The magnitude of the influence of supervision is expressed by the coefficient of determination of 88%. Academic supervision carried out by principals has a very important function for teachers in improving their performance in relation to their main duties and functions. Based on the results of multiple regression obtained from the analysis of the table, R square is 98.7 which is the square of 0.9942 This score is the coefficient of determination which is the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

This article investigates the emergence of terrorism in Indonesia through the anomie sociological perspective. The data for this analysis was gathered from various sources, including documents of terrorist attacks in Indonesia from the internet, personal diaries, and interviews with terrorist prisoners. The anomie theory provides a means of analysis to illuminate the understanding of terrorism, its roots, and causes. From the anomie perspective, terrorism is not viewed as a savage group that allows the killing of innocent people nor a political party that wants to destroy and seize the secular government or Western countries. In the Indonesian context, terrorism is just seen as deviant groups or individuals resulted from global capitalism that destroys the equilibrium of the Muslim world. The anomie consists of two distinct forms: the terrorist attacks and the anomic interpretation of the Islamic holy text (Quran and Sunnah). Both conditions result in a threat to the government that they consider as infidel and aligned with the West. The anomie theory provides more promising remedies to abolish terrorism more permanently and to reduce the tensions between the government and the terrorists by proposing social integration and restoring equilibrium in the Muslim world, especially in Indonesia, as a focus for implementing these remedies.

Abstract

Agricultural extension is an important and strategic activity that cannot be separated from development in the agricultural sector. Agricultural extension is the spearhead of development at the field level, which also determines the development of the farming system run by farmers or farmer groups. One indicator of the role of agricultural extension is the development of farmer groups, which is shown through their abilities in terms of both technical and management of the farming business being run. This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of rice farmers with the role of Field Agricultural Instructors (PPL) in increasing farming productivity in Muaradua Kisam District, South Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency. The research used a survey method with a simple random sampling technique, where 60 lowland rice farmers from a total population of 120 farmers were used as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews and then analyzed using a descriptive approach. The research results show that most of the attributes of extension services have met the level of farmer satisfaction, especially in providing extension services with a friendly attitude and the application of farming technology. However, there are several attributes, such as organizing farmer groups and providing complete technological information, which do not fully satisfy farmers. This conclusion indicates the need to increase the capacity of extension workers in building effective communication and cooperation to increase farmer satisfaction and support the sustainable development of the agricultural sector in the research area.
