Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan terhadap tingkat produktivitas karyawan pada Departemen Front Office di Hotel SOFT. Periode penelitian berlangsung dari November 2024 hingga Juni 2025, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan pada Mei hingga Juni 2025. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipergunakan pada studi ini, dengan data primer didapat langsung dari 30 responden melalui kuesioner, sementara data sekunder didapatkan dari studi pustaka dan dokumentasi internal. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh urgensi implementasi motivasi dan pelatihan dalam industri perhotelan untuk memaksimalkan produktivitas karyawan front office. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan, motivasi dan pelatihan secara simultan memengaruhi signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Temuan ini didukung oleh uji F, di mana nilai Fhitung (40,799) melebihi Ftabel (3,90), dan signifikansinya senilai 0,000, yang kurang dari α (0,05). Secara parsial, Motivasi berkontribusi senilai 24,18% terhadap Produktivitas, sedangkan Pelatihan berkontribusi lebih besar, yaitu 50,91%. Total pengaruh simultan kedua variabel bebas terhadap produktivitas mencapai 75,1%, sementara 24,9% sisa lainnya mendapat pengaruh dari variabel lainnya yang tak diamati. Secara menyeluruh, hipotesis yang diajukan pada studi terbukti dan terjawab sebagaimana temuan yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini harapannya bisa berkontribusi signifikan bagi manajemen Hotel SOFT, terutama dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang menekankan pentingnya motivasi dan program pelatihan yang efektif guna membangun sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan bersaing di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi preferensi Generasi Z dalam memilih akomodasi vila di wilayah Desa Kubu, Karangasem. Generasi Z dikenal karena kedekatannya dengan teknologi serta keinginan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman yang autentik dalam setiap perjalanan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang melibatkan 72 responden dari kalangan Generasi Z yang telah mengunjungi daerah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti fasilitas vila, harga, lokasi, serta keunikan dan pengalaman yang ditawarkan menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam pemilihan akomodasi. Selain itu, aspek keberlanjutan dan kesesuaian dengan nilai-nilai pribadi juga memainkan peran penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan mereka. Generasi Z cenderung memilih akomodasi yang tidak hanya nyaman dan menarik secara visual, tetapi juga memiliki nilai tambah secara sosial dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemilik vila dan pengelola pariwisata dalam merancang produk yang sesuai dengan preferensi dan karakteristik Generasi Z di wilayah Desa Kubu, Karangasem.

Abstract

Qualified human resources are the main asset in achieving organizational goals, especially in the highly competitive hospitality industry. Employee performance is a key indicator of organizational success and is influenced by various factors, including work environment and organizational commitment. A supportive work environment can enhance comfort and productivity, while strong organizational commitment encourages employee loyalty and dedication to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance at Alila Villas Uluwatu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 234 employees and a sample of 70 selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that work environment and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 67%. This study concludes that improving the quality of the work environment and strengthening organizational commitment are effective strategies to encourage employee performance at Alila Villas Uluwatu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and job training on employee performance at HR Bali Hotel. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The research design employed is a quantitative design with a survey approach. The population used in this study involves all employees working at HR Bali Hotel, totaling 313 individuals. The sample used in this study is employees working at HR Bali Hotel, totaling 100 individuals. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that motivation and job training, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at HR Bali Hotel.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships between healthy lifestyle practices, the accessibility of health facilities, and their impact on the quality of life and life expectancy in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with a sample of 300 participants, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. The measurement model confirms the reliability and validity of latent constructs, while the structural model reveals significant positive associations. Improved accessibility of health facilities is strongly linked to higher life expectancy and better quality of life. Additionally, healthier lifestyle practices positively influence both life expectancy and quality of life. The statistical tests further support these relationships, emphasizing the critical role of healthcare infrastructure and individual choices in shaping public health outcomes. The findings provide actionable insights for public health interventions and policy development to enhance the overall well-being of Jakarta's residents.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of marketing strategy, accessibility, and tourism support infrastructure on foreign tourist satisfaction in Bali, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 200 foreign tourists through structured questionnaires, employing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data was analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The findings reveal that all hypotheses are positive and significant, indicating that effective marketing strategies, improved accessibility, and robust tourism support infrastructure substantially enhance foreign tourist satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of strategic marketing, accessible facilities, and comprehensive infrastructure in promoting tourist satisfaction and sustaining Bali's tourism industry. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to boost Bali's attractiveness as a global tourist destination.

Abstract

This study explores the complex dynamics of sustainable marketing within Bali's tourism sector, emphasizing the influence of consumer awareness, product innovation, and environmental policy. The study uses Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to quantitatively analyze data from 245 varied participants in order to investigate the links between the major constructs. Psychometric qualities, demographic information, and descriptive statistics all support the measuring model's validity and dependability. The structural model coefficients show statistically significant positive correlations between Consumer Awareness, Environmental Policy, Product Innovation, and Sustainable Marketing. Discriminant validity analysis validates the distinctiveness of the components. The model has a significant explanatory power, as indicated by the R-Square values. In order to promote sustainability in Bali's tourism sector, firms, politicians, and researchers can benefit from the results' strategic insights.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay between digitalization, technology skills, social inclusion, and their collective impact on social and economic change in Indonesia. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) on a diverse sample of 150 participants, spanning various demographics and geographic locations. The results reveal significant positive relationships between digitalization, technology skills, social inclusion, and social and economic change. Digitalization emerges as a driving force for economic transformation, while technology skills and social inclusion play pivotal roles in shaping employment opportunities and contributing to societal advancement. The findings hold critical implications for policymakers, educators, and businesses aiming to foster a digitally inclusive and economically progressive landscape in Indonesia.

This research investigates the influence of demographic factors on consumer preferences within the tourism industry in Bali. 250 tourists examined their accommodation choices, activity preferences, and overall satisfaction. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. Results reveal nuanced patterns: younger tourists favor budget accommodations, older tourists opt for luxury, and higher-income individuals prefer upscale options. Gender and education impact preferences, emphasizing the need for tailored strategies. The measurement model assessment confirms the reliability and validity of the constructs. Findings contribute to understanding Bali's tourism dynamics, guiding businesses and policymakers in optimizing offerings for diverse demographic segments.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of sustainable tourism management, tourist education, and environmental awareness on the visiting intentions of tourists in Ubud, Bali. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed for data analysis to explore the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that effective sustainable tourism management and heightened environmental awareness significantly enhance tourists' intentions to visit. Additionally, tourist education plays a crucial role in fostering environmental consciousness, further influencing visiting intentions. The results underscore the importance of integrated tourism strategies that prioritize sustainability and education to promote environmentally responsible travel behavior. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and tourism operators in developing sustainable tourism practices that align with visitors' environmental values.
