Abstract

The assessment of patient satisfaction is a critical aspect of healthcare services, providing valuable insights into the quality of care and service delivery. In Padang's Class "B" hospital, traditional satisfaction assessment methods are inefficient and time-consuming. This research explores the implementation of the Scrum methodology in the development of a mobile application for real-time patient satisfaction assessment. The objective is to enhance feedback collection, improve service quality, and provide hospital management with actionable insights. The mobile application allows patients to rate services on various parameters instantly, enabling quicker responses and continuous improvement of hospital operations. This study discusses the technical implementation, the advantages of using Scrum in the development process, and the potential impact on service quality in the hospital

Abstract

Advertising is a way to promote a product, brand or service to an audience to drive interest, engagement and sales. Social media can be utilized as a medium for spreading motion graphic content more widely and efficiently. This animation research aims to provide information on the effect of designing animation videos as a means of promotional advertising on Ucok Sticker and produce product advertising videos that can increase consumer appeal. From the research conducted obtained the results in the form of a 2D video animation product advertisements used as a promotional medium to attract consumer interest in Ucok Sticker products. This video is made using several software such as coreldraw, photohop and wondershare filmora x. It can be concluded that this research aims as a promotional advertisement and information to increase consumer attractiveness and sales. Researchers hope that this advertising video has better expectations for the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengumpulkan data dan informasi, mengolah menganalisis data dan informasi tentang pelaksanaan biaya pemasaranĀ  pada UD. Ateng Jaya Binjai. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif yaitu data-data yang dikumpulkan diolah kemudian di analisa dan dijabarka secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa UD.Ateng Jaya Binjai telah mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan dapat dilihat dari data penjualan yang penulis teliti.Dari data analisis biaya pemasaran tersebut besarnya sumbangan laba yang telah dicapai oleh UD. Ateng Jaya Binjai dan tentunya telah mempengaruhi kemajuan perusahaan tersebut, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem penjualan sudah berjalan dengan baik dilihat dariĀ  penjualan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya dan biaya pemasaran juga mengalami kenaikkan yang juga mempengaruhi penjualan.

Abstract

Maternal safety and childbirth experience are critical aspects of prenatal care, impacting both mother and infant health. This study investigates the effectiveness of stress management techniques on enhancing maternal safety and promoting positive childbirth experiences in a rural Indonesian healthcare setting. Conducted in collaboration with Puskesmas Pangkalan Brandan, Kabupaten Langkat, the study evaluates the use of structured stress management programs aimed at reducing labor-related anxiety, enhancing mental and physical readiness, and ultimately fostering safer childbirth outcomes. Data analysis techniques used in this study include several statistical methods and qualitative analysis. The study was conducted at the Pangkalan Brandan Health Center, Langkat Regency. The sample used in this study were mothers giving birth at the Pangkalan Brandan Health Center, Langkat Regency, totaling 51 respondents. The sample in this study was drawn using a non-probability sampling technique - Accidental sampling. The results indicate a positive correlation between stress management interventions and improved maternal health metrics, highlighting implications for broader maternal healthcare practices. Overall, the results of this study indicate that stress management therapy methods, coupled with adequate social support, can contribute significantly to better childbirth experiences and higher safety for pregnant women at Pangkalan Brandan Health Center.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (a) to identify learning using the team-based project method implemented in practical courses using product-oriented modules in vocational education. (b) to know the level of effectiveness of learning with the team-based project method implemented in practical courses using a product-oriented module in Vocational Education. This study used research related to this study, which were all students who were taking the Decision-Making Technique course. The number of research samples was 60 people (2 classes) of the 2018 Business Administration study program as a field test, 9 people as a small group test and 3 people for an individual test. The results showed that from the material expert, 4 aspects were assessed in the material expert test, namely the material aspect, the quiz question aspect, the linguistic aspect and the implementation aspect. The material aspect has a higher percentage value than the other three aspects, namely 85.45%, then the questions and quiz aspects and the implementation aspect have 80%, while the linguistic aspect has 60%. With this percentage value, the overall assessment of the material experts assesses that this learning media was considered "Eligible" to be developed. Based on the results of the t-test calculations, data obtained that tcount> ttable or 5,868> 2,0172 or in other words H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes using Learning Methods of Team Based Learning on practice course with Product-Oriented Module was higher than students who were taught without using Learning Method of Team Based Learning In practical courses with Product-Oriented Modules with the effectiveness of using Learning Methods of Team Based Learning In practical courses with Product-Oriented Modules of 88,5667% .
