ketahanan rantai pasok terhadap kemampuan, kinerja rantai pasok dan kinerja organisasi, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 253 responden dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan rantai pasok berpengaruh pada kemampuan dan kinerja rantai pasok, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kinerja rantai pasok berpengaruh sebagai mediasi ketahanan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja organisasi, sementara kemampuan rantai pasok tidak memiliki pengaruh mediasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan ketahanan, digitalisasi, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk membangun sistem rantai pasok yang tangguh dan adaptif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Logistics Operation Service Quality (LOSQ) dan Logistics After Sales Service Quality (LASQ) terhadap Customer Satisfaction (CS) dan Customer Trust (CT) pada pengguna platform e-commerce Sayur Box di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menguji peran kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara kualitas layanan logistik dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional. Sebanyak 200 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring dengan skala Likert 1–5. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Logistics Operation Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan, sedangkan Logistics After Sales Service Quality hanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan namun tidak terhadap kepercayaan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan berperan penting sebagai mediator dalam membangun kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap platform Sayur Box. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan logistik operasional merupakan strategi kunci dalam memperkuat kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan di sektor e-commerce berbasis produk segar. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi konseptual dengan memperluas penerapan Commitment-Trust Theory dan Expectation-Confirmation Theory pada konteks manajemen rantai pasok digital melalui pengujian empiris peran kepuasan pelanggan sebagai mekanisme mediasi antara kualitas layanan logistik dan pembentukan kepercayaan pelanggan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel seperti brand image, perceived risk, dan adopsi teknologi guna memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap perilaku pelanggan.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of structural and relational social capital on Green Supply Chain Management Practices (GSCMP) and their impact on Supply Chain Performance (SCP) in Indonesia’s shipyard industry. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, data were collected from shipyard employees in Samarinda and Surabaya through a 140-item questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that both forms of social capital significantly and positively influence GSCMP and supply chain performance. GSCMP improves operational efficiency and supports organizational sustainability; however, further improvements are needed in Total Quality Environmental Management (TQEM) and scrap material management to better meet customer requirements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green supply chain management practices on consumers' willingness to pay more by considering the mediating role of consumer-perceived product performance and the moderating role of consumers' moral orientation towards the environment. The background of this study is based on increasing public concern about sustainability issues and high consumer demand for more environmentally friendly business practices, particularly in the coffee shop industry in Jakarta. The research method used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving 289 respondents from Generation Z and Millennials who had purchased products from coffee shops implementing green supply chain management practices. The results showed that green supply chain management practices positively influenced consumers' willingness to pay more and perceived product performance. Product performance was also shown to increase willingness to pay more and mediate the relationship between green supply chain practices and willingness to pay more. However, consumers' moral orientation towards the environment did not moderate either relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing green supply chain practices to increase product value while encouraging consumers' willingness to pay more.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap ketahanan dan kinerja rantai pasokan dalam konteks industri pakaian jadi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis teori kapabilitas dinamis, studi ini mengembangkan model teoritis yang menghubungkan digitalisasi rantai pasokan (Supply Chain Digitalization/SCD), ketahanan rantai pasokan (Supply Chain Resilience/SCR), dan kinerja rantai pasokan (Supply Chain Performance/SCP). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 160 karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur pakaian jadi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memiliki dampak positif terhadap tiga dimensi utama ketahanan: kemampuan penyerapan, kemampuan respons, dan kemampuan pemulihan. Ketiga dimensi tersebut terbukti menjadi mediator penting dalam hubungan antara digitalisasi dan peningkatan kinerja rantai pasokan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi digitalisasi yang terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, fleksibilitas, dan stabilitas operasional, terutama dalam menghadapi kondisi pasar yang tidak pasti. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan tekstil dan garmen untuk mengembangkan strategi ketahanan berbasis teknologi guna memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar yang dinamis pasca pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Intense business competition and dynamic environments challenge construction firms to sustain financial performance through effective operational management. This study examines the influence of supplier performance, innovation and learning, and operational performance on financial performance mediated by customer satisfaction in West Jakarta construction companies. Quantitative research with causal design was conducted using purposive sampling of 175 employees and managers, surveyed via a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis employed SPSS for descriptives and AMOS for Structural Equation Modeling to test direct and mediation effects. Results reveal supplier performance significantly affects innovation-learning, operational performance, and customer satisfaction but not directly financial performance. Innovation-learning positively influences all variables including financial performance, while operational performance impacts only customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between all three operational factors and financial performance, with all variables showing positive perceptions (means >3.79). In conclusion, customer satisfaction serves as the critical mechanism linking operational excellence to financial success, emphasizing customer-centric strategies over internal efficiency alone.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Innovation Strategy on Supply Chain Resilience by considering the mediating role of Green Logistics Management Practices and the moderating role of Structural and Dynamic Supply Chain Complexity in manufacturing firms. The research was conducted in a tire yarn manufacturing company located in Citeureup, Bogor Regency, Indonesia, involving 203 employees across various operational levels. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed through purposive sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that: (1) Green Innovation Strategy positively influence Green Logistics Management Practices, (2) Green Innovation Strategy positively influence Supply Chain Resilience, (3) Green Logistics Management Practices positively influence Supply Chain Resilience, (4) Green Logistics Management Practices mediate the relationship between Green Innovation Strategy and Supply Chain Resilience, (5) Structural Supply Chain Complexity moderates the relationship between Green Innovation Strategy and Green Logistics Management Practices, and (6) Dynamic Supply Chain Complexity moderates the relationship between Green Logistics Management Practices and Supply Chain Resilience. This study contributes to the green supply chain management literature by providing an integrated framework that links green innovation, logistics practices, and supply chain complexity in explaining supply chain resilience. Practically, the findings offer insights for manufacturing managers in designing integrated green strategies to enhance supply chain resilience in complex and dynamic environments.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman (F&B) di Bali mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, namun dihadapkan pada kompleksitas distribusi dan dinamika permintaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Supply Chain Integration (SCI) terhadap Operational Performance (OP) dengan peran mediasi Supply Chain Agility (SCA) dan Supply Chain Capability (SCC). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 120 responden dari restoran jaringan nasional yang beroperasi di Bali. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SCI tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap OP, namun berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung melalui SCA dan SCC. SCA terbukti berperan sebagai mediator penuh, sedangkan SCC sebagai mediator parsial. Temuan ini mendukung Dynamic Capabilities Theory yang menekankan bahwa integrasi rantai pasok hanya akan meningkatkan kinerja operasional apabila didukung oleh kelincahan dan kapabilitas organisasi. Secara praktis, perusahaan F&B perlu memperkuat integrasi lintas fungsi, meningkatkan responsivitas, serta mengembangkan kapabilitas internal untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian pasar dan tantangan logistik.     The food and beverage (F&B) industry in Bali has experienced rapid growth; however, it faces increasingly complex distribution challenges and market dynamics. This study aims to examine the effect of Supply Chain Integration (SCI) on Operational Performance (OP), with Supply Chain Agility (SCA) and Supply Chain Capability (SCC) acting as mediating variables. A quantitative research approach was employed using purposive sampling, involving 120 respondents from national chain restaurants operating in Bali. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that SCI does not have a significant direct effect on OP but exerts a significant indirect effect through SCA and SCC. SCA functions as a full mediator, while SCC serves as a partial mediator. These results support Dynamic Capabilities Theory, which posits that supply chain integration enhances operational performance only when accompanied by organizational agility and capability. Practically, F&B companies should strengthen cross-functional integration, improve responsiveness, and develop internal capabilities to effectively address market uncertainty and logistical challenges.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of strategic supplier partnerships and customer relationships on supply chain responsiveness and their subsequent impact on operational performance within Indonesia’s petrochemical and plastic sectors. A quantitative approach using structural equation modeling was applied to data collected from 170 supply chain professionals. The results indicate that both strategic supplier partnerships and customer relationships significantly improve supply chain responsiveness, which positively drives operational performance. However, demand uncertainty weakens these relationships, reducing the effectiveness of collaborative practices under volatile market conditions. The findings extend the literature by demonstrating how demand uncertainty shapes the effectiveness of relational strategies in volatile emerging markets. The unique contribution of this study lies in empirically validating a moderated mediation model that integrates relational, capability based, and environmental perspectives, offering practical insights for enhancing supply chain resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Supply Chain Management on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, mediated by Waste Management and Green Innovation in cement manufacturing companies. A total of 205 respondents participated in this study, consisting of managers, supervisors, and operational staff operating in the Citeureup area, Bogor Regency. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that: (1) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Waste Management, (2) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Green Innovation, (3) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (4) Waste Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (5) Green Innovation has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (6) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance through the mediation of Waste Management, and (7) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance through the mediation of Green Innovation.
