Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of non-formal education based on women’s empowerment in enhancing business competence, economic independence, and household welfare in the era of social transformation. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and credible websites with a publication range between 1964–2025. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis, which involved organising information, identifying key themes, comparing findings across studies, and presenting comprehensive interpretations. From 50 initial articles, after a strict selection process based on relevance and quality, 32 articles were used as the main sources. The results indicate that non-formal education contributes significantly to building women’s entrepreneurial skills, increasing financial independence, and strengthening family welfare. The integration of digital literacy, social capital reinforcement, and community support has proven to enhance the effectiveness of non-formal education programs amid the dynamics of social transformation. This study also highlights the relevance of Human Capital Theory, Empowerment Theory, Capability Approach, and Network Society in understanding the relationship between non-formal education and women’s empowerment. The findings provide practical implications for the development of community-based programs, theoretical implications in enriching the literature on women’s empowerment, and policy implications in formulating sustainable socio-economic development strategies.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku generasi muda dalam memilih fasilitas kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Analisis ini kami lakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Generasi muda menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti akses terhadap literasi tentang kesehatan. Selain itu, pada usia yang masih muda, terdapat potensi yang dapat mengganggu perkembangan mental dan psikis seperti kecanduan, isolasi sosial, dan penggunaan narkoba. Meskipun terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari keluarga, banyak anak muda memilih untuk tidak mengikuti jejak orang tuanya dalam hal perilaku atas konsumsi produk dan jasa tertentu. Pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai kondisi sosial, kondisi ekonomi, dan dinamika keluarga penting untuk pertumbuhan generasi muda yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of interest rates, rupiah exchange rates and gold prices on stock returns in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was 60 LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020, while the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique to obtain 30 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis technique with the Eviews 9 program. The research results show that the rupiah exchange rate has a significant negative effect on stock returns while the gold price has a significant negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, interest rates do not have a significant effect on stock returns. The implication of this research is that investors must know and be able to predict the state of interest rates, the rupiah exchange rate and the price of gold before investing in shares. Suggestions for further research are to add other macro variables (inflation, world oil prices and other commodity prices) and internal company variables in the hope of being able to analyze more representative stock return movements. Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam monitoring dan mitigasi bencana alam berbasis data lingkungan di Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Banyumas, Kabupaten Banyumas. Desa ini memiliki potensi kerawanan terhadap bencana alam seperti banjir dan tanah longsor, namun masih terbatas dalam hal pemantauan dan mitigasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan berbasis ceramah dan diskusi yang melibatkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka tentang jenis-jenis bencana, teknologi peringatan dini, dan pentingnya pemantauan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat setelah pelatihan, khususnya dalam pemahaman tentang bencana alam dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mitigasi. Selain itu, masyarakat juga menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran untuk berperan aktif dalam mitigasi bencana menggunakan teknologi. Dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis sensor dan cloud computing, desa ini dapat lebih siap dalam menghadapi potensi bencana, dan mengurangi kerugian yang ditimbulkan. Pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk implementasi serupa di desa-desa lain yang memiliki potensi kerawanan bencana yang serupa. Abstract

The Karangpucung Housing Area in Purwokerto Selatan District frequently faces local flooding problems due to increased rainfall intensity and limited water absorption areas caused by urbanization. This condition is further exacerbated by the community’s lack of understanding regarding the importance of water conservation and simple technologies for flood mitigation. To address this issue, this community service activity was conducted with the aim of providing education and concrete action through socialization and the construction of rainwater infiltration wells. The activity was carried out from April to May 2025 using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach and a community-based approach to encourage active community involvement. The activity stages included site surveys, socialization and outreach, technical training on infiltration well construction, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that 50 residents actively participated in the socialization and training activities, and 10 infiltration wells were successfully built at strategic locations previously prone to flooding. Residents also demonstrated improved understanding of the function of infiltration wells and the importance of water conservation as part of hydrometeorological disaster mitigation. Testimonials from residents indicated a significant reduction in flooding following the well construction. This program demonstrates the effectiveness of an educational and participatory approach in encouraging behavioral change among the community. Moving forward, regular maintenance strategies and the involvement of other stakeholders are needed to ensure that this program can be replicated and expanded to other areas facing similar issues.

Abstract

This community service program aims to optimize the use of renewable energy through the development of household-scale Solar Power Plants (PLTS) in Jetis Village, Nusawungu District, Cilacap Regency. The initiative is motivated by the limited access to stable electrici7. The implementation method adopts a participatory approach that directly involves the local community in every stage—from identifying energy needs, providing technical training, and installing the solar power system, to establishing a local energy management institution. The results show that the implementation of a PLTS system with a capacity of 450–500 Wp can meet up to 75–85% of household electricity needs and reduce electricity expenses by 35–40%. In addition, there was an increase in the community’s knowledge and awareness of clean energy, indicated by a 37% average improvement in energy literacy scores after the training. Socially, the formation of the Papringan Village Energy Group serves to ensure the sustainability of the system and strengthen community solidarity in energy management. The program also positively impacts local economic activities, particularly small household businesses in seafood processing and culinary sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perbedaan hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu serta permasalahan aktual didalam perusahaan yaitu tingginya tingkat perputaran karyawan pada tahun 2023 mencapai 22,31%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Karya Jasa Mandiri Utama Cilacap. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 111 karyawan dan sampel penelitian 91 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Karya Jasa Mandiri Utama Cilacap. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Karya Jasa Mandiri Utama Cilacap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, pertumbuhan ekonomi, nilai tukar, dan harga emas terhadap indeks harga saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2020-2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel profitabilitas diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 0,480662 lebih kecil dari nilai ttabel sebesar 1,66571, yang artinya variabel profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap indeks harga saham. Sedangkan variabel likuiditas diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,952980, variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,177028, variabel nilai tukar diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,850335, variabel harga emas diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,051622. Nilai thitung tersebut lebih besar dari nilai ttabel sebesar 1,66571, yang artinya variabel likuiditas, pertumbuhan ekonomi, nilai tukar, dan harga emas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi, perlunya investor mempertimbangkan variabel likuiditas, pertumbuhan ekonomi, nilai tukar, dan harga emas dalam menentukan keputusan investasi karena terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to apply artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to optimize the electricity distribution network, focusing on improving efficiency, responsiveness, and integration of renewable energy. Deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms are used to learn energy load patterns and adjust distribution in real-time. Through simulation of the electricity distribution network, this research found a 15% increase in energy efficiency, a reduction in response time by 85%, a 10% increase in maximum load capacity, and a 25% increase in the use of renewable energy. Additionally, operational costs of the network decreased by 12% due to automation generated by AI. The innovation of this research lies in the efficient integration of renewable energy sources and load management through more accurate prediction. The research results show that applying AI in the electricity distribution network can provide an effective and sustainable solution to reduce power loss and operational costs, as well as support the use of renewable energy. Therefore, this research contributes to the development of a smarter and more environmentally friendly electricity distribution system.

Abstract

This study aims to enrich the body of knowledge related to community service, particularly in the context of sustainable innovation as an effort to develop an adaptive and resilient social ecosystem. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method analyzed descriptively. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites with a publication range from 1984 to 2026. Of the 50 articles identified in the initial stage, a rigorous selection process was conducted based on relevance, quality, and methodological suitability, resulting in 37 articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that sustainable innovation in community service plays a strategic role in enhancing individual and community capacities, strengthening social resilience, and fostering the development of adaptive social ecosystems. Innovative approaches that integrate technology, community participation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration have proven effective in improving program effectiveness and sustainability. Furthermore, the findings reveal that successful implementation is significantly influenced by policy support, access to resources, and the community’s ability to adapt to change. However, several challenges remain, including limited innovation literacy, lack of synergy among stakeholders, and financial constraints. Therefore, more integrated and sustainable strategies are required to optimize the role of innovation in community service.
