Abstract

This research aims to: 1). Describe how students' mathematical reflective thinking abilities with high learning independence on SPLDV material. 2) Describe how students think reflectively mathematically with moderate learning independence on SPLDV material. 3) Describe how students with low learning independence use reflective mathematical thinking in SPLDV material. This research method is descriptive research (Description Research) and the approach used is a qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were students in class VIII C at SMPN 17 Singkawang. The instruments used in this research were a learning independence questionnaire and a mathematical reflective thinking ability test. From the research results it can be seen that; (1) with high learning independence, students are able to work on indicator questions for the Reacting, Elaborating and Contemplating phases; (2) in moderate learning independence, students are able to work on questions in the Reacting and Elaborating phases, but students are not yet able to work on indicator questions in the Contemplating phase with correct results; (3) with low learning independence, students are unable to work on questions on the Elaborating and Contemplating phase indicators with correct solutions and results, but students are able to work on questions on the Reacting phase indicators correctly. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that; (a) Mathematical reflective thinking ability with high learning independence is in the high category; (b) Mathematical reflective thinking ability with moderate learning independence is in the low category, and; (c) Mathematical reflective thinking ability with low learning independence is in the low category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui apakah penggunaan Media Batang Napier berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep Matematika siswa materi perkalian siswa kelas III. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental, desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas III B yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik tes soal essay dengan memuat indikator pemahaman konsep Matematika. Teknik analisis data menggunakan N-Gain dan Presentase angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Terdapat peningkatan pemamaham konsep Matematika siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media Batang Napier pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah dengan hasil N-Gain dengan rata-rata 0,49 dengan presentase 49% dengan kriteria sedang, 2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan pemahaman konsep Matematika materi perkalian antara kelas eskperimen dan kelas kontrol yang dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dengan hasil yaitu thitung ttabel atau 2,3336 2,0141,maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak,3) respon siswa terhadap media Batang Napier memiliki kategori baik dengan hasil presentasenya 71%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa positif terhadap media Batang Napier yang diterapkan pada materi perkalian. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian dengan menerapkan media Batang Napier dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep Matematika siswa pada kelas III di SD Negeri 84 Singkawang.

Abstract

The aim of this research aims to describe the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve creative thinking and learning achievement. The research design used action research and continued with quasi experiments. The action cycle is carried out in 3 cycles. Quasi experiments use one experimental class and one control class. The subjects of this research were 27 class A students in the even semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling, then class C was selected, totaling 28 people as the experimental class, while class B was 27 people as the control class. Data collection uses observation sheets and tests. Data analysis uses observational analysis of the application of learning models, analysis of creative thinking and learning achievement using the t test. The results of this research show that the application of the project based learning (PjBL) model can improve creative thinking, increase achievement and effectively improve learning achievement in media and learning resource development courses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Brand Image of Toyota Agya Car Purchasing Decision Making at PT. HADJI KALLA GOWA Branch GOWA Regency. The method used in this study is a simple regression method to see the effect of brand image on decision making of Toyota Agya Car Purchases and use the correlation coefficient to see how much influence the brand image of Toyota Agya Car Purchase Decision Making at PT. HADJI KALLA GOWA Branch in Gowa Regency. Based on the results of the analysis note that the influence of the Brand Image of Toyota Agya Car Purchasing Decision Making is relatively strong, seen from the value of r = 0.991. In addition, based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient shows the value of r square = 0.982 shows that as much as 98% of Toyota Agya's car purchase decision-making is influenced by Brand Image. While the remaining 2% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa kelas V SDS Torsina II Singkawang, (2) mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan emosional siswa, serta (3) menganalisis hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 orang, yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel dengan teknik total sampling agar hasil mencerminkan kondisi faktual populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dua instrumen, yaitu soal uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis dan kuesioner untuk menilai kecerdasan emosional siswa. Sebelum digunakan, kedua instrumen diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya guna memastikan akurasi serta konsistensi data. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,388, yang lebih tinggi dari nilai r tabel sebesar 0,361. Dengan demikian, hipotesis alternatif diterima, yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional siswa, semakin besar pula kemampuan mereka dalam berpikir kreatif dan menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika secara inovatif.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, berpikir kreatif matematis.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are an important skill that must be owned by students, but most students still have low creative thinking skills. This research aims to describe students' mathematical creative thinking skills through open ended problems. The data collection technique used in this study is to provide mathematical creative thinking skills using open ended questions in students of 8th grade torsina 3 Singkawang as many as 2 problems. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The result of this study is the mathematical creative thinking ability of some students who work on open ended problems have fulfilled the components of profitability and flexibility for problem number 1 but there are also those who do not meet all components. And for problem number 2 most students do not meet all three components of mathematical creative thinking skills. So it can be concluded that the mathematical creative thinking skills of junior high school students who work on open ended problems are in the low category.
