Abstract

In learning elementary Javanese language, of course, there are still many students who less understanding about the material in it. Moreover, the lack of interesting media and teaching materials can reduce students' interest in learning Javanese language subjects. So, it is necessary to have an alternative to fulfill needs such as the development of teaching materials used by teachers and students, especially in the material of tembang macapat whose contents are more complete, more practical and equipped with pictures that support the material, are colorful and hopefully will attract students' interest. One of the suitable teaching materials developed is 'booklet'. The goal is to produce a valid and practical booklet. The type of research used is development research with ADDIE model which is composed of 5 stages namely analyze, development, design, implementation, and evaluation. The data from the validation results of the macapat song booklet reached very valid criteria with an average of 96.16% and the results of the practicality test of teachers and students reached an average of 95.71% with very practical criteria. After testing the tembang macapat booklet on students, a positive response was obtained, namely learning is more fun, interesting, and easy to use in understanding the material. So it can be concluded that the booklet of tembang macapat for learning Javanese class V is very valid and very practical so it is feasible to use in learning activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between quality/service variables and the satisfaction of parents of students in elementary schools throughout Diwek District. This research uses quantitative research methods with simple correlation analysis. The research sample was calculated based on the Slovin formula from the existing population, so that 100 parents of students were selected as the sample. The sample calculation was based on cluster sampling, namely the territorial division of the selected research locations from the north, west, south and east of Diwek District, Jombang Regency. Based on the calculation results obtained by the researcher, namely for hypothesis testing, the significance obtained for the two variables (Service Quality and Parental Satisfaction) was 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05, "H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected" with the hypothesis conclusion being accepted. The meaning of the accepted hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between institutional service quality (X) and student parent satisfaction (Y). So the conclusion of the research results is that there is a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of parents of students in public elementary schools in Diwek District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and describe the application of the STEAM learning method in fostering critical thinking skills in early childhood education. This type of research is qualitative research with the aim of analyzing the implementation of the STEAM learning method on thinking abilities in early childhood. This research is needed so that educators can implement the STEAM learning method for the thinking abilities of young children. The subjects in this research were 10 students of Kindergarten B RA Bina Insani Al-Ma'ruf in Nglaban hamlet, Maron village, Banyakan district. This research uses observation data collection, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research resulted that the implementation of STEAM learning at RA Bina Insani Al-Ma'ruf was carried out in every children's play activity. This learning involves several aspects of child development that are integrated and fun for children. In STEAM learning activities, the teacher acts as a facilitator and motivator according to the plans that have been prepared. Basically, the implementation of STEAM learning at RA Bina Insani Al-Ma'ruf has principles based on attitudes, skills and knowledge.

Abstract

The degree of readability serves as a gauge for how difficult it is to understand a text. Its meaning is usually expressed in the form of age or class rank. The standard level of assessment in the SMOG test on the text is in terms of the number of sentences that make up the text and the amount of vocabulary that has 3 or more syllables in the text. This study uses a content analysis research design on buku teks tematik siswa kelas VI SD/MI edisi revisi tahun 2018 Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, to find out the level of readability of non-literary texts in the book and their suitability for sixth grade of elementary school students based on SMOG criteria. The results showed that the thematic textbooks for sixth grade elementary school students in semester 1 of the 2018 revision contained 6 non-literary texts that matched the readability level of sixth grade elementary school students and 19 non-literary texts that did not match the readability level of sixth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Social media, which was originally intended as a two-way interactive communication medium, is now opening up new opportunities in creative industry innovation. It is necessary to develop creative industries related to society's potential through interesting YouTube content with the help of efficient technology. One of the youth groups in Malang Regency is the Nurul Hidayah Mosque Youth. The priority problems agreed upon with the Nurul Hidayah Mosque Youth to be addressed through the Community Partnership Program are: (1) Social Media Literacy and (2) Creative Industry Development. Based on the results of the meeting and joint coordination with the Nurul Hidayah Mosque Youth as Community Partnership Program Partners, it was agreed that the above problems would be resolved using the following methods: (1) Social Media Literacy which includes: Education and training: exploring interest in creating potential YouTube content and media literacy social. (2) Creative Industry Development which includes: Education, training and assistance: creating a YouTube account, recording video tutorials using the Camtasya application, editing video tutorials, and uploading YouTube videos. The contribution of the Nurul Hidayah Mosque Youth is providing support in the form of: adjusting electrical power, providing electrical installation network to ensure that the equipment to be handed over can operate optimally and lay out the production site.

Abstract

Blimbing District, Malang City consists of 12 sub-districts. Each subdistrict has an average of 2 elementary schools and 2 elementary schools with an average of 13 teachers in each elementary school and 1 elementary school principal. The average number of students in each elementary school is between 180-200 students. Almost all of the elementary school institutions in Blimbing District, Malang City, have the status of State Elementary Schools. The curriculum or learning used in elementary schools uses the 2013 curriculum. ICT facilities in elementary schools in Cluster 8, Blimbing District, Malang City are quite adequate. The education level of elementary school teachers in Cluster 8, Blimbing District, Malang City varies, many of them are PGSD Bachelor's graduates, some even have Master's degrees in Elementary Education. From the results of short interviews with several elementary school teachers in Cluster 8, Blimbing District, Malang City, it shows that teachers generally experience difficulties in creating teaching materials in the form of Interactive Learning Media. Through the community service program, it is hoped that elementary school teachers in Cluster 8, Blimbing District, Malang City will have (1) knowledge about digital teaching materials based on Interactive Learning Media, (2) skills in developing Interactive Learning Media teaching materials using the Nearpod application, (3) skilled abilities to practice (use) Interactive Learning Media teaching materials in online learning.

Abstract

This research has four objectives, namely describing the e-module development process, creating e-modules that are valid for material experts and teaching material experts, creating e-modules that are suitable and practical for teachers, and creating e-modules that are interesting to students. Using R&D methods and ADDIE models, as well as interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as data collection instruments, the product received a score of 85.93% from material experts and 98.43% from teaching material experts. In practicality, the product got a result of 90% from teachers. As for attractiveness, the product obtained 100% results from individual trials, 95.55% from small-scale trials, and 95.33% from large-scale trials. Thus, it can be concluded that the e-module of the material seeks the main idea in paragraphs for grade V elementary school students, which has been developed using the Canva Heyzine application and is valid, practical, and interesting to use when learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan siswa menulis narasi dengan menggunakan media gambar seri di kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Ngroto. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan presentase ketuntasan siswa dari data awal 30%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 50% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 63%

Abstract

Literacy is a major component of school success, so students with deficits in reading skills generally experience a disadvantage in educational attainment. Reading is an activity to find meaning and writing that involves physical and mental activities. This is also in line with the opinion of) that Reading is one's mental process towards a text. In its narrow sense, reading means analyzing a text composed of letters and trying to interpret it as a whole. Learning to read according to is one of the most important skills children will acquire in the early years of school and difficulties in acquiring this skill can have adverse educational outcomes. there are still grade 1 Students whose reading skills are low, so there needs to be an effort made by the teacher in improving reading skills, one of which is using learning media. This study aims to create an interactive media product that is valid for use in early reading learning activities for grade 1 elementary school students. It is hoped that this developed product can help students learn to read. interactive media development using the Lee & Owen development model. products developed in validity by media, material, and language experts. the results of the product development validation test fall into the valid criteria and can be used to learn to read beginning. from the results of the interactive media validation carried out, it obtained a validity value of 81.66% in the "very valid" category. Abstract

Pandemi Covid yang melanda Indonesia pada tahun 2020, membuat beberapa perubahan yang cukup signifikan terhadap anak usia dini. Perubahan yang terjadi pada masa pandemi membuat anak harus memiliki kemampuan untuk beresiliensi dan mandiri sehingga, anak bisa menghadapi segala perubahan di masa pandemi, Dalam membangun kemampuan anak untuk beresiliensi dan mandiri perlu peran yang sangat kuat antara anak dengan orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat bagaimana hubungan antara kelekatan aman yang dimiliki orang tua terhadap tingkat kemandirian secara terpisah dan secara bersamaan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 anak TK dengan usia 5- 6 tahun di Gugus Paud 8 Lowokwaru Kota Malang, dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kelekatan aman dengan resiliensi, dengan besar signifikansi 0,260.; ada hubungan antara kelekatan aman dengan kemandirian dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000; ada hubungan antara kelekatan aman dengan resiliensi dan kemandirian secara bersama sama dengan nilai significan sebesar 0,001
