Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Podcast terhadap keterampilan mendengarkan siswa kelas 7 MTsN 1 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini didorong oleh kebutuhan akan materi mendengarkan yang menarik untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bahasa Inggris siswa. Metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen sejati digunakan, yang melibatkan dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, masing-masing terdiri dari 38 siswa. Kedua kelompok menjalani tes awal dan tes akhir, tetapi hanya kelompok eksperimen yang menerima instruksi berbasis BBC Podcast. Item tes divalidasi dan terbukti reliabel menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment melalui IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan mendengarkan kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, BBC Podcast efektif dalam mendukung keterampilan mendengarkan siswa dan menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut transformasi pendidikan yang tidak hanya fokus pada pencapaian kognitif, tetapi juga pada kedalaman pengalaman belajar siswa melalui pendekatan deep learning. Di tengah rendahnya skor PISA Indonesia, integrasi prinsip meaningful, mindful, dan joyful menjadi krusial untuk membangun kompetensi abad ke-21 di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa kelas V SDN Serang 13 terhadap implementasi ketiga aspek pembelajaran mendalam tersebut dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner yang melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara acak dari total populasi 101 siswa pada November 2025. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek meaningful dan joyful mencapai tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, masing-masing sebesar 85%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa siswa merasa materi sangat relevan dengan kehidupan nyata dan suasana belajar berlangsung sangat menyenangkan. Namun, aspek mindful menunjukkan hasil yang kontras dengan tingkat kepuasan hanya sebesar 45%. Temuan ini mengungkap adanya kesenjangan signifikan dalam kemampuan refleksi diri, kepercayaan diri untuk berpendapat, dan kemandirian siswa dalam pemecahan masalah. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Serang 13 telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang bermakna dan menggembirakan, penguatan pada strategi metakognisi dan aktivitas reflektif sangat diperlukan agar kesadaran diri siswa dapat berkembang secara optimal sejalan dengan kegembiraan belajar yang telah terbentuk.

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era digital saat ini ditandai dengan penetrasi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) yang masif melalui model personalisasi pembelajaran, namun perkembangan ini sering kali hanya menitikberatkan pada aspek teknis tanpa landasan filosofis yang kokoh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah implementasi AI dalam dunia pendidikan melalui tinjauan mendalam pada dimensi ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi, serta mengaitkannya dengan regulasi pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis, di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur kebijakan dan teori filsafat untuk kemudian disintesis menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara ontologis, AI mengubah hakikat interaksi pedagogis menjadi hubungan termediasi data yang berisiko mereduksi eksistensi kemanusiaan. Secara epistemologis, terjadi pergeseran otoritas kebenaran dari guru ke algoritma yang menuntut penguatan literasi kritis peserta didik dalam memvalidasi informasi. Secara aksiologi, tantangan utama muncul pada degradasi integritas akademik dan nilai etis akibat prioritas efisiensi mekanistik. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa personalisasi pembelajaran berbasis AI harus dikembalikan pada hakikatnya sebagai alat untuk memanusiakan manusia, selaras dengan semangat Merdeka Belajar dan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Sinkronisasi antara kecanggihan teknologi dan nilai karakter bangsa menjadi syarat mutlak agar pendidikan tetap berfungsi sebagai proses pembentukan akhlak mulia, bukan sekadar pemrosesan data kognitif. Penekanan pada pedagogi hati dan etika digital direkomendasikan sebagai pilar utama dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi di masa depan.

Abstract

The Smart School era demands teachers to adapt to complex digital ecosystems, yet these requirements often overlook the essential aspect of educator well-being, which is vital for career sustainability. This article aims to explore the challenges to teacher well-being and the role of organizational responses in mitigating risks within the digital era. Utilizing a narrative literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific sources concerning technostress, digital burnout, and human resource management in educational institutions. The review findings indicate that technology integration, when not accompanied by adequate organizational support, triggers emotional exhaustion and diminishes teachers' intention to remain in the profession. It was found that teachers' occupational well-being is significantly influenced by school structures, digital workloads, and technology-related self-efficacy. In conclusion, organizational responses through empathetic digital leadership, continuous professional training, and policies that safeguard work-life balance are imperative to ensure teacher career sustainability in the future. Abstract

Inclusive education has become a global priority to ensure equal access to quality education for children with special needs. However, its implementation in developing countries remains challenging, particularly for teachers who play a central role in inclusive classrooms. This study aims to systematically examine the challenges faced by teachers in implementing inclusive education for children with special needs in developing countries through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review analyzed peer-reviewed national and international journal articles published between 2021 and 2025 and retrieved from academic databases relevant to inclusive education. The findings reveal that teachers encounter multidimensional challenges, including limited pedagogical competence, psychological burden, inadequate institutional support, policy–practice gaps, and socio-cultural barriers. These challenges are interrelated and reflect broader systemic issues within educational systems in developing countries. This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of recent evidence and offers insights for policymakers, educational institutions, and teacher education programs to strengthen inclusive education through systemic and sustainable approaches. Abstract

School leadership plays a strategic role in shaping organizational culture that supports the effectiveness and sustainability of educational institutions. In the context of increasing demands for school quality and accountability, organizational culture has become a crucial factor influencing teachers’ behavior, collaboration, and commitment. This study aims to examine the role of school leadership in fostering an effective organizational culture through a systematic literature-based approach. The study analyzes recent scholarly publications discussing the relationship between school leadership, organizational culture, and organizational behavior in educational settings. The findings indicate that effective school leadership, characterized by participative, value-based, and supportive practices, significantly contributes to the development of a positive organizational culture. Such a culture encourages collaboration, trust, professional commitment, and continuous improvement within schools. This study highlights the importance of leadership capacity development as a key strategy for strengthening organizational culture and improving overall school effectiveness. Abstract

Educational leadership in the 21st century faces increasingly complex challenges driven by rapid technological advancement, social change, and moral issues in educational practices. These conditions require educational leaders to not only possess managerial competence but also strong value-based leadership. This study aims to examine value-based educational leadership in addressing the challenges of 21st-century education in the Indonesian context. The study employs a systematic literature-based approach by analyzing national scholarly publications published between 2021 and 2025 that discuss educational leadership, values, and contemporary educational challenges. The findings indicate that value-based educational leadership plays a strategic role in shaping positive organizational behavior, strengthening school culture, enhancing teachers’ professional commitment, and supporting ethical and humanistic educational transformation. Value-based leadership serves as a moral compass that guides educational leaders in managing change while maintaining the core purpose of education. This study highlights the importance of integrating values into educational leadership as a sustainable strategy to improve school quality and educational outcomes in the 21st century. Abstract

Educational leadership plays a crucial role in shaping group dynamics and team performance within educational organizations. Schools as professional organizations rely heavily on collective work among teachers, educational staff, and leaders to achieve institutional goals. This study aims to systematically review empirical and conceptual studies examining the implications of educational leadership on group dynamics and team performance. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2021 and 2025 obtained from reputable academic databases. The findings reveal that educational leadership significantly influences team performance through its impact on group dynamics, including trust, psychological safety, collective efficacy, communication, and conflict management. Effective educational leadership fosters collaborative and adaptive team environments, enabling teams to respond constructively to organizational challenges and educational changes. This study highlights that leadership implications on team performance are mediated by social and psychological processes within groups, emphasizing the importance of leadership practices that support collaboration, empowerment, and shared responsibility in educational settings. Abstract

Psychological safety menjadi isu penting dalam lingkungan akademik seiring dengan meningkatnya tuntutan kinerja, produktivitas, dan kualitas akademik di institusi pendidikan tinggi. Lingkungan akademik yang sehat dan produktif tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek struktural dan manajerial, tetapi juga oleh kondisi psikologis yang mendukung interaksi terbuka dan kolaboratif antar sivitas akademika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran psychological safety dalam menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang sehat dan produktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis publikasi ilmiah nasional yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2021–2025 dan membahas psychological safety, iklim akademik, kesejahteraan psikologis, serta produktivitas akademik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa psychological safety berperan fundamental dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, memperbaiki kualitas relasi interpersonal, memperkuat budaya akademik kolaboratif, serta meningkatkan produktivitas akademik. Psychological safety memungkinkan sivitas akademika untuk menyampaikan gagasan secara terbuka, terlibat dalam dialog konstruktif, dan beradaptasi terhadap tantangan akademik tanpa rasa takut terhadap konsekuensi negatif. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa psychological safety merupakan fondasi penting dalam membangun lingkungan akademik yang berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan produktif. Abstract

Organizational effectiveness in public elementary schools is strongly influenced by teachers’ willingness to perform extra-role behaviors that support school goals. Organizational culture is considered a key factor in shaping such behaviors, particularly through teachers’ affective commitment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by examining the mediating role of teachers’ affective commitment in public elementary schools. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to public elementary school teachers and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis, including mediation testing. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment and OCB. Furthermore, affective commitment significantly influences OCB and partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and OCB. These findings suggest that a positive organizational culture strengthens teachers’ emotional attachment to the school, which in turn encourages voluntary behaviors that contribute to school effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of strengthening organizational culture and affective commitment to enhance teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in public elementary schools.
