Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan Di DesaRea Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Polewali Mandar selama 3 (tiga) bulan yakni dari tanggal 1 Februari hingga 30 April 2023. Adapun tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kelayakan usaha ayam petelur Muh Ishak Nurdin, dengan metode perhitungan R/C Ratio, penentuan responden menggunakan porsesive sampling dan dengan pertimbangan untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih baik,lokasi penelitian yang dapat di jangkau sehingga peneliti dengan mudah mendapatkan data dan informasi serta ada sifat yang ramah dari pihak responden sehingga menambah kemudahan dalam pengambilan data dilokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi ke lokasi usaha dengan menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kelayakan dengan menggunakan perhitungan analisis R/C Ratio sehingga kita dapat mengetahui total penerimaan usaha ayam petelur muh Ishak Nurdin sebesar Rp 94.621.000 dan total biaya sebesar Rp 65.691.632 sehingga diperoleh R/C Ratio 1,4 dengan hasil ini maka usaha tersebut dapat dkatakan layak untuk terus di jalakan.

Abstract

For a servant, taking the mystical way to get closer to Allah is necessary to achieve perfection in this world and the hereafter. This study aims to reveal the mystical ways towards Allah from the perspective of Kyai Sholeh Darat, especially as elaborated in his book Minhāj al-Atqiyā' ilā Ma’rifati Hidāyat al-Adhkiyā' ilā Ṭarīqat al-Auliyā'. This study is qualitative-based research with a descriptive approach. The data were collected from library research. The data were then analysed using the Mile and Huberman analysis. The findings of this study reveal that 1) Kyai Sholeh Darat's book uses references from the Quran, hadith, and the trusted religious texts written by the taṣawwuf scholars; 2) the mystical way or sulūk that a spiritual traveller (sālik) undergoes to get ma'rifatullāh must go through sharī'a, ṭarīqa and ḥaqīqa; and 3) the methods used by Kyai Sholeh Darat in his book are bayānī and irfānī. Contribution: This study affirms that suluk to Allah must go through three paths, namely sharī'a, ṭarīqa and ḥaqīqa. Those three paths cannot be split from one another as there have been movements in which these three aspects are considered separated. For example, to pursue ḥaqīqa, the one only needs ṭarīqa without sharī'a, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty through food and animal security work programs in Tompo Village, Barru District, Barru Regency, as well as to identify factors that affect the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty through the program. Data sources are obtained through surveys, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty in Tompo Village is good. This research is based on four indicators, namely facilities and infrastructure, methods, human resource capabilities, and work morale. The factors that hinder the performance of village officials in minimizing poverty in Tompo Village are limited budget, the ability of the community to manage cattle, and difficulties in obtaining cow broodstock.

Abstract

Kegiatan praktik ini akan dirancang interaktif dua arah.  Sehingga siswa merasa nyaman dan leluasa dalam praktikum. Partisipasi aktif juga diharapkan dapat membuat informasi yang diberikan menjadi lebih luas. Mereka yang mengikuti kegiatan ini dapat menjadi agen penyalur informasi bagi temannya yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan yang dimaksud. Luaran yang disasar dari layanan ini adalah buku saku pedoman penggunaan pengelola referensi dan publikasi jurnal nasional. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Madrasah Aliyah Persiapan Negeri Koya Barat berlangsung dengan antusias dan interaktif. Terlihat kehadiran siswa memenuhi kelas. Selain itu terjadi peningkatan kemampuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan. Uji efektivitas secara kuantitatif menampilkan hasil yang menjelaskan bahwa pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui optimalisasi penulisan karya ilmiah menggunakan pengelola referensi bagi siswa Madrasah Aliyah Persiapan Negeri Koya Barat membuahkan hasil yang efektif.

Abstract

This Training on the Use of Google Earth Media aims to enhance teachers' skills and understanding in using interactive media as an effective learning tool. The training focuses on introducing Google Earth features, accessing relevant content, and implementing technology-based learning strategies. The training method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which consists of preparation, implementation, and reflection stages. This activity was carried out at Inpres SKP F3 Arso Elementary School, Keerom Regency, with participants including the principal, classroom teachers, and subject teachers, totaling 13 people, on June 27, 2024. The training results showed an improvement in teachers' ability to use Google Earth; however, several limitations were identified, such as the lack of supporting devices and teachers' full understanding of this technology. The training had a positive impact on learning, but follow-up is needed by forming discussion groups for mentoring sessions to ensure the sustainability of interactive media use in the school environment

Abstract

The success of an organization or company is largely determined by employee performance. Every company will always strive to improve employee performance so that company goals can be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is organizational culture and compensation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in Makassar. This study uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 55 employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture and compensation had a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in Makassar.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using flash sales and live streaming has increasingly dominated marketing strategies in the digital world, especially during the pandemic which has forced many activities to switch to online platforms. This study aims to explore more deeply the influence of these two factors on impulsive purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms. The study population consisted of Shopee platform users in Makassar City, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling method. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, Flash Sale and Live Streaming have a significant effect on impulse buying decisions on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Physical education is part of the general education program which contributes to the overall growth and development of children. Physical education is one of the learning subjects in the elementary school curriculum. Physical education lessons are provided covering various sports and games. One of the small ball sports is the game of rounders. The game of baseball emphasizes excitement and dexterity. The game of rounders is a team sport played by 2 teams and rounders must master the basic techniques of the game, and be in good physical condition including strength, speed, endurance, explosive power, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, accuracy and good reactions. The game of rounders is one of the games that is really liked by the children of Impres Elementary School, Skow Mabo Village, although sometimes problems often occur because they get into trouble on the field, namely throwing the ball from the field guard because the ball hitter is not fast or not far from the place where he hits the ball, in the end it is replaced. game happens. The aim of this research was to determine whether there was a relationship between arm muscle strength and the ability to hit a baseball in class V of Impres Elementary School, Skow Mabo Village, Muaratami District. The type of research used in this research is correlational research. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques in the form of tests and measurements.

Abstract

Abstract : The rapid development of information technology (IT) in the modern era has driven innovation, including through the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT technology is now applied to monitor critical infrastructure, including Data Centers. Bina Darma University, a private university in South Sumatra, faces challenges in managing Data Center electricity, such as voltage instability and frequent power outages that often damage equipment. This study uses Action Research to design and implement an IoT-based Monitoring Dashboard that monitors electricity voltage in real-time and is integrated with a Telegram notification system. The results show that this Dashboard effectively converts voltage data into useful information and enables quick responses to electrical incidents, thus enhancing oversight and operational efficiency in Bina Darma University's Data Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana media Indonesia membingkai isu utang luar negeri dalam pemberitaannya, mulai dari era Presiden Soekarno hingga Presiden Joko Widodo. Studi ini menganalisis peran signifikan media dalam membentuk opini publik tentang utang luar negeri, terutama bagaimana pemberitaan dipengaruhi oleh afiliasi politik dan ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan teori ekonomi politik media, analisis framing, dan agenda setting untuk memahami pola dan implikasi framing media. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pemberitaan media tentang utang luar negeri terbagi dalam tiga kategori: media independen yang mengadopsi pemberitaan netral berbasis data; media pro-pemerintah yang membingkai utang sebagai instrumen positif untuk pembangunan; dan media kritis yang menyoroti risiko dan ancaman terhadap kedaulatan ekonomi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa framing media dibentuk oleh struktur kepemilikan, sumber informasi, orientasi ideologis, dan konteks sosial-politik, yang secara kolektif memengaruhi dukungan publik terhadap kebijakan utang pemerintah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi media, implementasi komunikasi publik yang transparan tentang pengelolaan utang, dan mendorong pemberitaan berimbang untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman publik yang komprehensif tentang utang luar negeri sebagai instrumen ekonomi yang kompleks.
