Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Ogan Ilir merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang memiliki tanggung jawab dalam pengumpulan dan pengolahan data statistik, khususnya terkait Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional. Survei ini dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi data seperti jumlah pekerja, pengangguran, dan aspek ketenagakerjaan lainnya. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat banyaknya proses yang berjalan, sehingga mengakibatkan lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan. Menganalisis dan menyempurnakan prosedur bisnis yang saat ini digunakan oleh BPS Kabupaten Ogan Ilir adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Analisis validasi proses, waktu, dan simulasi sumber daya, serta proses bisnis yang direkomendasikan, semuanya disimulasikan menggunakan Bizagi Modeler. Proses bisnis survei dievaluasi dan ditingkatkan melalui penerapan metodologi Business Process Improvement (BPI). Bisnis dan organisasi pemerintah dapat meningkatkan produktivitas di tingkat proses bisnis dengan bantuan kerangka kerja Business Process Improvement (BPI). Sebelum memodelkan alur proses bisnis, akan diterapkan salah satu fase dari BPI, yaitu streamlining yang berfungsi menyederhanakan proses bisnis saat ini menjadi lebih optimal dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya dan waktu. Pemodelan proses bisnis dapat digambarkan dengan diagram yang disebut Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses bisnis baru (to be) membutuhkan 27 hari, 21 jam, dan 39 menit, sedangkan proses bisnis lama (as is) membutuhkan 38 hari dan 14 jam. Selain itu, penghematan waktu sekitar 10 hari, 4 jam, dan 21 menit ditunjukkan dalam perbandingan ini.

Abstract

This study compares the performance of Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) for sentiment classification of men’s shirt product reviews on Shopee. A dataset of 500 reviews was collected via web scraping and processed through case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming, followed by TF-IDF feature extraction. The data was split at an 80:20 ratio and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The main contribution of this study is demonstrating that despite both algorithms achieving equal overall accuracy of 93%, SVM outperforms Naive Bayes in detecting negative sentiment on a class-imbalanced dataset, with SVM attaining a negative class recall of 0.87 and F1-score of 0.88 compared to 0.80 and 0.87 for Naive Bayes. These findings provide practical guidance for selecting an appropriate classifier in imbalanced e-commerce review classification tasks.

Abstract

Abstract The Infant Mortality and Toddler Mortality rates are still relatively high in Indonesia. Data from the South Sumatra Health Office shows a relatively high number of infant and toddler mortality cases in Banyuasin and Musi Banyuasin Regency, with about 68 and 51 cases in 2017. Through the Program Kerja Sama (PKS) of the family health directorate of the health ministry of the Republic of Indonesia and the Public Health Faculty of Sriwijaya University. Find problems related to the absence of instruments in digital form, which are useful for conducting studies on infant and under-five mortality problems in health facilities, which were expected to assist in recording and reporting the review process run more effectively and efficiently. This research uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) method because it optimizes the application prototype according to the needs and desires of the end-user, which in this case is the health worker in the Health Facilities in Banyuasin and Musi Banyuasin Regency. The UCD method phases include understanding the use context, specifying the user requirements, designing the solutions, and evaluating against requirements. The results of the study were that the average usability score was 94, meaning that this application's prototype has been made according to the needs and desires of end-users. Also, the prototype of this application is feasible to implement.

Abstract

Guru mata pelajaran dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan professional yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, yaitu setiap guru harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogic, kepribadian, professional dan social. Pengembangan keempat kompetensi tersebut perlu terus dikembangkan, baik melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, maupun kerja kelompok atau organisasi profesi guru. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa salah satunya disebabkan karena guru belum menggunakan media animasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran masih berlangsung secara konvensional, dimana aktivitas menulis lebih dominan dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengajar. Dengan pelatihan program Quipper School dapat meningkatkan keterampilan para guru dalam membuat media ajar berbasis multimedia. program Quipper School adalah platform sekolah digital tanpa biaya. Melalui platform ini, guru dapat mengirim dan mengelola materi pembelajaran, ujian, serta nilai siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah dengan cara peragaran dan demontrasi program Quipper School. Dari hasil kuisiner setelah pelatihan 90 % peserta berhasil dalam membuat media ajar.

Abstract

Kepatuhan terhadap Service Level Agreement (SLA) sangat penting dalam manajemen layanan teknologi informasi untuk menjamin kualitas layanan dan mengatur ekspektasi penyelesaian insiden. Namun, banyak organisasi kesulitan memprediksi apakah tiket insiden akan memenuhi SLA, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pengguna, eskalasi masalah, dan beban kerja tinggi bagi tim IT. Tingginya volume tiket harian membuat identifikasi manual terhadap tiket berisiko tinggi menjadi tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model klasifikasi berbasis machine learning untuk memprediksi kepatuhan tiket terhadap SLA. Empat algoritma dievaluasi: XGBoost, Random Forest, Decision Tree, dan Logistic Regression. Tahapan mencakup preprocessing, encoding fitur kategorikal, seleksi fitur berbasis Random Forest, penyeimbangan data menggunakan SMOTE, dan hyperparameter tuning dengan Optuna. Hasil menunjukkan XGBoost memiliki performa terbaik dengan akurasi 99,98%, precision 0,9437, recall 0,9710, dan F1-score 0,9571. Selain akurat dan efisien, model ini unggul secara interpretatif melalui SHAP, yang menjelaskan kontribusi tiap fitur. Kesimpulannya, XGBoost direkomendasikan sebagai model paling andal untuk menjadi alat bantu strategis bagi manajer layanan TI dalam mengidentifikasi insiden yang berisiko tinggi gagal memenuhi SLA.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia has triggered a massive accumulation of over 65,000 customer reviews, yet it is often accompanied by information pollution in the form of non-informative reviews that hinder consumer decision-making processes. This research aims to extract new knowledge regarding these review characteristics through the implementation of the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) framework, integrating a hybrid K-Means Clustering and Random Forest algorithm. Diverging from conventional classification approaches, this study utilizes K-Means as an exploratory instrument to naturally map six latent topic patterns of reviews based on their textual structure. Experiments were conducted on 35,000 data samples using TF-IDF features enriched by cluster labels as structural predictors. The results indicate that the hybrid model achieves 94.41% accuracy with an F1-score of 0.90 for the non-informative class, showing high stability via 5-Fold Cross-Validation (94.56% ± 0.19%) . The most crucial knowledge discovery is evidenced through SHAP analysis, where the cluster feature ranks 7th out of 1,001 predictor features, confirming that semantic grouping provides a richer structural context than pure lexical features . Furthermore, error analysis reveals specific linguistic challenges such as sarcasm and semantic ambiguity as constraints in automated review detection . This research provides a managerial contribution to e-commerce platforms in enhancing information quality and mitigating information overload issues.

Abstract

Sulawesi is one of Indonesia's most tectonically complex regions, situated at the meeting point of major plates and active fault systems, which results in significant seismic activity. This study aims to analyze seismicity anomalies in Sulawesi from 2021 to 2026 using the Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN) algorithm applied to United States Geological Survey (USGS) data. The methodology involves a hybrid approach for parameter optimization, utilizing both the K-Distance Graph (KneeLocator) and Grid Search to ensure results are geologically representative. From an initial dataset of 859 events, 839 earthquake records were processed after geographic filtering, showing an average magnitude of 4.80 and an average depth of 70.15 km. The analysis reveals that the optimal parameters (ε = 0.2897 and MinPts = 3) produced 25 distinct clusters that align with real geological structures such as the Palu-Koro Fault and the Molucca Sea subduction zone. The algorithm successfully identified 66 points (7.87%) as seismic anomalies or noise, representing sporadic tectonic activity outside primary density zones. Furthermore, Convex Hull visualization identified a significant "seismic gap" between the Palu-Koro segment and Southeast Sulawesi, indicating a high-risk zone for potential future energy release. These findings demonstrate that density-based clustering is highly effective for mapping seismic hazards in complex tectonic regions, providing vital data for sustainable disaster mitigation planning in Sulawesi.
