Abstract

Social media, particularly Instagram, has become an essential platform for local brands to build interaction and strengthen brand awareness. However, a period of digital inactivity presents significant challenges in maintaining audience relationships. This study aims to describe the persuasive communication strategies implemented by Rumah Masker in restoring brand awareness after being inactive on Instagram. The research employed a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, content observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that Rumah Masker’s persuasive communication strategies were carried out through consistent visual content and storytelling, active interaction with audiences, collaborations with influencers, and structured content planning. These strategies proved effective in increasing engagement, enhancing message credibility, and rebuilding consumer trust. The study concludes that persuasive communication serves not only as a promotional tool but also as a recovery strategy to maintain brand existence in the competitive local beauty market.

Abstract

Fathers have a big influence on rational decision making for early adult women. There is a positive relationship between the influence of father involvement on early adult women's decision making. Women who are close to their fathers tend to have the same preferences as their fathers in choosing a life partner. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between self-esteem and father involvement with life partner selection preferences in early adult women. Purposive sampling technique was used for sampling in this study and 201 subjects were involved. Data collection was carried out using the Partner Selection Scale, Self-Esteem Scale, and Father's Involvement Scale with reliability of 0.705, 0.940, and 0.942 respectively. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using JASP for Windows software. The results of the research show the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.788, F count of 366.978, and a significance level of 0.001 (P > 0.001) so it can be concluded that self-esteem and father involvement have an influence on the preference for choosing a life partner by 78.8%.Ayah mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap pengambilan keputusan rasional bagi wanita dewasa awal. Terdapat hubungan positif antara pengaruh keterlibatan ayah dengan pengambilan keputusan pada wanita dewasa awal. Wanita yang dekat dengan ayahnya cenderung memiliki preferensi yang sama dengan ayahnya dalam memilih pasangan hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara harga diri dan keterlibatan ayah dengan preferensi pemilihan pasangan hidup pada wanita dewasa awal. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dan 201 subjek dilibatkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Skala Pemilihan Pasangan, Skala Harga Diri, dan Skala Keterlibatan Ayah dengan reliabilitas masing-masing sebesar 0,705, 0,940, dan 0,942. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software JASP for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0,788, F hitung sebesar 366,978, dan taraf signifikansi 0,001 (P > 0.001) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga diri dan keterlibatan ayah memiliki pengaruh terhadap preferensi pemilihan pasangan hidup sebesar 78.8%.

Abstract

Students' low initial reading ability often hinders their learning. Therefore, it is important to know the extent of students' early reading abilities so that any problems that arise can be addressed early on. This study aims to describe the initial reading abilities of first-grade students. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study involved 60 students from two schools, as well as two first-grade teachers, to gain insight into the factors that hinder students' initial reading abilities in first grade. The initial reading test used the Early Grade Reading Skill Assessment (EGRA) instrument. The results showed that 80% of students still needed guidance, 12% of students were in the good category, and 8% were in the sufficient category. Based on the EGRA assessment indicators, the highest percentage was in letter recognition ability at 43%, while reading comprehension was the lowest at 8%. Other indicators included reading syllables at 34%, reading words at 28%, listening at 29%, and fluency at 19%. The factors causing low reading skills included students' low interest and motivation to read, insufficiently varied teaching strategies and media, a lack of facilities and infrastructure for reading instruction, and the role and support of parents at home. The implication of this research is to determine students' initial reading abilities and their contributing factors, so that strategic steps can be taken to address the low initial reading skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam konteks pendidikan inklusif melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan layanan bimbingan dan konseling serta pendidikan inklusif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu aksesibilitas layanan, kompetensi konselor, serta dukungan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang mudah diakses, responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa, serta didukung oleh konselor yang memiliki kompetensi profesional dan empati yang baik cenderung membentuk persepsi positif di kalangan siswa. Selain itu, lingkungan sekolah yang menghargai keberagaman serta mendorong kolaborasi antara konselor, guru, dan orang tua turut memperkuat efektivitas layanan tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif dengan membantu perkembangan akademik, sosial, dan emosional siswa. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah inklusif perlu dilakukan secara komprehensif melalui peningkatan kompetensi konselor, penyediaan layanan yang mudah diakses, serta penguatan kerja sama antar pihak di lingkungan pendidikan.
