Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen pelatihan tata boga melalui program “Snack Milenial” sebagai sarana pemberdayaan warga belajar di SKB Negeri Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan peningkatan keterampilan hidup di era pascapandemi, khususnya dalam bidang tata boga yang semakin diminati dan relevan dengan peluang usaha mandiri. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, agar memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh tentang proses manajemen pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelatihan di SKB Negeri Surabaya telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan yang cukup efektif. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan kuliner dasar, pemahaman tentang keamanan pangan, serta mendorong kreativitas peserta dalam menciptakan produk kuliner bernilai jual. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan program antara lain keterlibatan instruktur yang kompeten, fasilitas memadai, dan antusiasme peserta, sedangkan hambatan mencakup keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan anggaran operasional. Secara keseluruhan, program “Snack Milenial” mampu berkontribusi positif dalam pemberdayaan warga belajar, baik untuk kesiapan kerja maupun membuka usaha mandiri di bidang kuliner. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pelatihan ke depan dapat menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan tren produk kuliner terbaru serta memperluas jejaring pemasaran berbasis digital agar manfaatnya semakin optimal.

Abstract

This community service program discusses the PEWIRA program: Mentoring Beginner Entrepreneurs through Digital Marketing, Broadcasting, and Public Speaking Training at PKBM Anggrek Bulan Banyuwangi. The program's background stems from the needs of learners, start-up entrepreneurs, and women's groups for digital marketing and communication skills to increase business competitiveness in the digitalization era, amidst limited access to technology and low digital literacy in the local community. Community Service uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which involves mapping community assets, participatory training, and ongoing mentoring. The implementation results show a significant increase in learners' skills in marketing products digitally, creating audio-visual content, and honing public speaking skills. Active participation of participants is seen in the process of creating business accounts on social media, producing visual-based promotional content, and delivering product presentations confidently. Evaluation shows that the majority of participants experienced competency growth, began adopting technology, and building community-based start-up business networks. The PEWIRA program has proven effective in driving social and economic transformation, while strengthening a culture of collaboration and entrepreneurial independence within the Anggrek Bulan Community Learning Center (PKBM) in Banyuwangi. The program's implications include providing a sustainable and inclusive model for empowering budding entrepreneurs, making a significant contribution to increasing digital capacity and strengthening the role of non-formal education in local economic development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pelatihan vokasional barista yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) di wilayah perkotaan Surabaya dengan menerapkan Model Evaluasi Empat Tingkat Kirkpatrick yang mencakup aspek reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Menggunakan desain metode campuran, data dikumpulkan melalui survei, tes terstandar, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi teknis, serta transformasi perilaku yang bermakna, termasuk kemampuan menjadi mentor sebaya dan penerapan keterampilan secara nyata dalam konteks kerja. Sebanyak 65% peserta terlibat dalam aktivitas ekonomi berbasis kopi setelah pelatihan, baik sebagai pekerja, freelancer, maupun wirausaha mikro. Temuan ini memperkuat relevansi model Kirkpatrick dalam konteks pendidikan nonformal dan mengusulkan perluasan indikator hasil untuk mencakup partisipasi dalam jalur ekonomi informal. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap evaluasi pelatihan serta menyajikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola program dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pelatihan yang berdampak dan kontekstual di lingkungan pembelajaran informal.

Abstract

Munculnya Covid-19 mengakibatkan sektor pendidikan merubah sistem pembelajaran yang semula tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran secara daring. Kini pemanfaatan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran daring seperti gawai. Saat ini pengguna gawai diminati oleh semua kalangan dari orang dewasa hingga anak usia dini. Pada masa pandemi saat ini, penggunaan gawai pada anak sangat tinggi karena anak dalam proses belajar mengajar menggunakan gawai dan orang tua tidak memiliki alasan bagi anak untuk tidak menggunakan gawai sehingga penggunaan gawai tanpa disadari membuat penggunanya kecanduan dan berdampak negatif pada perkembangan anak yaitu anak semakin malas untuk menulis dan membaca mengakibatkan penurunan keterampilan sosial pada anak, anak cenderung bermain game online menyebabkan anak malas belajar. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dampak negatif penggunaan gawai pada anak dalam pembelajaran daring di Kelompok Bermain (KB) Al Falah Darussalam Tropodo Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang memiliki jumlah 15 informan terdiri dari orang tua. Penelitian ini menguji keabsahan data yang menggunakan teknik kreadibilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas, dan tranferabilitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam,dan dokumentasi. analisis data, yaitu data collection, reduction, data dispay, verifikasi data, dan conclusion. Pada hasil penelitian ini telah terdapat dampak negatif penggunaan gawai pada anak dalam pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Children's education can be supported by technology because the many opportunities and challenges presented by digital media can be used as a means to support children's growth and development. Parents have an important and essential role in children's development because they give children the experiences they have. The role of parents in digital literacy in early childhood and the efforts made to support parents in introducing, and guiding children to use digital media and the use of digital literacy for children in early childhood development. This research uses a qualitative approach to research with descriptive writing methods. Data collection techniques in this study are by using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. This research shows that parental management assistance in introducing digital literacy has several results of mentoring patterns, namely increasing the number and variety of quality learning resources and expanding access to quality learning resources and their scope.

Abstract

PAUD (KB/RA) Adinda Dua Tebel Gedangan is one of the PAUD institutions that has a parenting program. This research explores the implementation of the parenting program at PAUD (KB/RA) Adinda Dua Tebel Gedangan, highlighting aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. Through qualitative methods with a participatory observation approach, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, the research results show that the parenting program in PAUD has a positive impact, increasing parents' participation and understanding of effective parenting patterns. Activities such as seminars, workshops and community events form close collaboration between institutions and families, creating a holistic educational environment. Evaluation of the program showed significant improvements in parent participation and understanding, although highlighting challenges such as logistical constraints and lack of involvement by some parents. This research makes an important contribution by detailing the factors that influence the successful implementation of parenting programs and providing recommendations for further improvement and development.

Abstract

Barbershop training develop people to increase their knowledge and skills in cutting hair and develop the potential of the community to prepare for the future and be able to grow the entrepreneurial independence of training participants. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the barbershop training process at SKB Sidoarjo, analyze the supporting factors for barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo, analyze the inhibiting factors for barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo, describe and analyze the results of barbershop training on the entrepreneurial independence of training participants at SKB Sidoarjo. This study used qualitative research methods. The research results showed that the barbershop training was carried out well. The supporting factor for the implementation of barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo is the infrastructure provided by SKB. Factors inhibiting barbershop training include obstacles in terms of the lack of time required to carry out the training. In its implementation, training participants who take part in barbershop training at SKB Sidoarjo gain experience, knowledge and skills in the field of barbershop/haircutting.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) describe and analyze students' active learning through interactive learning methods at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya, 2) describe and analyze supporting factors in interactive learning methods at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya and 3) describe and analyze inhibiting factors in learning methods interactive at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. The approach used in the research is descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through the process of interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, researchers used data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then finally drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research are that by applying interactive learning methods it is able to foster an active learning attitude in Package A students, the learning process becomes more active and conducive because all students are actively involved in all learning activities so that it can increase students' interest in learning, when the students' learning process becomes more comfortable and not easy to make students bored. The supporting factors for this learning method are adequate facilities and infrastructure, active students, and creative tutors. The inhibiting factors in implementing this interactive learning method are network problems and power outages.

Abstract

The KLH NGO is an organization consisting of community groups who are aware of environmental issues who are tasked with designing strategies for policies that are not environmentally friendly, socializing and coaching, environmental management, as well as empowering the community through environmental programs and providing policy input to the government. The aim of the research is to determine the role of KLH NGOs and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of KLH NGOs in instilling environmentally friendly behavior in the communities along the Surabaya river. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects were six members of the KLH NGO and four members of the community. Data collection techniques were participant observation, in-depth interviews, and field notes and documentation. Research data was analyzed using data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions then tested for truth value using credibility, transferability, debendability, observability, confirmability. The research results show that the KLH NGO plays a significant role in encouraging environmentally friendly behavior in Surabaya riverbank communities, by managing activities, reporting community issues, and influencing the development of aspects such as the availability of facilities, sustainable lifestyles, welfare partnerships, and sustainable living-based programs.
