Abstract

This research explores the influence of demographic factors, specifically age and income, on consumer preferences and behavior regarding online and offline shopping. Using a sample of 114 respondents from Ahmedabad, the study assesses the satisfaction, convenience, and trust associated with both shopping modes. ANOVA analysis reveals that while age and income significantly affect online enhancements and offline convenience, other factors like trust and barriers remain relatively consistent across demographics. The results emphasize the importance of omnichannel strategies, blending the convenience of online shopping with the tactile and trust-based advantages of physical stores. Future research should explore additional demographic and psychological variables, as well as the adoption of advanced technologies like augmented reality (AR) in shopping, to better understand the evolving consumer landscape. The findings offer global insights relevant to both emerging and developed markets.

Abstract

This study examines the watch ownership patterns, preferences, and usage habits among individuals in Ahmedabad, with a focus on demographic factors such as age and gender. Using a sample of 106 respondents, data were analyzed to explore correlations between demographic characteristics and preferences for various watch types, including traditional, digital, and smartwatches. Results indicate that younger respondents, particularly those aged 18-25, show a strong preference for digital and smartwatches due to their multifunctional capabilities. Gender did not significantly impact watch ownership or type preference, suggesting a broadly inclusive appeal across demographics. This research highlights the shift toward multifunctional wearable technology and offers insights into the future scope of the wearables market, which is poised for further growth and adaptation. The findings contribute to a better understanding of consumer trends in wearable devices, particularly in the context of changing technological and lifestyle demands.

Abstract

This research paper investigates the impact of designer clothing on youngsters, focusing on their perceptions, motivations, and the associated social dynamics. Through an analysis of variance (ANOVA), the study explores key questions surrounding the appeal of designer brands, common criticisms, and potential negative consequences of such consumption. The results indicate that while many youths are attracted to designer apparel for its status and quality, they also express concerns regarding its exclusivity and the pressure to conform to social expectations. Notably, the analysis reveals significant differences in perceptions about the negative consequences of wearing designer clothes, highlighting a recognition among youngsters of the potential for social isolation or financial strain associated with high-fashion choices. Additionally, the study examines how designer brands market their products to appeal to a younger audience, identifying strategies that leverage social media and influencer marketing. Overall, the findings illustrate a complex interplay between fashion choices, identity formation, and peer relationships in the lives of young consumers. This paper contributes to a broader understanding of how designer clothing influences youth culture and consumer behavior in contemporary society, providing valuable insights for marketers, educators, and parents.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on user experience and engagement with Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms, focusing on Ahmedabad, India. The research examines how AI-driven content personalization and predictive analytics influence user satisfaction and retention. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 101 respondents via a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. Key findings reveal that AI-based content recommendations significantly enhance user satisfaction, with noticeable differences in engagement across age groups. Gender-based analysis shows a variance in time spent on platforms, though content preferences and response to recommendations remain consistent across genders. The study highlights the growing importance of AI in optimizing user experiences and driving engagement on OTT platforms. Future research can explore regional variations, ethical challenges, and evolving AI technologies in streaming services to further refine personalization strategies.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan perkembangan zaman menuntut para praktisi dakwah untuk menyesuaikan metode yang digunakan dalam berdakwah. Penelitian ini mengkaji ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an tentang dakwah Nabi Ibrahim dengan menganalisis metode dakwahnya berdasarkan tafsir Ibnu Katsir dan As-Sa’di. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi relevansi metode tersebut dalam konteks dakwah kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis isi. Penulis membandingkan penafsiran kedua mufasir terhadap ayat-ayat terkait, mengidentifikasi metode dakwah Nabi Ibrahim, serta menganalisis penerapan nya di era modern. Data utama berasal dari tafsir Ibnu Katsir dan As-Sa’di, didukung oleh literatur dakwah klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menemukan 15 metode dakwah Nabi Ibrahim dalam 10 surah Al-Qur’an, yang sebagian besar masih relevan untuk dakwah masa kini. Penerapan nya dapat dilakukan secara langsung melalui media dakwah modern atau secara tidak langsung melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Hukum hak cipta memainkan peran penting dalam melindungi hak kekayaan intelektual dan memengaruhi strategi bisnis di seluruh dunia. Makalah ini menganalisis berbagai hukum hak cipta dan dampaknya terhadap strategi bisnis. Kami meneliti hukum hak cipta di Amerika Serikat, Uni Eropa, dan Tiongkok, dengan menyoroti persamaan dan perbedaannya. Analisis kami mengungkapkan bahwa hukum hak cipta dapat memengaruhi strategi bisnis secara signifikan, khususnya dalam industri yang sangat bergantung pada kekayaan intelektual. Kami membahas implikasi hukum ini bagi bisnis dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan yang beroperasi di pasar global. Hak cipta atas karya apa pun seperti film, lagu, buku, situs web, film, dll., memberi pemiliknya hak istimewa untuk mengatakan bagaimana orang lain dapat memanfaatkan karya mereka. Dengan menggunakan hukum hak cipta, pemilik dapat memperoleh uang dengan menjual karya tersebut. Hukum hak cipta adalah salah satu bagian dari kelompok hukum kekayaan intelektual. Hukum hak cipta membantu penulis atau pencipta untuk menyelamatkan karya mereka dari replikasi tanpa mendapatkan izin dan juga melindungi replikasi karya mereka untuk alasan bisnis. Hak hukum yang membatasi inilah yang mengamankan karya inisiasi, struktur, atau karya seni. Hak cipta atas suatu karya, kecuali distribusi, kreasi, atau izin hak atas pendidikan, melodi, karya imajinatif, sensasional, program komputer, atau atas penggunaan merek atau cetakan bisnis.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan sosial telah muncul sebagai kekuatan penting dalam mengatasi tantangan sosial dan lingkungan sambil mempromosikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan, mendanai, dan mengembangkan solusi masalah lingkungan, sosial, dan budaya dengan memulai wirausahawan dan perusahaan dikenal sebagai kewirausahaan sosial. Organisasi yang bervariasi dalam keyakinan, tujuan, dan ukuran konsep kewirausahaan sosial dapat digunakan secara luas. Dengan menggunakan metrik seperti pendapatan, peningkatan harga saham, dan laba, ia mengukur kinerja wirausahawan yang menguntungkan. Kadang-kadang kewirausahaan sosial tidak menguntungkan, ia memberikan hasil positif bagi masyarakat sebagai keberhasilan perusahaan. Jadi perusahaan nirlaba menggunakan metrik yang berbeda. Sering dikaitkan dengan sektor sukarela di bidang-bidang seperti pengembangan masyarakat, pengentasan kemiskinan, dan perawatan kesehatan, kewirausahaan sosial pada dasarnya digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan lingkungan, sosial, dan budaya.

Abstract

Sebagian orang memahami Islam hanya sebatas ibadah, sebagai contoh saat dihadapkan dengan problem politik, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya tidak sedikit dari kalangan umat Islam bahkan dari kaum ulamanya mengatakan bahwa mereka ingin fokus dengan urusan akhirat. Dengan pemahaman yang parsial, terkesan ada pemisahan dalam urusan dunia dan akhirat. Sedangkan, Islam sebagaimana diajarkan oleh Rasulullah SAW adalah agama yang Syamil Mutakamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan konsep Islam yang komprehensif, menjelaskan sumber hukum Islam yang komprehensif dan menjelaskan the role model pembawa Islam yang komprehensif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam research paper ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dangan cara mengumpulkan karya tulis ilmiah. Kemudian, data-data yang sudah didapatkan tadi dikaji dengan lebih dalam sehingga mendapatkan data-data yang relevan dengan pembahasan yang diusungkan dalam tulisan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islam memang agama yang mencakup semua aspek kehidupa (tidak hanya urusan ibadah tapi duniawi juga); rujukan sumber hukumnya dari al-Quran, hadits dan ijma’; dan Rasulullah SAW adalah sebagai role model pembawa Islam secara komprehensif.

Recent research indicates that poor dietary choices are linked to various health issues, including obesity, anxiety, and depression. The analysis reveals a lack of significant differences in health metrics among participants, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions and educational programs. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and the role of technology in promoting healthy eating. The findings underscore the global importance of improving dietary habits among youth to combat rising rates of non-communicable diseases and enhance overall well-being.
