Abstract

Sweet potato varieties (Ipomoea batatas) Pucuk Hitam Panyalaian and Madu Pucuk Hitam Panyalaian have the potential to be a superior commodity in West Sumatra, but the information of genetic diversity is very limited. Data on the diversity of sweet potato germplasm is beneficial in the selection of plants to obtain superior cultivars in plant breeding. Aim: The aim of the study was to find specific primers for the study of sweet potato genetic markers using Ipomoea batatas chloroplast genes matK. Methods: DNA extraction from sweet potato young leaves; designing forward and reverse primers Ipomoea batatas chloroplast genes matK; PCR; sequencing; bioinformatics analysis and species identification by comparing the NCBI database. Results: Plant DNA barcoding PCR using designed primers matK were successfully resulting single DNA band in different amplicon size in some samples. This indicating that the designed primers used were able to distinguish variation in one species.

Abstract

Materi genetika merupakan salah satu materi yang sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik SMAN 9 Padang karena dianggap abstrak dan tidak dapat disaksikan secara langsung sehingga memerlukan penggunaan media yang dapat memperjelas materi genetik. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memberikan produk yang valid dan praktis berupa multimedia interaktif yang didukung dengan games edukasi berupa aplikasi Android mengenai materi genetik untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 9 Padang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (Research and Development) dengan 3 tahapan dari model pengembangan 4D (Four-D models). Uji hasil analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan praktikalitas .Uji validitas menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 86,4%. multimedia interaktif dari segi validitas telah memenuhi syarat untuk dijadikan sebagai alat bantu dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi. Lalu ujian praktikalitas, guru menerima skor rata-rata 90,9%, dan peserta didik menerima skor rata-rata 87,5%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa game edukasi berbasis aplikasi Android yang merupakan media pembelajaran interaktif bagi peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 9 Padang memiliki kebutuhan yang sangat nyata dan penting.

Abstract

Startups in Indonesia are growing rapidly due to the increasing number of internet users and people's increasing purchasing power, atransaction activity carried out through startup businesses also contributes to Indonesia's economic growth, , therefore PT Betukang Sejahtera Indonesia is required to be ready to compete both in terms of services and information systems provided through applications, betukang.id is an application that provides various types of carpentry services, this study aims to redesign the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), Design thinking methodUsed to produce an application display that makes it easier for users to order services, starting from the stage (empathize) to define the problem, the stage (define) formulating the problem, (ideate) collecting ideas, the stage (prototype) making application design, tested at the stage (test) using usability tools maze.co, then evaluating the results of usability testing using the method System Usability Scale (SUS) to 40 user respondents betukang.id obtained an average score of 83, thus it can be concluded that the UI / UX design of the ordering information system in betukang.id application using the Design thinking method can be used easily based on the results of SUS.

Abstract

Fisheries are public resources (open access), or public resources, which can lead to overfishing or underfishing if not managed properly. This research aims to analyze fishing management at the Kaswa Mamuju Fish Landing Site (PPI) and focuses on aspects of sustainability, efficiency and safety of fishermen. This research involves collecting primary data through interviews and field observations as well as secondary data from related organizations. Based on the Kasiwa Mamuju Fish Landing Base survey, small pelagic fish are among the types of fish landed by PPI compared to other types of fish, the pelagic fish is tuna. The length of the fish taken varies depending on the species, and varies between 17 and 110 centimeters. In general, the fish landed at the Kasiwa Mamuju fish landing site are large and immature fish are not caught. The number of fishing boats is mostly motorboats and the number continues to increase every year until it reached 2,352 in 2017, 2,412 in 2018, and 2,575 in 2019. Therefore, the types of motorboats are increasing every year. The number of motorized vessels also increases every year, reaching 647 vessels in 2017, 650 vessels in 2018, and 897 vessels in 2019. There was a decrease in the number of non-motorized vessels in 2019, from 611 vessels in 2018 to 574 vessels.

Abstract

The Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal is a phenomenal work as a book of hadith that compiles many traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. Scholars have pointed out that the Musnad contains many dhaif and maudhu' traditions. The purpose of this research is to reveal the sanad of traditions contained in the Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal specializing in the sanad line of the tradition of Ali ibn Abi Talib as a sample. This research utilizes a qualitative method using library research with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. The findings of this research can be concluded that there are 16 hadith transmission lines of 'Ali b. Abi Talib. As a sample, this research took only 3 sanad lines, namely the 11th, 13th and 14th sanad lines. Based on this, there is a narrator who is majhul. From the 3 sanad lines studied, it contains 13 narrators, there are 7 narrators who are considered tsiqah and maqbul, and 6 narrators who are considered majhul. Therefore, it can be stated that the sanad of the hadith contained in the Musnad of Ahmad Ibn Hanbal is proven to have a dhaif sanad line.

Abstract

This research shows that most students have not shown positive personal character, where them at school who do not maximize their time, they tend use it to play with friends. Character building in education aims to overcome moral crisis that currently rife. Crises such as promiscuity, juvenile delinquency, cheating, wild racing, bullying, theft, and fighting. Character building can be done based on the willingness of the heart to change in a more positive direction. Character building that includes ethics, morals, Islamic values and educational issues with indications of growing concerns in the community and school environment. So purpose of this study is provide information about the formation of student character on Islamic values with this character education can develop all the abilities of school residents in order make good and bad decisions, exemplify, maintain wholeheartedly. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. So that the counseling teachers is important in helping them improve good learning abilities and realize student goals, and participate in educating the nation's life with various counseling services to students for the formation of student character based on Islamic values. Abstract

This study examines the pivotal role of transformational leadership in fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations. The research offers a comprehensive understanding of how transformational leadership can enhance organizational outcomes by investigating the interrelationships between inclusive leadership, synergy diversity climate, relational coordination, organizational identification, task performance, and leader-directed helping behavior. This study collected and analyzed relevant academic articles, case studies, and theoretical papers published in reputable journals using a systematic literature review approach. This methodology allowed for a comprehensive examination of existing research and knowledge gaps. By synthesizing these findings, the study provides a deeper understanding of how transformational leadership can empower diverse teams and contribute to inclusive excellence. Findings reveal that transformational leadership positively influences relational coordination and organizational identification, and improved task performance. Inclusive leadership practices and supportive leader behaviors create a more cohesive and engaged workforce, ultimately contributing to organizational success. This study underscores the importance of transformational leadership in leveraging diversity to achieve inclusive excellence and provides practical guidance for leaders seeking to cultivate inclusive cultures.

Abstract

The low level of student learning activity negatively impacts learning outcomes, often falling below the KKTP standard. To enhance both learning activities and results, the discovery learning model supported by CWP was implemented. This study employed Classroom Action Research, utilizing observation sheets, learning outcome assessments, field notes, and documentation as research instruments. Data on learning activities were gathered through observation and analyzed by calculating the percentage of each activity. Learning outcomes were assessed descriptively to determine students' average performance and the percentage of students achieving classical learning completeness. Research findings indicate that student learning activity percentages improved across cycles: cycle I recorded 28.48%, while cycle II increased to 51.36%. Similarly, average learning outcomes progressed, with pre-cycle scores at 70.53, cycle I at 71.56, and cycle II at 82.18. These results demonstrate that implementing the discovery learning model with CWP support can effectively enhance learning activities and positively influence student performance.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' learning activities and outcomes through the implementation of the Wordwall assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in the Ecosystem topic for Phase E at SMA N 1 Nan Sabaris. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris in class X.E.5 during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with 36 students as subjects. This study is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each comprising two sessions. Each cycle follows four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, using the Wordwall-assisted Problem-Based Learning model. Data on students' learning activities and outcomes were collected based on observation sheets of learning activities and student learning outcome tests. The application of the Wordwall-assisted Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model proved effective in improving students' learning activities and outcomes in the Ecosystem topic. This success was demonstrated by increased participation and enthusiasm among students during the learning process. Learning outcomes improved by 45%. This increase indicates that the corrective measures taken, such as adding instructional videos and modifying Wordwall games, successfully enhanced students' understanding and mastery of the material.
