One of the uses of information technology is augmented reality technology in the health sector. Augmented reality is used in the development of applications that are used for speech therapy for children with autism or children with speech delays. The method used for the development of speech therapy applications is the extreme programming method. This method can adapt to the development of an application in a short time and quite a lot of changes. The stages in the extreme programming method include identifying system requirements, planning activities during system/application development, system development process, iteration for system improvement until the final iteration, and no more user feedback, system/application production, and system maintenance with data backup and system recovery. After testing the system, it was concluded that three iterations occurred during the development of the speech therapy application. The last test showed that the user accepted the speech therapy application with a percentage of 77,14%. The output of this research is an augmented reality-based speech therapy application that is useful for independent speech therapy for children with speech delays.

Pemetaan suatu wilayah khususnya daerah rawan bencana bagi pemangku kepentingan sangat penting sekali karena ha ini akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kebijakan yang nanatinya akan ditetapkan terlebih dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana alam gempa bumi. Memprediksi kekuatan gempa menjadi permasalahan yang sampai saat ini belum dapat dipastikan dan yang bisa dilakukan adalah sebatas memprediksi dari dari kejadian-kejadian sebelumnya. Algoritma linear regression diterapkan dan diusulkan untuk digunakan sebagai model prediksi gempa, selain itu diusulkan pula feature selection dengan menggunakan algoritma M5-Prime sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan akurasi prediksi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan algoritma liner regression berbasis feature selection M5-Prime mampu dijadikan sebagai model prediksi gempa dengan nilai RMSE terbaik sebesar 0,707.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs in toddler due to lack of nutritional intake which results in impaired growth toddler. Usually, toddler who experience stunting are characterized by not increasing weight over a long period of time. Application utilization health which makes it easier for users to access information, one of which can be used to identify toddler who are stunted by selecting symptoms. The symptoms experienced by toddlers go through a system known as the system expert. In this research an expert system will be developed that is capable of early detection developmental disorders in toddlers using the Mamdani fuzzy method. The results obtained from this research are an expert system design for early detection of stunting using the Mamdani fuzzy method. The Mamdani fuzzy method was implemented to group the criteria for toddlers who fall into the stunting category or not from the initial data which is still gray because they are still unsure whether to categorize the toddler as having stunting or not. The detection accuracy rate using the Mamdani fuzzy method is 80.87% compared to expert diagnosis.

Timely identification of diseases, particularly heart attacks is crucial for individuals, particularly the elderly, to accurately anticipate the onset of the disease based on symtoms. The objective of this study is to develop a highly accurate model for early detection of heart disease using the Naïve Bayes (NB) and generalized linear model (GLM) techniques. In addition, another concern is the model’s subfar accuracy levels, promting the implementation of measures to optimize it. The suggested approach fot optimization involves the utilization of a genetic algorithm (GA). The research findings indicate that the NB and GLM approaches achive a reasonably high level of accuracy. Specifically, the NB model achieves an accuracy of 82.53%, while the GLM achieves an accuracy of 84.50%. Following optimization, the accuracy levels notably improved, with the NB_M-GA model reaching 85.83% and the GLM_M-GA model achieving 86,48%.

Determination of the category of a short story requires a slightly long process, in other way we must read a whole or at least a half of the contents of the short story to know the entire contents from the beginning to the end. These constraints require a solution to overcome by using Naïve Bayes algorithm (NB) to serve as the solution of the existing problems. Naïve Bayes, used as a model, resulted with accuracy of 78.59%. Evaluation was conducted by comparing the level of accuracy produced with other models of Support Vector Machine (SVM). The result of the research show that level of accuracy NB greater than Support Vector Machine (SVM) with accuracy level 64,36%. Based on the results of research conducted can be concluded that Naïve Bayes has a higher level of accuracy than the Support Vector Machine (SVM) for the short story category classification.Penentuan kategori sebuah cerita pendek memerlukan sebuah proses yang lama. Kita harus membaca secara keseluruhan atau, minimal, setengah dari isi dari cerpen tersebut. Untuk mengetahui seluruh isi konten dari suatu cerpen adalah dengan membaca isi cerpen, mulai dari awal sampai akhir. Kendala ini memerlukan sebuah solusi untuk mengatasinya. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah model dengan menggunakan algoritme Naïve bayes (NB) untuk dijadikan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Naïve Bayes digunakan sebagai model dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 78,59%. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan dengan model lain, yaitu Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa tingkat akurasi NB lebih besar dibandingkan dengan SVM, yaitu dengan tingkat akurasi 64,36%. Oleh karena itu, didapatkan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa Naïve Bayes mempunyai tingkat akurasi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Support Vector Machine untuk klasifikasi kategori cerpen.

Limitations of someone's ability to communicate in public places become an obstacle for everyone. A student, especially a campus ambassador is required to have good communication ability, therefore the information conveyed can be received by all parties. To overcome the problems faced by prospective campus ambassadors, in this article an activity is proposed in the form of public speaking training for Campus Ambassador nominees at the Cilacap State Polytechnic. The training is carried out using the lecture and role-play method. The stages of the activity are carried out through several stages, namely the stages of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The results of the training have a significant impact on the level perception of knowledge of the trainees with an average of 70% understanding of the material presented.

An assessment of a place will provide an overview for other people whether the place is feasible to be visited or not. Assessment of coastal places will provide a separate assessment for potential visitors in considering visitation. This article proposes a model using the neural network (NN) and naïve Bayes (NB) methods to classify sentiment toward coastal assessments. The proposed NN and NB models are optimized using information gain (IG) and feature weights, namely particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA) which are carried out to increase the level of classification accuracy. Based on the experimental results, the best level of accuracy for the classification of coastal assessments is 87.11% and is named the NB IG+PSO model. The best model obtained is a model that can be used as a decision support for potential beach visitors in deciding to visit the place.

This study discusses the comparison of the Dempster-Shafer method and Bayes' theorem in the process of early detection of inflammatory bowel disease. Inflammatory bowel disease, better known as intestinal inflammation, attacks the digestive tract in the form of irritation, chronic inflammation, and injuries to the digestive tract. Early signs of inflammatory bowel disease include excess abdominal pain, blood when passing stools, acute diarrhea, weight loss, and fatigue. The Dempster-Shafer method is a method that produces an accurate diagnosis of uncertainty caused by adding or reducing information about the symptoms of a disease. Meanwhile, Bayes' theorem explains the probability of an event based on the factors that may be related to the event. This study aims to measure the accuracy of disease detection using the Dempster-Shafer method compared to the probability of occurrence of the disease using Bayes' theorem. The results of calculating the level of accuracy show that the Bayes Theorem method is better at predicting inflammatory bowel disease with a probability of occurrence of disease in the tested data of 75.9%.

Autism is a developmental disorder that attacks children mentally and causes difficulties in interacting with the social environment. Therapy that can be done to people with autism to deal with communication disorders is speech therapy. Application usage health or better known as mobile health is easy and fast to help users in accessing information about various health problems, one of which is child development or better known as an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) which was developed using augmented reality (AR) technology. The purpose of the study is to optimizing the marked-based tracking method to augmented reality technology for speech therapy tutorials for children with autism. The results obtained from this study are the SELPY application (Self Autism Therapy) mobile-based speech therapy for people with autism which is a product of the application of appropriate technology in the field of information technology, especially in the health sector. The marked-based tracking method has been successfully implemented in the development of speech therapy AR applications for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is by the results of the tests that have been carried out, namely distance testing and angle testing. The most ideal distance to detect marker/image targets is 40cm to 50cm with a smartphone tilt angle of 200 to 300.

Publikasi ilmiah dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah merupakan sebuah kewajiban bagi seorang peneliti dan tentunya jurnal yang dituju harus memiliki kredibilitas dan kualitas yag baik. Upaya peningkatan kualitas penerbit dalam mengelola sebuah jurnal ilmiah sesuai dengan standar menjadi tuntutan dan permasalahan yang dialami oleh penerbit khususnya penerbit Publikasi Indonesia Cirebon. Kegiatan PKM ini diusulkan dalam bentuk pendampingan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mengelola jurnal ilmiah sesuai dengan standar. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, serta tahapan terakhir adalah evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengelola jurnal terutama untuk persiapan dalam standarisasi manajemen pengelolaan jurnal yang mengarah kepada akreditasi jurnal. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan sangat penting karena dapat memberikan sebuah peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan jurnal sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra PKM.
