Abstract

Onion skin is often a problem of waste in households because of the low level of public understanding of how to utilize onion skin waste. Onion skin waste can be used as a mixed fertilizer that can accelerate plant growth because it contains compounds and substances that provide fertility. In addition to liquid fertilizer, there is manure that can be used in the process of plant growth to replace inorganic fertilizers. This study aims to determine the comparison of the effectiveness between shallot skin fertilizer and manure on leek plants. Onion (Allium fistulosum L.) is a vegetable commodity that has high economic value. The research method used is experimentation which is a method in quantitative research by examining cause and effect and comparing the results of each component. The parameters observed were plant height and the number of leaves that grew on the leek plants. The results of this study indicate that the difference in effectiveness between liquid onion skin fertilizer and manure has a significant effect on leek plants.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and interpret the meaning of "Determining Boarding House Rates from the owner's perspective during the COVID-19 pandemic among boarding house entrepreneurs in Central Sulawesi. This research uses the Interpretive Paradigm of the Transcendental Phenomenological Approach. Interviews, Observations, and Documentation were used to collect research data. This is important to reveal the shift in the meaning of determining tariffs in situations that make it difficult for owners to adopt boarding house income tariff policies. The results of this research indicate that for boarding house owners, the costs incurred in owning a boarding house are routine costs at all times. Therefore, for them, the meaning of determining the boarding fee is a manifestation of gratitude for the excellent fortune given by God Almighty. The determination of these rates manifests the boarding house owner's struggle in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Apart from that, determining the tariff is also interpreted as a form of brotherly feeling of helping each other. This then forms a rationality of thought for boarding house entrepreneurs who use this feeling of joy and happiness as a trigger for determining boarding house rates and providing reductions in tariff determination.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kebutuhan gizi ibu menyusui relatif lebih besar dibandingkan saat hamil, sehingga ibu menyusui membutuhkan sumber pangan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizinya, inovasi PMT berupa cookies berbasis tepung daun katuk. Tujuan: Penelitian dilakukan untuk menghitung kadar air, total cemaran mikroba (ALT) dan umur simpan cookies tepung daun katuk sebagai Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) ibu menyusui. Bahan dan Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan mengggunakan analisis laboratorium. Sampel penelitian ini adalah produk cookies berbasis tepung daun katuk dengan unit observasi yaitu produk cookies tepung daun katuk dengan formula terpilih. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan ASLT (Acelerated Shelf Life Test) dengan persamaan Labuza 1992 menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil: Kadar air cookies tepung daun katuk yaitu 8,16% dan jumlah cemaran mikroba (ALT) cookies tepung daun katuk yaitu 2,9 x 102 dan 3,1 x 102. Hasil perhitungan pendugaan umur simpan menunjukkan pada RH 32.9% lama penyimpanan yaitu 397 hari, RH 44,7% penyimpanan yaitu 290 hari, RH 64,9% penyimpanan yaitu 199 hari, RH 76.9% penyimpanan yaitu 167 hari dan RH 85% penyimpanan yaitu 151 hari. Kesimpulan: Jumlah kadar air dan cemaran mikroba dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, semakin tinggi RH maka umur simpan produk semakin cepat. Perhitungan umur simpan produk cookies tepung daun katuk menunjukkan dimana penyimpanan paling lama pada RH 32.9 % yaitu 397 hari sedangkan waktu penyimpanan yang cepat pada RH 85% yaitu 151 hari. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan proses pembuatan produk terutama pada saat pengeringan kacang kedelai agar dapat meminimalisir nilai kadar air produk. Kata kunci : Ibu Menyusui, PMT, Cookies Tepung Daun Katuk, Kadar Air, Cemaran Mikroba, Umur Simpan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Status gizi memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan manusia, terutama bagi mahasiswa untuk perkembangan intelektualnya. Salah satu faktor yang dapat secara tidak langsung memengaruhi status gizi yaitu faktor psikologis dan mekanisme penanganan stres, seperti gangguan mental umum dan perilaku makan emosional. Ketika kondisi-kondisi ini berlangsung dalam jangka panjang, mereka dapat berdampak negatif pada status gizi seseorang. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara common mental disorders dan emotional eating dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa di Asrama Mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 245 Mahasiswa di Asrama Mahasiswa Universitas Hasanuddin yang dipilih menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Status gizi dikur menggunakan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dengan melakukan pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan. Common mental disorders diukur menggunakan Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS). Emotional eating diukur menggunakan Adult Eating Behavior Questionnaire (AEBQ). Analisis menggunakan program SPSS menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Rata-rata usia responden (20 tahun ± 1,6), mayoritas perempuan, tertinggi pada rumpun fakultas sosial-humaniora (46,5%), mayoritas angkatan 2021 (29%), sebanyak 57,6% bukan penerima beasiswa, tertinggi pada lama tinggal 1-12 bulan (51%), dan mayoritas UKT golongan 0-2 (52,7%). Sebanyak 33,9% mengalami status gizi kurang (kurus dan sangat kurus), dan sebanyak 13,4% mengalami status gizi lebih (gemuk dan obesitas). Sebanyak 37,1% mengalami common mental disorders, termasuk depresi ringan (6,9%), sedang (6,5%), berat (1,6%), kecemasan ringan (15,1%), sedang (12,2%), berat (2,9%), sangat berat (2,0%). Sebanyak 78,8% mengalami emotional eating, dengan 60,8% mengalami emotional under eating dan 28,6% mengalami emotional over eating. Tidak ada hubungan common mental disorders dengan status gizi dengan p-value = 0,300 dan ada hubungan emotional eating dengan status gizi dengan p-value = 0,017. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara emotional eating dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa di asrama mahasiswa sehingga perlu adanya upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengganti tindakan mengalihkan stres selain makanan seperti olahraga dan seni. One of the factors that can indirectly influence nutritional status is psychological factors and stress management mechanisms, such as general mental disorders and emotional eating behavior. When these conditions persist long term, they can negatively impact a person's nutritional status. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between common mental disorders and emotional eating and the nutritional status of students at Hasanuddin University Student Dormitory. Methods: This research was conducted on 245 students at Hasanuddin University Student Dormitory who were selected using the proportional random sampling method. Nutritional status is measured using body mass index (BMI) by measuring body weight and height. Common mental disorders are measured using Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS). Emotional eating was measured using the Adult Eating Behavior Questionnaire (AEBQ). Analysis using the SPSS program using the Chi-Square test. Results: Average age of respondents (20 years ± 1.6), majority female, highest in social-humanities faculties (46.5%), majority of class of 2021 (29%), 57.6% not recipients of scholarships, highest the length of stay is 1-12 months (51%), and the majority are in the UKT group 0-2 (52.7%). As many as 33.9% experienced undernutrition status (thin and very thin), and 13.4% experienced overnutrition status (overweight and obese). As many as 37.1% experienced common mental disorders, including mild depression (6.9%), moderate (6.5%), severe (1.6%), mild anxiety (15.1%), moderate (12.2%) %), severe (2.9%), very severe (2.0%). As many as 78.8% experienced emotional eating, with 60.8% experiencing emotional under eating and 28.6% experiencing emotional over eating. There is no relationship between common mental disorders and nutritional status with p-value = 0.300 and there is a relationship between emotional eating and nutritional status with p-value = 0.017. Conclusion: There is a relationship between emotional eating and the nutritional status of students in student dormitories so that further efforts are needed to replace stress diverting actions other than food, such as sport and art. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan  pendampingan pada perajin kapukdi Desa Dalaka, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala tentang pengelolaan manajemen usaha untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya (going concern). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam tiga tahap dengan kurun waktu delapan bulan.Tahap pertama adalah persiapan melalui observasi dan wawancara pendahuluan.Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan memaparkan materi tentang pengelolaan manajemen usaha.Tahap ketiga adalah monitoring dan evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk menampung permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perajin kapuk dalam manajemen usahanya dan mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan program pengabdian.Target yang telah dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan manajemen usaha.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial melalui persepsi inovasi. Survei dilakukan terhadap 41 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di kantor Pemerintahan Daerah (Pemda) kota Palu, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang kemudian dianalisis sebanyak 112 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi inovasi pada para pejabat struktural di OPD Pemda Kota Palu. Persepsi inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada para pejabat struktural di OPD Pemda Kota Palu. Partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada para pejabat struktural di OPD Pemda Kota Palu. Persepsi inovasi berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh antara variabel partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial pada para pejabat struktural di OPD Pemda Kota Palu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengertian piutang dalam budaya Mewalo suku Pamona di Kabupaten Poso Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Masyarakat Pamona memiliki kebiasaan membawa atau memperdagangkan barang-barang (posintuwu) yang dapat berupa uang tunai, beras, atau ternak, pada setiap pertemuan. Kegiatan yang disebut Mewalo ini menimbulkan piutang dari pihak yang membawa materi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan etnografi. Hasil penelitian menemukan tiga makna piutang dalam budaya Mewalo suku Pamona, yaitu pondika (aset), pompatoka (persiapan kumpul), dan Sintuwu ri Pokasangkompo (satuan). Makna-makna tersebut menjadi dasar masyarakat untuk melestarikan budaya gotong royong dalam kegiatan Mewalo sebagai bentuk persatuan dalam ikatan kekeluargaan di antara masyarakat Pamona.

Abstract

This study aims to find the concept of quality cost in calculating the cost of goods of typical Palolo brown sugar products in Palolo District, Sigi Biromaru Regency. This research is a qualitative study using an ethnomethodological approach. The research found four groupings in determining the COGS of brown sugar, namely Raw Material Costs, Support Costs, Factory Overhead Costs, and Quality Costs-Prevention Costs. In the brown sugar production process, from four categories of quality costs, the new brown sugar artisans carry out preventive cost activities, which include brown sugar quality planning activities, controlling the production process, and evaluating the quality of brown sugar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh e-wallet dan gaya hidup hedonis terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Tadulako. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 mahasiswa Prodi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Tadulako dengan total populasi 853 mahasiswa dari Angkatan 2021, 2022, dan 2023. Metode analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan e-wallet dan gaya hidup hedonis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Secara parsial e-wallet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Sedangkan gaya hidup hedonis tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in the Pamona Puselemba sub-district, Poso. The partners for this activity are the heads and secretaries of villages in the Pamona Puselemba Poso sub-district. The aim of this service is to increase the capacity of village officials regarding the internal control function in financial management of Pamona Puselemba Poso District. Community service activities are carried out using the counseling method. The activity was attended by approximately 15 people consisting of village heads and secretaries in the Pamona Puselemba sub-district, Poso Regency. In the service program carried out in connection with counseling regarding the function of internal control in managing village finances in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, it turned out that it was able to improve the ability of village officials and officials in managing, using and being accountable for village funds in the villages of Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. The results of this service activity are: first, increasing the ability of the community in the villages of Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency to play an active role and also be fully involved in the use of village funds in the form of village activities financed by the village fund budget; Second, increased accountability of village managers in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency in being accountable for the use of village funds; Third, increasing communication and availability of information between the community and village officials in the management and use of village funds
