Abstract

One of the issues facing the planet is energy. Energy's significant role influences numerous local economic activities in society. To prepare for growing fuel prices, cheap, accessible alternative fuel is required. The strategy employed for this community service is socialization and training, and it is done offline (face-to-face) while still paying attention to the health program. This PkM task is broken down into multiple steps. Planning comes first, followed by gathering equipment and supplies, making briquette samples, and finally, implementing the strategy. The activity found that approximately 15 housewives participated in this PkM activity. Providing information about the energy sources needed in Indonesia and their use is part of this PkM's work program. The community service projects that have been completed are anticipated to have a beneficial impact on society and the environment, mainly on the locals of Gili Sampang Kebon Jeruk. The training participants were quite proactive during the activity, which can be proven from several questions to make alternative energy fuels good and maximum that the community can utilize. The PkM team and participants created a mutual agreement that synergizes with each other to develop alternative energy sources in the form of fuels that benefit the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Telkom Witel Jatim Selatan. Pengukuran kompensasi finansial pada penelitian ini berdasarkan pada item-item seperti pembayaran pokok (gaji atau upah), pembayaran prestasi, pembayaran insentif (bonus dan komisi), pembayaran tertangguh, proteksi (pesangon), luar jam kerja (lembur dan komisi hari libur), fasilitas (dana transport dan uang makan). Item kompensasi non finansial antara lain jaminan dalam jabatan, jaminan kesehatan (karyawan dan keluarga), peluang promosi, penghargaan tertulis dan tidak tertulis, kebebasan memberikan pendapat, peraturan kerja yang jelas, sanksi yang obyektif, dan kesempatan pengembangan karir.Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 karyawan, angka tersebut didapat dengan mengunakan teknik simple random sampling dan telah ditentukan dengan rumus slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif variabel dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi finansial dan non finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Telkom. Variabel kompensasi non finansial menjadi variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja. Besarnya pengaruh (R2) variabel independen tersebut terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Telkom adalah sebesar 62,3%, sedangkan sisanya yakni sebesar 37,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial

Abstract

This research aims to outline the strategies of teachers at Rumahku Tinggi Kindergarten in facing the Era 5.0. Era 5.0 is marked by teacher abilities which include the 4c's, namely creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration. In theory, one of the efforts to face the challenges of the 5.0 revolution is that teachers need to carry out self-management, social aspects of human and machine relations, practical innovation of smart learning, and skills upgrading. This research uses qualitative research methods, with the population and research sample covering all activities in the school as well as the principal, curriculum area and class teachers as the research sample. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Research analysis goes through several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that first the teachers carry out self-management from the beginning of learning to the end of the activity. Second, adaptability carried out by teachers is skill upgrading, which is carried out by further study, attending various types of training that supports improving the quality of training and conducting regular evaluations or work meetings. Third, namely practical innovation of smart learning. Teachers carry out practical innovation of smart learning in the form of applying the read aloud method to reading activities with children. The fourth adaptability is social aspects of human and machine relations. This form of adaptability cannot yet be implemented optimally due to limited technological facilities.Keyword : Competencies, Teachers, Challenges, Era 5.0.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan strategi guru-guru di TK Rumahku Tinggi dalam menghadapi Era 5.0. Era 5.0 ditandai dengan kemampuan guru yang meliputi 4c, yaitu kreativitas, berpikir kritis, komunikasi, kolaborasi. Secara teori, salah satu upaya untuk menghadapi tantangan revolusi 5.0 adalah guru perlu melakukan manajemen diri, aspek sosial hubungan manusia dan mesin, inovasi praktis pembelajaran cerdas, dan peningkatan keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan populasi dan sampel penelitian meliputi seluruh kegiatan di sekolah serta kepala sekolah, bidang kurikulum dan guru kelas sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis penelitian melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama-tama guru melakukan manajemen diri dari awal pembelajaran hingga akhir kegiatan. Kedua, kemampuan beradaptasi yang dilakukan guru adalah peningkatan keterampilan, yang dilakukan dengan studi lanjut, mengikuti berbagai jenis pelatihan yang mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelatihan dan melakukan evaluasi atau rapat kerja secara berkala. Ketiga, yaitu inovasi praktis smart learning. Guru melakukan inovasi praktis smart learning berupa penerapan metode read aloud pada kegiatan membaca bersama anak. Kemampuan beradaptasi keempat adalah aspek sosial dari hubungan manusia dan mesin. Bentuk kemampuan beradaptasi ini belum dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal karena keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi.

Abstract

Village head elections are an exercise of popular sovereignty. success requires political communication in the pilkades. Nazaruddin is an incumbent village head who served for three consecutive terms in the Sungai Sebesi village head election. This phenomenon indicates success in maintaining power by using political communication. The purpose of this research is to see how the political communication of the incumbent village head in winning the pilkades. The research method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that in maintaining stature and strengthening institutions Nazaruddin always maintains a good personality and improves his performance for the advancement of village development. creating togetherness he shows by uniting common goals to advance the village even better in the future. building consensus Nazaruddin always prioritizes common interests, and always opens himself in every decision making.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward, punishment dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Populasi yang diamati adalah karyawan Perum Damri SBU Transjakarta Koridor 1 & 8 dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan reward dan punishment tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial di Perum Damri SBU Transjakarta Koridor 1 & 8. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan Perum Damri SBU Transjakarta Koridor 1 & 8 maka reward, punishment dan lingkungan kerja harus dipertimbangkan secara intensif

Abstract

This paper studies about the model of implementation of integration between Islam and science in Islamic Religious Universities in Indonesia. The transformation from State Institute of Islamic Studies (IAIN) to the State University of Islamic Studies needs the strong spirit to combine between religious knowledge and secular sciences. This spirit may be seen at the consideration clause about the policy of determination of division of sciences as found at PMA RI No. 36 Tahun 2009 which mentioned the need of the integration of the sciences performed by religious colleges. This article is the library-based paper that use the standar procedur in scientific writing. As the result of the article that there at least two models of Islamic- science integration. Both are the model of Islamization of knowledge and the scientificazation of Islam. The first one may be accomodated for the general study program that combined with the islamic value, while the other one may be accomodated for the religious studies that combined with new approach in order to more useful to answer the modernity challenges and fit with the mankind need. Both kind of models have the special advantages, only in model of scientifization of Islam more likely hoped to contribute the new original knowledge.

Abstract

This article departs from the view that the construction of values /morals / ihsan in Islam cannot be separated from the construction offaith (akidah) and Islam (worship). Similar to the relationshipbetween ontology (wujud), epistemology (ma'rifah), and axiology(qimah). The classical Islamic tradition is very rich with thediscussion on the epistemology of value, and this needs to beaddressed when issues of faith, worship, and values becomeproblematic and are seen as dichotomous in moslem society. Theresults of the study: First, the epistemology of values in the intellectualrealm of Islam can be grouped into two main schools, namely: 1) Therational school with 'aql as a source of value and has the ability toknow good and bad, even to know Allah Swt. Also known as objectiveethics; 2) Traditional schools, with revelation or inspiration / intuitionas the basis of values. It is also called subjective ethics, because thescope of its application is in certain areas, namely the believers, whobelieve in the truth of the revelation. Second, the issue of values ormorals is closely related to knowledge of the ins and outs of the soulas is the opinion of rationalists (Muslim philosophers), but theexperience dimension also plays an important role as the opinion oftraditionalists / intuitionists. Third, the dichotomous view of thesource of value makes it very possible for the birth of disintegrationin the main pillars of Islam, namely: Iman, Islam, and Ihsan.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the discourse narrative evolving from Salafi-Wahhabi scholars regarding Kalam (Islamic theology), including how this discourse is generated and disseminated. What was once a concern confined to a limited circle has now become a public issue accessible to anyone from diverse backgrounds. Thus, the discourse battle within Islamic thought has shifted its battleground, considering vastly different circumstances compared to its development in the past. This research falls under media studies utilizing content analysis. It delves deeply into the issues circulating on social media related to Salafi-Wahhabi preaching about Kalam (Islamic Theology). The findings of this article are twofold: Firstly, Salafi-Wahhabi groups often emphasize a discourse rejecting the use of theological speculation and philosophy in religious understanding. They argue that the Quran and Hadith as primary Islamic sources suffice as guidance in religious practices. They tend to reject rational and philosophical approaches in comprehending Islamic teachings, prioritizing a literal textual understanding. Salafi-Wahhabis stress literalism in religious interpretation and frequently view the understanding of Kalam (rational theology) as potentially confusing to creed and introducing concepts not found in sacred texts. Secondly, Salafi-Wahhabi groups have effectively utilized social media to disseminate their religious narrative. They possess significant financial support for producing high-quality religious content. Technological advancements have allowed them to reach broader and deeper audiences with their narrative. Social media has become a crucial tool in reinforcing their religious understanding and perspectives while also posing challenges in terms of social media literacy and religious tolerance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Akidah Akhlak dalam menanamkan karakter peserta didik kelas VII di MTs Islamiyah Gedongsari melalui metode ceramah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Akidah Akhlak dan peserta didik kelas VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter peserta didik di MTs Islamiyah Gedongsari secara umum sudah terbentuk dengan baik, ditandai dengan sikap disiplin, jujur, tanggung jawab, serta kepedulian terhadap sesama. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru meliputi pembiasaan kegiatan religius seperti shalat dhuha berjamaah, membaca Asmaul Husna, dan shalat dzuhur berjamaah. Metode ceramah digunakan secara komunikatif dan dikombinasikan dengan pemberian nasihat, studi kasus, serta penguatan motivasi. Guru juga berperan sebagai teladan dan motivator dalam proses pembentukan karakter. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya perhatian orang tua dan pengaruh lingkungan luar. Meskipun demikian, strategi yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang religius dan berakhlak mulia.
