Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in every business activity, so that every form of business activity or organization requires the support of reliable human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine whether workload, work discipline and compensation have an effect on employee performance. The population of this study were employees of UD Margo Mulyo in Purwokerto. The sampling technique was simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. There were 60 respondents. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload have a negative but not significant effect on employee performance. Leaders should pay attention to workload, work discipline and employee compensation in order to be optimal in achieving their business goals

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Yaris secaraparsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif .Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 185  responden  dengan teknik purposivesampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. .Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: walaupun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, secaraparsial gaya hidup tetap berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan Thitung (7,384) > Ttabel (0,255) , dan secara parsial gaya hidupberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan Thitung (0,799) > Ttabel (0,018), dan secara simultan dan bersama-sama iklan dan citra merekberpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan Fhitung (13,314). Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Gaya Hidup, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment, leadership, work motivation, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Banyumas Family Venture Business Partner. The population is employees of the marketing department (Account Officer) with a sampling technique using random sampling. The feasibility test of the model was carried out through the F test and showed that the results of this research model were feasible. The test results show that the physical work environment, leadership, work motivation, compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses are accepted. Suggestions in this study are: the importance of a work environment that is free from noise, the need for leaders to absorb ideas from subordinates, employees need to apply a voluntary attitude to their work, educational incentives need to be given to employees who want to continue their education

Abstract

This study examines how marketing assistance manages inquiry boobking and social media e-blasts. Inquiry booking record management manages potential clients. Marketing assistance can help manage inquiry booking records by recording and processing inquiries swiftly, following up on unanswered inquiries, and giving accurate and up-to-date reports for each inquiry booking. Popular email and social media e-blasts market products and services. Today's competitive business environment requires marketing support for enquiry bookings and social media e-blasts. Inquiry booking management and social media e-blast campaigns can boost a company's revenue. Social media e-blast strategy, implementation, and evaluation necessitate marketing support. Marketing support may help determine the right audience, generate compelling content, and choose the ideal social media platform for social media e-blast campaign design. Marketing support can help organize regular e-blasts to build brand trust. The study examines marketing support's importance in the company. This study also examines marketing support elements and tactics for managing enquiry booking records and social media e-blasts.

Abstract

Kesiapan dan aksesibitas SDM unggul harus diselaraskan dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Negara Indonesia yang berpenduduk sekitar 275 juta jiwa ini memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusianya. Namun mempersiapkan sumber daya manusianya untuk bersaing di pasar global menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Oleh karena melalui program kemitraan antara lembaga pendidikan dengan berbagai organisasi merupakan sarana transfer informasi terbaik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di masyarakat. Dalam rangka menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, para dosen Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwekerto berencana melakukan kegiatan pelatihan di bersama Karangtaruna. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 periode waktu yakni pada tanggal 21 dan 28 September 2022 dengan judul pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan software Adobe Photoshop pada ibu PKK dan Karang Taruna, pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 11 peserta yang terdari dari 10 elemen ibu PKK dan 10 peserta elemen Karang Taruna. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung yang dikemas kedalam 3 model pembelajaran seperti ceramah, praktik dan sharing session, hasil dari kegiatan ini mampu memberikan pengalaman baru, meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan bagi peserta dalam membuat suatu objek desain. Tingkat pemahaman peserta semula adalah sebesar 48,18% dan diakhir pelatihan peserta mampu meningkatkan pemahaman sebesar 29,09% sehingga pemahaman peserta kini mencapai 77,27%. Kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan berdasarkan nilai tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan sebesar 72,4%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the stages of implementing an integrated marketing communications strategy for MSMEs to build brand awareness through Instagram social media. The paradigm used is a constructivist paradigm. The research approach used is a qualitative-descriptive approach. The instruments for this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data processing is carried out by recording the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies, as well as identifying problems and planning. The data analysis technique used by researchers is a qualitative data analysis technique, referring to the technique proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely the interactive model. This technique consists of the following three components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. It can be concluded that in public relations and publicity activities, MSMEs do not have a public relations division. Therefore, all control is still held by the marketing division. As for publicity, MSMEs use Instagram as their main means of conveying information. Judging from the conclusions that the researchers have presented, there is a match between the concept or theory regarding integrated marketing communication strategy and the marketing communication strategies that SMEs implement in the field. However, there is one element that is not implemented, namely the public relations element, because it is still part of the marketing division, but regarding publicity, SMEs use Instagram as their publicity medium.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat pada masa pandemi membuat perusahaan untuk memiliki strategi yang tepat agar unggul dalam bersaing dengan perusahaan lain atau mampu menjalankan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana strategi pengembangan bisnis PT Indofood Sukses Makmur pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Metode SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan memilih strategi yang tepat untuk daya saing perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa PT Indofood memiliki sejumlah strategi untuk memaksimalkan penjualan di masa pandemi. Faktor pendukung dalam memaksimalkan penjualan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 agar berjalan dengan baik diantaranya meningkatkan promosi yang menarik yang ditujukan untuk konsumen baru agar semakin melekatkan nama brand dengan baik

Abstract

Introduction: Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) primarily affects the respiratory system and other organ systems which limit respiratory and physical status. The aim of this study is to evaluate functional capacity COVID-19 survivor among workers in Koja Public Health Center Methods: participant were enrolled on March-April 2022. Demographics, symptoms, functional scale post COVID-19 questionnaire, risk stratification, and 6-min walk test (6mwt) were analysed. Patients unable to walk were excluded from the study. Results: 79 participants, 38% was a health care worker, had a median age 33 (21-57) years and 43 women (54.4%). Men had higher 6mwt 518.2 (120-625.8) meter while women had 457 (340-600) meter p (<0.001), VO2max 17.47 (9.74-20.67) in men and 16.45 (14.07-19.19) in women p (<0.001), and METs 5.02 (2.78-5.90) in men and 4.69 (4.02-5.48) in women p (<0.001). Most of the participant had good fitness, 10 participant (12.7%) had functional limitation; 2 participants (2.5%) still had symptom. Conclusion: Despite being COVID-19 survivors, the workers at the Koja Public Health Center have good functional capacity.
