Abstract

AbstrakVirtual reality merupakan teknologi imersif yang memungkinkan penyampaian informasi menjadi lebih mudah dimengerti dan dapat diingat dengan baik. Hal ini cocok untuk diterapkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran sejarah seperti bahan ajar yang terlalu teoritis dan media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan peneliti sebelumnya, pengetahuan masyarakat Palembang tentang Sejarah Perang 5 Hari 5 Malam masih minim. Selaras dengan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem multimedia interaktif berbasis teknologi virtual reality mengenai pengenalan Sejarah Perang 5 Hari 5 Malam di Palembang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle. Hasil penelitian ini berupa suatu sistem virtual reality yang dapat digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan yaitu mengembangkan multimedia pengenalan Sejarah Perang 5 Hari 5 Malam di Palembang berbasis teknologi virtual reality. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini telah berfungsi dengan baik. Kata Kunci: virtual reality, multimedia, perang 5 hari 5 malam  AbstractVirtual reality is an immersive technology that able to make information transfer easier to understand and better to remember. This is suitable to be applied in overcoming history learning problem such as too theoretical learning material and less variative learning media. Based on survey, citizens of Palembang have less knowledge about the history of Perang 5 Hari 5 Malam. In line with the problem, this research aims to develop virtual reality based interactive multimedia system to introduce the history of Perang 5 Hari 5 Malam in Palembang. The m­­ethod of system development used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle. This research has resulted in a ready-to-use virtual reality system as its purpose to develop multimedia-based virtual reality technology as an introduction to the history of Perang 5 Hari 5 Malam in Palembang. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah cara kita berinteraksi dengan perangkat digital, termasuk dalam perancangan antarmuka pengguna (User Interface). PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung operasional, termasuk pelelangan rumah dinas pegawai. Namun, sistem yang ada belum optimal, terutama dalam hal UI, yang mengakibatkan ketidaknyamanan dan menurunkan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang ulang Sistem Pelelangan Rumah Dinas menggunakan metode Task Centered System Design (TCSD), yang berfokus pada identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dan pengembangan desain berbasis tugas. Penelitian ini melibatkan observasi dan wawancara dengan pegawai PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju. Hasil rancangan dievaluasi menggunakan platform Maze, dengan skor akhir 84, menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI layak digunakan. Hasil ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam proses pelelangan.Kata kunci: user interface, task centered system design (TCSD), usability testingApplication of task centered system design method in user interface design of company official house auction Abstract: Technological developments have changed the way we interact with digital devices, including in the design of user interfaces (UI). PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional utilizes information technology to support operations, including customer service housing for employees. However, the existing system is not optimal, especially in terms of UI, which causes inconvenience and reduces efficiency. This study aims to redesign the Official Housing Auction System using the Task Centered System Design (TCSD) method, which focuses on identifying user needs and developing task-based designs. This study involved observation and interviews with employees of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju. The design results were evaluated using the Maze platform, with a final score of 84, indicating that the UI plan was feasible to use. These results are expected to increase efficiency and transparency in the customer process.Keywords: user interface, task centered system design (TCSD), usability test

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a state-owned coal mining company, must comply with government regulations regarding software licenses. They face difficulties monitoring and managing licenses that could lead to violations. To solve this problem, we try to design a website-based UI/UX for Software License Management System. This research aims to provide an intuitive interface and a comfortable user experience employing the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, which consists of three main stages: Needs Analysis, Design and Prototyping, and Evaluation. Evaluation is carried out through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results indicate that UCD is effective in designing a system responsive to user needs with a high level of usability. With an effectiveness of 99%, efficiency of 96.67%, and an SUS score of 88.25, this system design receives an 'Acceptable' rating, a (B) grade, and falls into the 'Excellent' category. The designed system is deemed suitable for further development towards the implementation phase.

Abstract

Traveloka sebagai salah satu agen perjalanan digital yang telah menyediakan fitur Rental Mobil sejak 2018. Namun, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian orang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan fitur Rental Mobil pada website Traveloka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna pada fitur Rental Mobil website Traveloka, menggunakan metode Eye Tracking dengan melibatkan lima partisipan yang menyelesaikan tiga task scenario. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata E-T data integrity adalah 84,2% dan gaze on screen sebesar 95,3% yang menghasilkan kualitas data yang baik. Namun, dari hasil analisis heatmaps menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan cenderung mengalami kesulitan saat menyelesaikan task screnario terutama pada task 1 dan task 2. Rata-rata tingkat perhatian partisipan adalah -0,02 dengan emosi surprise yang mendominasi yang berarti bahwa sebagian besar partisipan mengalami kebingungan saat menyelesaikan task. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna agar lebih intuitif dan meminimalisir kebingungan pengguna saat menggunakan website Traveloka khususnya fitur Rental Mobil.

Abstract

Tahun 2024 merupakan era digital dimana perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi di dunia semakin pesat, termasuk di Indonesia dimana masyarakat semakin memanfaatkan teknologi dalam berbagai aktivitas termasuk membaca. Salah satu industri baca yang mengalami perubahan digital tersebut adalah komik, yang melahirkan istilah baru seperti "komik digital”. Salah satu aplikasi yang menawarkan berbagai jenis komik digital adalah LINE Webtoon, layanan komik digital asal Korea Selatan dan diluncurkan oleh LINE Corporation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode UTAUT dalam menganalisis apakah minat baca aplikasi komik digital Webtoon di kalangan remaja Indonesia berusia 18-30 tahun dipengaruhi oleh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan facilitating condition. Hasil analisis menggunakan tools SmartPLS, menyatakan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan social influence berpengaruh terhadap minat baca. Sedangkan facilitating conditions tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

YouTube is one of the most popular social media in Indonesia, with one of its features being the Clip Feature, which allows users to share 5-60 seconds video snippets, but many users still experience difficulty in accessing this feature. Based on a survey of more than 130 respondents, 60% were unaware of the Clip Feature, 85% had never used it, and 75% had difficulty finding its location in the YouTube interface. This research aims to evaluate the user experience in accessing the Clip Feature on the YouTube website using the Eye Tracking method, as well as analyzing user attention patterns. Through the RealEye.io tool, the results show that the quality of the test data is very good, with an average E-T data integrity value of 90.33% and gaze on screen of 89.73%. Heatmaps and gaze plot analysis show that respondents' attention patterns tend to show confusion, especially when looking for the Clip feature. This is supported by the results of the attention & emotion graphs analysis, which overall show that the average attention level of respondents is at 0.318, with an increase in the emotion of surprise experienced by respondents more than the emotion of happy. Although the Clip Feature offers significant benefits, users still experience difficulties in accessing it, which results in a decreased user experience. This research is expected to provide new recommendations in improving the user experience of YouTube website, specifically to make the Clip feature more accessible and effective to use.

Abstract

In this modern era, the use of technology in various fields of life is growing, especially in the financial sector such as digital payments. Digital payments are transactions made via the internet with various forms or electronic payment applications. This research utilizes one of the e-wallet applications, namely the DANA Application. As one of the digital payment applications, DANA's service quality is an important factor in competing with various e-wallet applications or other competitive digital payment applications, sentiment analysis of massive amounts of incoming review data is needed to understand user perceptions and satisfaction levels in order to help companies in decision making. This research analyzes 69632 user review data from May 1 to June 28, 2024, then classifies reviews into positive, negative, and neutral reviews based on aspects to find out the dominant aspects in the review data, as for the aspects determined in this study are mobile applications, interfaces, service performance, and security. This research compares various classification method algorithms to determine the performance of the model, the comparison results show that the Random Forest algorithm has the best performance of other algorithms studied based on evaluation metrics with accuracy 0.82, precision 0.82, recall 0.82, f1_score 0.82, AUC-ROC 0.92, and Cross Validation Mean Accuracy 0.822. This research is expected to produce useful and computerized knowledge extraction and provide perceptual understanding, user satisfaction, and insight into the most effective algorithms which can then help companies in making decisions in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of using the COBIT 5 framework in the Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM) domain in this study is to assess the maturity level of the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) at the Primaya Hospital Laboratory. The evaluation process focuses on three main aspects: EDM01 (Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance), EDM02 (Ensuring Risk Optimization), and EDM05 (Ensuring Transparency). Data were collected by involving the hospital’s IT team through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the analysis, the current maturity level of the HIMS ranges from level 2 to level 4, with a target of achieving level 4 (Predictable Process). A GAP analysis was conducted to compare the current system condition (as-is) with the desired condition (to-be). This study provides improvement recommendations, including the optimization of system governance and the enhancement of IT performance transparency. These recommendations are expected to support increased efficiency, effectiveness, and the strategic value of the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) at Primaya Hospital.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani (Poktan) Hidup Baru is located in Cempaka District, East Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, 123 km away from Sriwijaya University. Poktan Hidup Baru was established in 2020 by farmers in Cempaka District and is led by Ali Fauzan. With 29 members, most of them are rice and fruit farmers. The limited technology and literacy of the farmers means that they are not able to innovate. Therefore, the main problem in the Community Partnership Empowerment Programme is the lack of digital literacy and agricultural knowledge management skills. Therefore, this PKM programme aims to introduce knowledge management and improve farmers' skills in using the internet and mobile-based agricultural applications. In addition, this PKM programme also aims to support the transformation of higher education through the production of scientific publications and audio-visual works.Service activities are carried out in five stages: first, preparation; second, production of materials; third, advice; fourth, support; and fifth, monitoring.  The team provides advice and training on the culture of knowledge sharing and the use of agricultural applications such as Plantix. This application can help solve agricultural problems in identifying pests and plant diseases, irrigation and marketing agricultural products. The positive response from the Hidup Baru farmer group indicates the need for similar training in the future to improve farmers' knowledge and skills.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan utama bagi pemerintah yang harus dibayar oleh individu kepada pemerintah sebagai kontribusi keuangan untuk membiayai pengeluaran publik dan layanan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat untuk kemakmuran rakyat. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan UI/UX sistem V-TAX berbasis aplikasi mobile di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang untuk membantu wajib pajak mengakses informasi pajak, mengajukan surat permohonan pengurangan dan keberatan pajak, serta melakukan pembayaran pajak dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Human Centered Design (HCD) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Figma dalam membuat perancangan UI/UX. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi melalui penyebaran kuesioner, lalu dilakukannya brainstorming melalui diskusi dengan beberapa pegawai dalam memberikan ide-ide perancangan UI/UX. Kemudian, hasil perancangan UI/UX yang telah dibuat dievaluasi menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan wajib pajak.
