Abstract

Publikasi ilmiah dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah merupakan sebuah kewajiban bagi seorang peneliti dan tentunya jurnal yang dituju harus memiliki kredibilitas dan kualitas yag baik. Upaya peningkatan kualitas penerbit dalam mengelola sebuah jurnal ilmiah sesuai dengan standar menjadi tuntutan dan permasalahan yang dialami oleh penerbit khususnya penerbit Publikasi Indonesia Cirebon. Kegiatan PKM ini diusulkan dalam bentuk pendampingan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dalam mengelola jurnal ilmiah sesuai dengan standar. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, serta tahapan terakhir adalah evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengelola jurnal terutama untuk persiapan dalam standarisasi manajemen pengelolaan jurnal yang mengarah kepada akreditasi jurnal. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan sangat penting karena dapat memberikan sebuah peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan jurnal sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra PKM.

Abstract

Improving services as an effort to provide the convenience of tourist destinations, especially on the south coast of Java, is a demand placed on tourism managers, which in the long run will yield positive impacts. The assessment is conducted to determine whether the tourism destination give positive impressions to the tourists. The application of machine learning-based text mining technology, especially a sentiment review, is one of the solutions proposed to overcome this problem, therefore predictions of coastal tourism potential can be known beforehand. This research proposed a coastal sentiment review model using the library support vector machine (LibSVM) method. The process proposed a model optimization based on feature weights using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm as a model optimization to increase the accuracy level. Efforts to improve the accuracy of the proposed model are the main contribution of this research. The results of research and experiments on the proposed model produced the best model named LibSVM_IG+PSO using the information gain (IG). On the other hand, PSO-based LibSVM method generated an accuracy level of 88.97%. The model proposed in this research is expected to serve as a decision support for tourists, government, and tourism managers in assessing sentiment towards the coastal maritime tourism.

Abstract

The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia as of September 2021 reached 64.2 million by contributing a GDP of around 61.07 percent and being able to absorb 97% of the total existing workforce, and was able to collect 60.42% of the total investment in Indonesia. This indicates that MSMEs have great potential to be developed, besides that MSMEs also contribute gross domestic product (GDP) in Indonesia, open opportunities to empower family finances, open business opportunities and absorb labor which in turn can improve the economy in Indonesia. However, the last two, the whole world has experienced economic paralysis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, as well as what happened in Indonesia. One of them has experienced a bad impact on MSMEs/ MSEs. The product of various chips "Tunggal Makmur" is a household industry that still survives today even though with Covid-19, production has decreased by up to 50% during the Covid-19 pandemic. For the conditions mentioned above, the Cilacap State Polytechnic Lecturer intends to carry out Community Service (PKM) at the location of various chips in Widarapayung Wetan village, Cilacap Regency. Community service aims to provide information and knowledge coaching to increase understanding of the important role of business in packaging various chips to attract buyers. The method used in this activity is by surveying methods and directly involving spaciousness to conduct coaching and conducting questions and answers with participants. What is expected by guiding to increase understanding of information and knowledge and socialization is to be able to increase sales by providing attractive packaging and labels. The output will be produced in the form of videos and journals.

Abstract

Kesulitan dalam memahami kepemimpinan sekaligus memiliki jiwa pemimpin menjadi salah satu masalah penting diantara mahasiswa. Pemahaman atas jiwa leadership yang dimilii oleh dirinya akan membawa dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupannya terlebih dalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi kampus, sehingga diperlukan upaya memupuk jiwa kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan dan diimplementasikan untuk menjalankan roda organisasi di kampus. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa proses yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahapan assessment, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan cukup dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman para peserta pelatihan untuk memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hasil kepuasan peserta pelatihan memperlihatkan 80% peserta kegiatan tingkat pemahamannya terhadap materi yang disampaikan meningkat.

Abstract

The progress of information systems in the education sector is so developed that it requires to carry out academic activities online. To implement and facilitate the acceleration of higher education, the University of Peradaban as the organizer of higher education in the Bumiayu Subdistrict of Brebes Regency, currently does not have an information system that is integrated with academic information systems (SIA), therefore an information system needs analysis. The Togaf Framework is a framework that can see problems and the development of a comprehensive information system. The goal is to build a model Eneterprise Resource Planing academic information system to support the strategy of developing academic information systems as needed at the University of Peradaban. The type of research used is qualitative research that is explorative, which is to look deeply into the needs of users in applying academic information systems at the University of Peradaban. Analysis of the planner's scope, SIA is designed to manage Lecturer data, Student data, class schedules, Card Management Study Plan, Study Card processing and management of value transcripts and alumni data management. System development consists of three parts, namely a system that can be used by academic administrative staff, lecturers and can be used by students. SIA is designed to provide speed and convenience in managing data and academic development for the competitiveness of universities.

Abstract

Pengisian Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) merupakan bagian yang berperan penting dalam sistemakademik Program Studi DIII Teknik Komputer PoliTeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal. Sistem pengisianKRS yang berjalan selama ini di masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga dengan semakinbanyaknya jumlah mahasiswa membuat sistem ini tidak efisien baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya.Pembuatan aplikasi KRS online berbasis web dan mobile bertujuan untuk menggantikan sistem KRSmanual yang berjalan saat ini agar nantinya kegiatan perkuliahan mahasiswa dapat berjalan lancar.Dalam pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara serta studi literatur, denganmenggunakan sample data di antaranya data mahasiswa, data mata kuliah semester 1 sampai dengansemester 6 serta data dosen pembimbing akademik Prodi DIII Teknik Komputer Tahun akademik2013/ 2014. Perangkat keras yang digunakan yaitu 1 unit laptop Compaq Presario CQ43 denganspesifikasi processor AMD E-300, RAM 2,0 GB serta OS Windows 7 Ultimate. Sedangkan perangkatlunak yang digunakan yaitu bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk aplikasi berbasis web dan XHTML untukaplikasi berbasis mobile, MYSQL, XAMPP dan web editor Macromedia Dreamweaver 6. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya sistem baru yaitu dengan dibuatnya aplikasipengisian KRS online berbasis web dan mobile di Program Studi DIII Teknik Komputer PoliTeknikHarapan Bersama maka proses pengisian KRS akan lebih praktis dan efisien baik dari segi waktumaupun biaya.Kata Kunci : KRS Online, Web, Mobile.

Abstract

Identification of inflammatory bowel disease quickly and accurately is motivated by the large number of patients who come with pain in the abdomen and receive minimal treatment because they are considered to be just ordinary abdominal pain. This study aims to identify inflammatory bowel disease which is still considered by some people as a common stomach ache quickly, and precisely and to recommend therapy that can be done as an initial treatment before getting medical action by medical personnel. The method used in this expert system research is a combination of forward chaining and certainty factors. The forward chaining method traces the disease forward starting from a set of facts adjusted to a hypothesis that leads to conclusions, while the certainty factor method is used to confirm a hypothesis by measuring the amount of trust in concluding the process of detecting inflammatory bowel disease. The results of this study are a conclusion from the process of identifying inflammatory bowel disease which begins with selecting the symptoms experienced by the patient so that the diagnosis results appear using forward chaining and certainty factor in the form of a percentage along with therapy that can be given to the patient to reduce pain in the abdomen. A comparison of the diagnosis results using the system and diagnosis by experts, in this case, specialist doctors, shows an accuracy rate of 82,18%, which means that the expert system diagnosis results can be accounted for and follow the expert diagnosis.

Abstract

Pemetaan suatu wilayah khususnya daerah rawan bencana bagi pemangku kepentingan sangat penting sekali karena ha ini akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kebijakan yang nanatinya akan ditetapkan terlebih dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana alam gempa bumi. Memprediksi kekuatan gempa menjadi permasalahan yang sampai saat ini belum dapat dipastikan dan yang bisa dilakukan adalah sebatas memprediksi dari dari kejadian-kejadian sebelumnya. Algoritma linear regression diterapkan dan diusulkan untuk digunakan sebagai model prediksi gempa, selain itu diusulkan pula feature selection dengan menggunakan algoritma M5-Prime sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan akurasi prediksi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan algoritma liner regression berbasis feature selection M5-Prime mampu dijadikan sebagai model prediksi gempa dengan nilai RMSE terbaik sebesar 0,707.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs in toddler due to lack of nutritional intake which results in impaired growth toddler. Usually, toddler who experience stunting are characterized by not increasing weight over a long period of time. Application utilization health which makes it easier for users to access information, one of which can be used to identify toddler who are stunted by selecting symptoms. The symptoms experienced by toddlers go through a system known as the system expert. In this research an expert system will be developed that is capable of early detection developmental disorders in toddlers using the Mamdani fuzzy method. The results obtained from this research are an expert system design for early detection of stunting using the Mamdani fuzzy method. The Mamdani fuzzy method was implemented to group the criteria for toddlers who fall into the stunting category or not from the initial data which is still gray because they are still unsure whether to categorize the toddler as having stunting or not. The detection accuracy rate using the Mamdani fuzzy method is 80.87% compared to expert diagnosis.

Abstract

Timely identification of diseases, particularly heart attacks is crucial for individuals, particularly the elderly, to accurately anticipate the onset of the disease based on symtoms. The objective of this study is to develop a highly accurate model for early detection of heart disease using the Naïve Bayes (NB) and generalized linear model (GLM) techniques. In addition, another concern is the model’s subfar accuracy levels, promting the implementation of measures to optimize it. The suggested approach fot optimization involves the utilization of a genetic algorithm (GA). The research findings indicate that the NB and GLM approaches achive a reasonably high level of accuracy. Specifically, the NB model achieves an accuracy of 82.53%, while the GLM achieves an accuracy of 84.50%. Following optimization, the accuracy levels notably improved, with the NB_M-GA model reaching 85.83% and the GLM_M-GA model achieving 86,48%.
