Abstract

The Effect of Reward and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency. Thesis Management Study Program of the Indonesian Institute of Education Management (STIM-LPI) Makassar which is supervised by Drs. H. Andi, Saharuddin, MM. and Hasiah, S. E., M.M.This study aims to determine the effect of rewards (Reward) and Work Motivation on Employee performance. The object of this research is the South Sulawesi Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via google from. Sampling using saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the partial test Award (Reward) has a significant effect of 0.000 or is below 0.05 while Work Motivation also has a strong influence on Employee Performance but when compared between Award and Work Motivation.

Abstract

Ekonomi sirkular adalah model ekonomi yang berfokus pada pengurangan limbah dan penggunaan kembali sumber daya untuk menciptakan sistem yang lebih berkelanjutan. Dalam era digital, industri kreatif memiliki potensi besar untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular, mengingat sifat inovatif dan dinamis dari sektor ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peluang dan tantangan dalam penerapan ekonomi sirkular di industri kreatif, terutama dalam konteks Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana ekonomi sirkular dapat diintegrasikan dalam proses produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi di sektor industri kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sementara ekonomi sirkular menawarkan berbagai peluang untuk efisiensi sumber daya dan inovasi produk, terdapat pula tantangan signifikan, termasuk kurangnya kesadaran dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan penerapan ekonomi sirkular di industri kreatif sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan dan strategi yang dapat mempercepat adopsi ekonomi sirkular di sektor ini

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV.Mitra Belanja Sejahtera di Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan melibatkan 60 karyawan sebagai responden yang diambil sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji validitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji T). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Rekrutmen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The turtle egg trade threatens the existence and population of turtles themselves. Until now, the trade in turtle eggs is still found in Sebubus Village. Turtle protection has been regulated in Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. There are two focus problems in this research, namely how to implement turtle conservation on the Belacan River Beach; and what is the effectiveness of article 21 paragraph (2) letter e of Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Ecosystems for the protection of turtles on the Belacan River Beach in Sebubus Village, where to date the theft and trade in turtle eggs is still rampant in Sebubus Village. The type of research is qualitative, namely by collecting data from the field and direct interaction with informants. The approach used is an empirical approach, namely looking at the application of the law based on facts in the field. To obtain research data, researchers used observation and documentation interview techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of turtle conservation at Sungai Belacan Beach carried out by the Wahana Bahari Paloh Community Group was very good in reducing the level of turtle egg theft. That the effectiveness of Article 21 Paragraph (2) Letter e of Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biological Natural Resources and Ecosystems in protecting turtles on Belacan River Beach, Sebubus Village, Paloh District, is still not effective. Research shows that there are still many cases of theft of turtle eggs which cause huge losses to the turtle population. The stolen eggs are then traded illegally. This condition shows that although there are clear regulations prohibiting the collection and trade of turtle eggs, their implementation is less effective in preventing these illegal cases.

Abstract

Investor maupun bank harus mempertimbangkan kapitalisasi pasar. Hal ini menjadi perhatian utama bagi bank-bank di Indonesia, meskipun memiliki Rasio Kecukupan Modal yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, akan bermanfaat untuk melakukan studi yang lebih mendalam, dimulai dengan analisis Rasio Kecukupan Modal. Seorang peneliti telah membahas isu ini dalam sebuah makalah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis populasi 47 perusahaan perbankan, dengan metode sampling purposif untuk memilih 5 perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pendekatan studi melibatkan analisis rasio keuangan dan regresi linier multivariat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,0440 terhadap Kapitalisasi Pasar, sementara variabel lain tidak menunjukkan efek yang signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, penulis secara tegas menyatakan bahwa kenaikan stabil dalam kapitalisasi pasar berkorelasi dengan perluasan ukuran perusahaan. Hal ini menyoroti pentingnya ukuran perusahaan bagi investor saat mempertimbangkan investasi saham.

Abstract

The Focus of this research is public understanding of the verses about child adoption in the Lubuk Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency, with two problems, namely 1) haw to implement child adopsion in Lubuk barumun District Padang Lawas Regency, and 2) haw to public understanding  of the verses about child adoption. This research that uses data collection techhniques, namely with observation, interviews, and documentation. Then take books related to this research such as jurnals, goverment publication, as well as other sites or sources that suppor this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of child adoption that occurs in the Lubuk Barumun District community is giving ransom to biological parents and helping relatives who cannot afford to pay for their children. There are several reasons why families adopt in Lubuk Barumun District, namely to make the adopted child their biological child and result in the child's blood relationship. And the family adopted a child because they had been married for a long time and had no children. There is also a reason that because of economic factors and because they do not have a son, so they are interested in adopting a boy with the aim of provoking the birth of a boy in their family. The understanding of the people of Lubuk Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency regarding the verses about child adoption is that it is permissible to adopt a child but not to lose the original lineage. You may adopt a child but you may not be a guardian in your adopted child's marriage. You can adopt children but you can't inherit each other.

Abstract

This article examines the perceptions of the people of Hutaraja Lamo Village, Sosa District, Padang Lawas Regency towards reading the prayer to reject reinforcements. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The primary data sources in this article are religious leaders, traditional leaders, village heads, Naoso Nauli Bulung and the Hutaraja Lamo village community. While the secondary data comes from books, journal articles related to this article. for data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using data analysis techniques is descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the people of Hutaraja Lamo village, Sosa sub-district, Padang Lawas district believe that the community's understanding of the recitation of the prayer to reject reinforcements is selected verses (al-ikhlas, an-nas and al-falaq). As well as reciting three times after al-Fatihah, totaling four cycles, one greeting and having a bayati rhythm. The public's understanding of the recitation of the prayer against reinforcements may be carried out and there is no compulsion to carry it out. When there are conditions such as being overwritten by a disaster or a disease that does not go away. Then it is permissible to carry out the recitation of the prayer to repel reinforcements with the aim of asking forgiveness from Allah SWT. So by holding the recitation of the prayer to repel reinforcements, this is done with the intention because of Allah Ta'ala and surrendering to Him all illnesses will disappear forever. As for the people's reasons for reading the prayer to reject reinforcements, it must be done with confidence and surrender to Allah. The people also say that after reading the prayer to repel reinforcements, there is a change in the people who are sick, and all the calamities that have befallen us all will not come again. The reason for the community to carry out the recitation of the prayer to reject reinforcements must be with confidence and surrender to Allah.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the verses of the Koran used and the process of using them as a medicinal medium in Padangsidimpuan City. The type of research in this writing is field research using a qualitative approach, the primary data sources in this study are several Ustadz who perform treatment with verses of the Koran. Secondary data sources are in the form of books, journals and documentation related to this research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research type data analysis technique is descriptive. The results of the study showed that the treatment carried out by Ustadz in Padangsidimpuan City used the verses of the Koran. Some Ustadz use the same verses in the treatment process. some other Ustadz use different verses. Furthermore, the treatment process carried out by several Ustadz in Padangsidimpuan City was also carried out in different ways. An example of the process is first the Ustadz is already in a state of ablution, then asks the patient's complaints, after that starts reciting verses from the Koran in treatment, and provides water media and other herbal media.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of the Regent and Deputy Regent Election Campaign During the Covid-19 Pandemic In South Labuhan Batu Regency". The problem in this thesis is to determine the implementation of the regent and deputy regent election campaign during the covid-19 pandemic in South Labuhan Batu Regency and a review of siyasa fiqh about campaigns during the epidemic.The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research, the data used are primary and secondary data, the method of collecting data is observation, interviews, and through library research.Based on the results of the research that the implementation of the election campaign for the regent and deputy regent in South Labuhan Batu Regency was successfully carried out by following the health protocol regulations, but there were still many who violated the government's lack of firmness to impose sanctions so that in its implementation BAWASLU issued 4 warning letters and dissolved the campaign.While in the fiqh siyasah review, the implementation of the campaign during the covid period is theoretically appropriate according to the siyasah fiqh because the implementation of this campaign still pays attention to the safety of the ummah Although the implementation is not appropriate because many of the campaign participants violate the regulations (health protocols)

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Practice of Renting Billiard Tables in Review From the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (In Environment II Batunadua Jae)". The author is interested in conducting this research to obtain an overview of the practice of renting a billiard table in terms of sharia economic law. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the practice of renting pool tables in Batunadua Jae Environment II, and to analyze from the point of view of sharia economic law about the practice of renting pool tables in Batunadua Jae Environment II. To get answers to research problems, the authors conduct research using field research methods using descriptive qualitative, where research is carried out in natural situations. The results of this study regarding the practice of renting a pool table can be said that someone knows how to play billiards mostly from friends and sees people playing billiards. How to play a billiard table in Batunadua Jae Ward II uses playing cards as a benchmark for the ball to be entered by players, besides that billiard players use money as bets or gambling. In the implementation of the billiard table rental in Lingkunagan II Batunadua Jae, it is contrary to the KHES contained in article 274 paragraph 2 which says that the object being liberated must be used for things that are justified according to sharia Because according to Islamic law it is not permissible to bet and gamble.
