Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan public speaking siswa dengan menggunakan media gabar berbasis Power Point, agar siswa berani mengemukakan pengamatan atau pendapatnya di depan kelas. media gambar berbasis Power Point membantu menarik perhatian siswa dan memungkinkan mereka menafsirkan gambar di layar dengan percaya diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan terdiri dari 2 siklus versi Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data tambahan untuk penelitian ini tersedia dalam format artikel. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV dan SD di SD Negeri 7 Tolitoli. Jumlah sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan latihan berbicara. Berikutnya. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan media gambar berbasis Power Point meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara di depan umum. Kemampuan berbicara siswa terlihat meningkat sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikannya, tepatnya dari 25% pada siklus pelatihan I menjadi 75% pada siklus pelatihan II. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada bidang pendidikan dalam mengembangkan rasa percaya diri siswa dalam berbicara di depan umum. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan membantu guru menghadapi siswa yang masih takut berbicara di depan umum

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how factors are affect on capital expenditures in the Regency / City of North Sumatra. Local own-source revenue, revenue-sharing funds, and general allocation funds are to be independent variables while capital expenditure is the dependent variable. This study uses panel data obtained from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance in 2022-2023. The analysis method in this study uses panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of local revenue, revenue-sharing funds, and general allocation funds had a significant influence on capital expenditure. Based on partial testing, only the revenue-sharing variable has significant negative effect on capital expenditure. These results imply that more effective strategies in the use of revenue-sharing funds need to be developed, such as increasing transparency and adjusting fund allocation policies in supporting capital expenditures. The results of this study can assist governments in planning budgets more effectively, identifying the most influential financial resources, and adjusting spending strategies to maximize the efficient use of funds. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student activity and learning outcomes, to determine the implementation of learning and the relationship between activity and learning outcomes in the human reproductive system material using the “GenzB” assisted PBL model. This study used an experimental method with a One Group Pre-Post Design. The sample of this study was class XI 1 and XI 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Timur. Data collection techniques were by using test techniques including giving pretest posttest questions, and non-test techniques including student activity observation sheets, learning implementation observation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results showed an increase in student activity in each meeting in both experimental classes, namely 66%, 70%, 73% for the average experimental class 1, then 61%, 66%, 71% for experimental class 2, student learning outcomes with N-Gain for both classes were 0,62 (moderate) and 0,60 (moderate), person correlation value of 0,406 with a fairly strong interpretation, learning implementation that obtained a very good category and positive student responses to learning. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that the use of the “GenzB “ assisted PBL model is able to increase student activity and learning outcomes, achieve good implementation and there is a relationship between student activity and learning outcomes in the human reproductive system material.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Larval stage of giant gourami is a critical period due to fungal infection, such as Saprolegnia sp. infection. There are some plants which have antiseptic compound like banana Musa paradisiaca. This research was aimed to examine the effectiveness of the banana stem extract M. paradisiaca to control Saprolegnia sp. infection on giant gurami larvae through immersion. Eight-day old gorami larvae (at the initial of 0.5±0.03 cm) was reared in an aquarium sized 25×25×25 cm3 at the density of 8 fry/L. Culture media were added banana stem extract at the dose of 0; 0.08; 0.12; and 0.16 g/L during 21 days of rearing period. Challenge test was performed for 14 days by giving Saprolegnia sp. spores at the density of 104 cells/mL and banana stem extract. The treatment dose of 0.16 g/L has showen survival 100% than positive control  after the challenge test. Keywords: giant gourami, Musa paradisiaca, Saprolegnia sp., fry  ABSTRAK Fase larva ikan gurami merupakan masa kritis terhadap infeksi cendawan, seperti jenis Saprolegnia sp. Beberapa tanaman memiliki daya antiseptik seperti tanaman pisang ambon Musa paradisiaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas ekstrak batang pisang ambon M. paradisiaca dalam mengurangi infeksi Saprolegnia sp. pada larva ikan gurami melalui media pemeliharaan. Larva gurami umur delapan hari (panjang larva 0,5+0,03 cm) dipelihara pada akuarium berukuran 25×25×25 cm3 dengan padat tebar 8 ekor/L. Media pemeliharaan diberi ekstrak batang pisang ambon dosis 0; 0,08; 0,12; dan 0,16 g/L selama 21 hari. Uji tantang dilakukan selama 14 hari dengan pemberian spora Saprolegnia sp. kepadatan 104 sel/mL dan ekstrak batang pisang ambon. Perlakuan dosis 0,16 g/L memberikan kelangsungan hidup sebesar 100% yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan kontrol positif setelah uji tantang. Kata kunci: giant gourami, Musa paradisiaca, Saprolegnia sp., larva

Abstract

Students with dysgraphia symptoms often have difficulty in writing due to their lack of fine motor skills, which affects how they write neatly and coordinate information. This study aims to analyze how teachers can help students with dysgraphia, particularly in developing fine motor skills, as well as finding supporting and inhibiting factors in their learning process. With a qualitative phenomenological approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the results show that the role of teachers as educators and mentors is optimal. Teachers can identify students' problems and design appropriate learning. In addition, collaboration between teachers, parents and schools is an important factor in providing consistent support. The implications of this study show the importance of teacher training to recognize and treat dysgraphia, the use of technology to assist writing, and close cooperation with parents. Developing individualized learning programs and creating a supportive learning environment can also help students with dysgraphia develop optimal writing and learning skills.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine (1) the implementation of the Three Magic Words in the Character Building of Students at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor. (2) The Impact of the Implementation of Three Magic Words in the Character Building of Students at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive of the type of field research. It was carried out from September 21, 2022 to September 29, 2022. The research location was at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor. In the data collection procedure the author uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in data analysis, researchers used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that (1) The implementation of the habituation of three magic words in the formation of students' character at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor is the way to apply them, among others, the habit of saying three magic words (sorry, please and thank you) the teacher tells the importance of the three magic words and makes notifications which is like an appeal pamphlet, other than that it provides examples and reminds each other. (2) The impact of the implementation of the habituation of three magic words in the formation of students' character at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor, namely, Obedience to God, namely students have morality towards teachers by applying the three magic words (sorry, please and thank you). Abstract

Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Rancabungur, Kabupaten Bogor, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor perikanan khususnya ikan lele. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih terbatas yaitu diperjualbelikan dalam bentuk segar, digoreng dan sebagian diolah menjadi bakso. Melalui Program Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Mahasiswa (PPK Ormawa) dilakukan pelatihan teknologi diversifikasi pengolahan ikan lele menjadi "Gohyong Ikan Lele". Gohyong merupakan makanan tradisional khas Tiongkok terbuat dari daging dengan penambahan bumbu (lima jenis bumbu: kayu manis, cengkeh, adas manis, pala, dan merica) dan dibungkus dengan kulit tahu. Pelatihan diversifikasi pengolahan produk gohyong ikan lele dilaksanakan pada Hari Rabu, 24 Juli 2024 di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Huffadz melibatkan 19 peserta yang berasal dari Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK), Pos Pelayanan Terpadu Kesehatan (Posyandu Kesehatan), dan masyarakat Desa Mekarsari. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi penjelasan, demonstrasi dan praktik pembuatan produk gohyong. Peserta dibimbing instruktur berhasil melakukan diversifikasi olahan ikan lele menjadi gohyong sebagai produk olahan yang mempunyai nilai tambah. Evaluasi melalui pre- test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terhadap materi pelatihan secara signifikan. Nilai terendah dan tertinggi pada pre-test masing-masing 4 dan 8, meningkat signifikan pada post-test yaitu 8 dan 10 (skala nilai 0-10). Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, memperluas pasar produk olahan ikan, mendukung usaha perikanan lokal melalui produk diversifikasi bernilai tambah yang berkelanjutan.
