Abstract

The 1945 Constitution emphasizes that one of the goals of the state is to educate the life of the nation. This is relevant to the 1945 Constitution No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system which states that every citizen has the right to education. In this case the government is responsible for progress in national education Then, from that, various schools emerged by developing models and systems adapted to the needs of the community and the condition of the nation's children who were not free from all deficiencies in learning, both in terms of achievement and character. As a formal educational institution, the school carries out various innovations to integrate the development of character education with the Boarding School, particularly through a pesantren-based education system. One approach is through the pesantren system, which is a social institution that places great emphasis on developing students' character in addition to their academic understanding. To get to know Al-Ghifari Terpadu Islamic Boarding School further, it is a school with private status, which was founded in 1998 and is located on Jl. Selabintana KM. 6, 7, Selabatu, Sudajaya Girang, Kec. Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency, West Java 43151. In terms of the quality of education, Al-Ghifari Integrated Middle School has been accredited “A”. and certainly has won many achievements in various championships. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Where the researcher tested the validity of the data by means of Source Triangulation, namely by conducting interviews with school heads and educators and teaching staff which was conducted on April 15 2023 and followed up with periodic communications. The findings of the researchers, in addition to getting a very extraordinary experience, the authors get various lessons out of the ordinary. Where the author knows a lot about the various education systems in it so as to increase knowledge and schools with a boarding school system are considered quite effective in building the character, character and morals of students so that they are maintained.

Abstract

This is relevant to article 31 of the 1945 Constitution on education which states that every citizen has the right to be taught. In this case the government is responsible for progress in national education. As human beings, children with special needs have the right to grow and develop in the midst of family, society and nation. He has the right to go to school just like any other brother who has no abnormalities or is normal. Allah Almighty has the noble intention that parents have children with special needs, and people must believe in this by obeying Him. To get to know more about the school of children with special needs (ABK), the author conducted a small study in a school in which specifically were ABK students. The school is called Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) A Budi Nurani and is located on Jl. Lio Balandongan Complex Propelat number 169 Sudajaya hilir district Baros sukabumi city, West Java Indonesia. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Where researchers test the validity of the data by triangulation of sources, namely by conducting interviews with principals and educators and educators which were carried out on April 7, 2022 and followed up with periodic communication. The findings of researchers, in addition to gaining extraordinary experience, the author learned various lessons beyond the usual ones. Where not all humans are created intact and normal as usual, and the ways and learning processes are different and vary according to the conditions of the students. Within its limitations, every human being has advantages in other fields.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran akreditsai dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Cibatu Cisaat Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Serta Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan mencakup koleksi data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Adapun hasil penelitian yang ditemukan terdapat peningkatan mutu pendidikan setelah akreditasi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dilakukan pada tahun 2019. Dampaknya kelemahan pada temuan akreditasi 2019 setelah itu diperbaiki oleh lembaga tersebut.

Abstract

Supervision of learning by the madrasa principal has contributed to improving teacher performance. There are also other factors such as pedagogical competence that a teacher must have, which plays a significant role in shaping the performance of a good teacher. It can shape psychological characteristics that can contribute to the level of teacher performance itself. This study aims to explain: (1) the effect of learning supervision on teacher performance (2) The effect of Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Performance and (3) The Effect of Learning Supervision and Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting data using a questionnaire. The number of respondents in this study was 49 teachers. While to test the hypothesis used path analysis techniques (path analysis) using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between learning supervision and teacher performance 0.014, where p <0,05 which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, (2) There is a positive and significant effect between pedagogic competence and teacher performance with a significant value 0f 0,040, where p <0,05 which means HO is rejected and H1 is accepted, (3) there is a positive and significant effect between learning supervision and pedagogic competence on teacher performance with a significant value of 0.035, where p < 0,05 which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Human civilization continues to experience development along with the development of knowledge. One of these developments occurred in the industrial sector, most of which call it the industrial era. However, in line with the development of the industry, it also affects the condition of natural resources and the environment, which continues to increase in damage due to the fulfillment of industrial needs. Green education (green education) is an effort to form students who have character, behavior patterns, awareness and care for the environment. The environment is an aspect that is related to many things, including learning. This study uses qualitative methods with data analysis using triangulation so that the data obtained can be validated with other data generated by different data collection methods. The policy regarding environment-based learning in increasing the understanding of students at MI Cimahi Peuntas Sukabumi Regency is contained in the Vision, namely to create a school that is competitive, has quality character and prepares a competitive Islamic generation, and cares for the environment, then describes its derivatives in SK number 75/01/KPTS -KAMAD/02/2017 concerning the Caring and Cultured Environment Movement in Madrasas. Environment-Based Learning at MI Cimahi Peuntas Sukabumi Regency is carried out through the following stages: Identification of learning objectives, Integration of environmental issues in the curriculum, Project-based learning, Outdoor learning, Collaboration with local communities, Cross-disciplinary learning, Reflective learning, and Real action. Then some material related to the learning is: Climate Change, Biodiversity, Management of Natural Resources, Waste and Recycling, Environmental Pollution, Energy and Water Saving, and Ecotourism. Improving Student Understanding Through Environment-Based Learning at MI Cimahi Peuntas Sukabumi Regency is carried out in several ways, namely: Relevance and Context, Direct Experience, Multidisciplinary, Problem Solving, Collaboration and Social Engagement, and Reflection and Evaluation

Abstract

One of the teacher competencies that must be mastered is managing the class with various learning models, it aims to create a productive and two-way classroom atmosphere. Managing an elementary school class is a challenge in itself for the teacher because he must be able to control students to stay focused and get the desired results. Among the learning models in the classroom are the jigsaw model and problem solving. The application of the jigsaw model and problem solving was carried out at SD Muhammad Al-Unaizy by taking two samples, namely class V and class VI. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative analysis by engaging directly in learning with data collection techniques namely: Observation, Documentation, and interviews. The results of the research that we obtained at the location showed that the jigsaw mode and problem solving patterns had been applied by PAI and Tajwid teachers, and the result was the creation of active, productive, two-way learning, and students were encouraged to learn independently and think solutively and express their abilities. in front of the class.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance in MAN 1 Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research participants consisted of school principals, teachers and administrative staff. The research results show that the transformational leadership style applied by school principals plays a significant role in increasing teacher motivation, involvement and performance. The principal also uses a participative leadership approach by involving teachers in decision making, which has a positive impact on teachers' sense of ownership and responsibility for their duties. In addition, the emotional and professional support provided by the principal creates a conducive and collaborative work environment. The conclusion of this research confirms that the principal's effective leadership style is a key factor in improving teacher performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of education at MAN 1 Sukabumi City.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia is caused by poor infrastructure and incompetent teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the social competence of teachers in Islamic education from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an interpretation. This research is library research, with the descriptive method of qualitative analysis. The researcher describes the Teacher's Social Competence in Islamic Education and then analyzes it in detail and depth with the Al-Qur'an Tafsir Perspective. Namely the book of Tanwir Miqbas Min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir al Qur'an al Azim, al Jawaahir al Hisan fii Tafsir al Qur'an, al Jamii 'li Ahkaam al Qur'an. The results of this study are competent teachers, namely teachers who master various sciences related to their responsibilities. Social competence is the ability of teachers in good associations and communication with the school, community and family. Communication must be built with unity, mutual help, advising each other in kindness and patience, easy to thank, good at being grateful, stay away from deceit, care for the poor, tolerance, simple, not arrogant, non-discriminatory and prohibited from spying, having bad attitudes and reproach.

Abstract

There are so many ineffective school managements. This is due to ineffective head leadership, poor teacher performance or less organized administrative services. Therefore, it is necessary to know the relationship between the principal's leadership, teacher performance and administrative services to the effectiveness of school management. This study aims to determine the relationship between principal leadership, teacher performance and administrative services to the effectiveness of school management. The sample of this study was 50 teachers. Sampling for principals and administrative employees using stratified random disproportionate techniques and sampling for teachers using purposive sampling techniques. This research uses quantitative methods with measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with a multivariate correlation test (double correlation). The results obtained in this study show a relationship between the principal's leadership, teacher performance, and administrative services to the effectiveness of schools in MTs. Abstract

The number of teachers who do not understand the theories, models and methods of learning, is often a problem to achieve goals in Islamic education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analysis through library research which examines concepts and content (content analysis) related to theories and learning models in Islamic Education in Muhammad ibn Ali asy Syaukani's book, Adabu Talib wa Muntahal Arib. The data analysis procedures are: data collection, data reduction (data reduction/sorting), data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions/verification). To test the validity of the data, the researchers used test equipment: reference materials, confirmability, triangulation and transferability. The results of this study are the importance of the revival of knowledge and the tradition of science, the requirements for having multiple intelligences and abilities, and a brilliant learning model, namely the first multiple intelligences and multiple talents model, the mastery model of various disciplines. second, the concept of intelligence and dual abilities, namely learning, teaching and working.
